The location is perfect, right i front of Millenium Square and the city centre, you can visit all the main spots from the hotel. The breakfast was really good as well, I enjoyed the variety of it. The room was big and really comfortable and the staff were really nice and helpful over all the stay.

There’s the option for you to choose if you want your room to be cleaned during your stay or not and be more environmentally friendly. The cleaning schedule was a bit confusing, I only asked for 1 day of no cleaning and the next day I was expecting them to clean the room but they didn’t come.

Room was compact, as we booked, small but comfortable. Location of hotel is excellent for everything! We walked everywhere we needed to go. Reception staff were friendly. Cleaning ladies on 4th floor were lovely and helpful.

The reception staff on arrival did not have a lot of knowledge of the Millenium car park. They were unable to tell us exactly how the discount system worked and what would happen if we went in and out. However after leaving the car there for two and a half days, we were pleasantly surprised by the charge. There was a noisy motor above (I think) our room which we could hear during the night.

Have stayed here before - perfect location for the graduation ceremonies at Bristol Cathedral but ideal for access to the City Centre with a comfortable bed and a good breakfast range. Unexpected bonus of being able to get into my room an hour early which was great for changing, and finding out about discounted car parking.

Car parking close by but I wasn't made aware of the reduction in parking charges until mentioned by the receptionist which was a bonus. Up front knowledge would be better (unless I missed it). Staff could have been a bit more friendly on arrival - on arrival the receptionist continued with her task of adding room numbers to cards without providing me with full attention. I stood my ground and made her focus on me by waiting without speaking (thereafter she couldn't have been more helpful) so a little more atttention to welcoming guests would be nice.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and cosy enough for a night's stay. Parking was right next door and easy to navigate to. Hotel validated the ticket, giving a discounted day rate to £10 per day, which was brilliant. I have since changed a future booking to stay at this hotel again as it was easy and feel happy to come back. The room was quiet although I was initially concerned with it being so close to everything, but had a good night's sleep and the staff were lovely.

A little more attention to cleanliness in places - but nothing horrendous, just some missed areas/spills.

The location was perfect for me. Pubs and restaurants close by. The venue for Bristol Sounds is a 2 min walk. The hotel itself was comfortable with aircorn in the room. Staff was helpful, I asked for extra tea bags, and they gave it to me straight away. I got to the hotel before checking in and asked when the earliest I could check in, and the guy checked me in straight away as my room was ready. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious.

The only bin in the room was in the bathroom, not a major issue but meant I had to go into the bathroom with a tea bag which the kettle and tea stuff was on the other side of the room. There was a stain on the duvet and dust by the bedside table, but these little things weren't a huge issue, just something that could be an improvement.

I like it’s location…. Close to attractions, night life, restaurants, coffee shops, Park Street and the Bristol cathedral.

Sone confusion on my booking snd what I actually received re breakfast for example. Was confirmed when booking in all was in order and arrived the next morning required to pay the full Monty. Last breakfast there for me. Really wonderful and conscientious cleaning staff on the floors and guest rooms. Our booking in reception staff we also quite lively.

I chose the hotel because of central location at a reasonable price. It was within walking distance of several museums and galleries, as well as being surrounded by plentiful restaurants and cafes.

There was insufficient shelving for two people and no drawer space at all. There was just one chair and an astonishingly uncomfortable fixed bench. No matter what we did with heating controls, the temperature remained a constant 22.3deg C. when we would have preferred 18 to 20 degrees. I used an elaborate system to message the front desk (or so it said) but I have never received a reply.

So close to river and city centre. Loads of nice places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Parking at Harbourside was pretty close and we were given a £10/day flat rate by the hotel staff scanning our ticket. This saved us £15 over 48h.

Room was nice but bathroom door did not shut by quite a large margin (1/4") and hinge was clearly damaged. Also was a fair bit of dust on the floor which attached itself to my socks when I left them on the floor. Breakfast was Ok but did run out of some items later on (yes we should have gone down earlier).

Room window was overlooked by offices but had no window blind to obscure anyone peering into the room. Had to draw curtain for any privacy. Shame, it was a nice sunny day.

The breakfast area was too cramped and guests were migrating out into the foyer to find somewhere to sit down to eat their breakfast. Also, too few staff meant guests having to wait a while before being allowed into the breakfast area. In fact, I saw some guests barge in anyway whilst the person in charge was checking out other guests. Whether they had booked breakfast you couldn't tell.

I slept well, as the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise outside in the late evening but it didn't keep me awake. There was always hot water for a shower. I liked that I could open my window a little to let fresh air in. The air conditioning/ heat was very easy to adjust to suit me. The breakfast had a very full choice on the buffet, which was regularly checked and freshly topped up. They also served some food in the evenings. Location perfect for proximity to the Cathedral, literally just across the road and a few minutes walk.

The room was painted in rather dark colours, lighter would have been more cheerful. The was only a very small hanging space for clothes, and only one shelf. ( OK for me as a single occupant for 3 nights, it would be a rather small room for 2.)
