Really nice staff who are clearly making an effort. Top breakfast as well

The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable and with the blackout curtains we slept like babies. The staff were the absolute best. Friendly, always smiling, helpful and very accommodating. They went above and beyond from day one. The team at The Charm are absolute 10 out of 10. Was dreading the Parking in Brighton, but the receptionist was so helpful pointing out the nearest places to park. We also came early and the staff made sure that our room was ready for us even before the standard check in time at no extra cost. The entire hotel is beautifully furnished and clean too. Will definitely be returning here on our next visit to Brighton.

The room was beautiful, with good facilities. Loved the addition of the vanity mirror that was handy. The staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish, and left us a very special birthday welcome which was so appreciated. Really comfy beds as well, and the AC meant there was no issue with the room being too hot in high summer. My expectations were definitely exceeded. Attentive night staff too, who reacted very promptly when we requested some more cups. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we are vegan and we’re not sure the options at time of booking, but had we, I’m pretty sure the staff would have gone out of their way to accommodate us.

The hot tap ran very very hot! And so one had to be quite careful when using it. Other than that all good. A little noise from the street but when coming to centre of Brighton that is to be expected!

The breakfast was simply delicious. There was a wide range of choice and the fact that there was an all you can eat buffet meant that you would never go hungry. All the hot options for breakfast were cooked well. The breakfast room had a bright and inviting feel to it. The staff were exceptional. Their attention to service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Even though there were a quite a few guests staying, it never felt noisy. You only noticed other guests at breakfast time. The room was quiet and so was the rest of the hotel. The extras in the room were exemplary. There was an excellent choice of teas and coffee and the hotel weren't stingy on the milk. The bed was comfy and the towels were plush.

I am struggling to find anything bad to say. I would be nitpicking if I did. Possibly,, the only things would be that drawers in the bedside table would have been good and the pillows were a bit flat

The breakfast offered an excellent choice and the quality was great. The location was brilliant for exploring Brighton and the cafés nearby served excellent coffee.

Absolutely wonderful from the minute of arrival. Adam checked us in, he was courteus,friendly and helpful...cases taken to room by Adam. Opened room door to a beautifully decorated and well equipped room with a window looking out on to the green in front of the hotel and a view of the sea and Brighton Pier to the side. The room was quiet, with a comfortable temperature and large good quality mattress which ensured a good sleep. Our room was a king room more expensive than the other rooms but with a balcony it was well worth every penny.

Parking could be an issue for people in the summer months but this did not cause us a problem in February

We loved our stay here. Staff were super amazing, Lily, Dragos, Nina, Edu and everyone else, superb. I was impressed with the room, very spacious. Location is really and truly close to all amenities. Restaurants from all around the world are like 1min walk from either end and there is this really nice Italian place called Al Forno really close by. Hotel is stone throw away from the beach and the pier. You can walk around the town centre without the buses and still explore the place. We were here for 4 nights and everyday was a different day, with lots of adventuring and trying new things. My partner is vegetarian, and there is a place called No catch that sells vegetarian cod but it tastes just like fish. You won't be disappointed with the hotel and definitely will love the staff because they took care of all our needs. They made sure our stay was as special from the beginning to the end. We celebrated our honeymoon here and we had a blast. They made the room special on request and made sure everything was unique. I will come back for sure.

There was nothing not to like however as mentioned on our last day, a little more privacy around the hot tub but that's very minor. And maybe some music around the hot tub too.

Absolutely lovely place .staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful will definitely be booking again . Couple days away with my mum and she thoroughly enjoyed it here .
