Property very secure & it was always easy to use the electronic card key . Fantastic shower. No toilet problems at all and entire room very clean. The manager never seemed to be off duty & always happily available for any questions or request I had. His attitude was always five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was on the ground floor and at first was a problem w/other guests forcing or slamming front door so I mentioned this to manager who immediately put a note on the inside of the door asking guests to please not slam or force door as it shuts perfectly tight on its own. No more problem after that. Literally solved 100% within minutes.

There’re two building of the property, We got a room in a renovating one and despite the outside of the room that’s not finished renovating (we totally understand) the room and everything is super brand new, the bed is very comfortable, it’s located in the centre of Brighton city but during our stay it was very peaceful (might be because of the good sound proofing) And the staff He’s very friendly and kind, everything was lovely

clean with amazing vibe so close to the beach and great owner and cleaners. rooms are beautiful

you call it motel when it should be hotel it’s to to nice to be called a motel. owner and cleaners make it to homely to be called a motel 100% change name you guys deserve it.

Location was great. Near all transport Links. Shopping. Clean.

Telephone wasn't programed so I couldn't get any channels. Was only able to get a staff member if you called them.

The room was large and clean and had a big tv. The bathroom was super clean too. The location was great, only a v short walk to the beach and shops.

It was very noisy at night, especially being on the ground floor right by the entrance.

Qui the owner has a lovely period property.A clean and very pleasant room greeted us.Qui very kindly met our needs..one of us has asthma and is partially sighted.Qui is very thoughtful and could not have done more for us.lf you need anything you just have to ask. The property is full of character and very pleasant and well looked after.l fully recommend this hotel and will put it top of the list to return to.Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Great little room. Perfect for swimmers as it's close to the beach. Great helpful staff. Quirky details in room. Bathroom had all I needed. Ground floor so no stairs. TV was great. Can open window if needed. No traffic outside window. Didn't need it but there was heating. Very good pillows. Tea, coffee etc all there. Recommend this place.

A little bedside table lamp would have been good. I found the bed too hard. A mattress topper may have helped. Slept on duvet and rolled it over me but that got sweaty.

Loved the paintings on the walls, the amount of mirrors, the TV available, the price/ night considering it’s literally 1 min walk to the beach

The window, the shower was a bit harder to figure out.
