Everything , the room was clean. The staff are really professional, kind and polite. In fact, after several waits, my room was not ready, but the staff always handled this inconvenience so well that I didn't mind leaving my check in for the night and going for a walk.

The attitude of the security guard is not in accordance with the rest of the staff. When we arrived at night, to finally do our check-in, the guard was just lying on the furniture, looking at his cell phone, ... when I rang the doorbell, he just waved us over to use our key. So I had to answer, with signs, that I did not have keys. But again, the staff at the front desk was perfect and I did my late check in.

We arrived and reception could not find my name on the computer. My name was under a different name Elaine McCarthy and I had an email with the she Elaine Taylor-Wilde. The gentleman on reception Patrick was polite and organised the keys for about room. We went to the room and we had a double but I had ask for a twin. We went back to reception and spoke to Pablo on reception and he organised a different room for us with twin beds, plus we had a lovely view. We were very happy. The reception staff at Radisson blu Bristol were fantastic .

Breakfast lovely. Staff very helpful and freindly.

The room was very dark so requested a lamp which was delivered. My daughter is gluten free, however the restaurant had very little to cater for this. As the chips and sweet potato chips had wheat in she was only offered a piece of bread as an alternative. We were due to go to the theatre at 7pm and arrived in the restaurant at 6pm, giving us plenty of time to eat. The meal still had not arrived by 6.50pm, even though only one other couple appeared to be eating, so we had to leave without eating. I have stayed in the Raddison several times, however because of the above it was a little disappointing this time.

As soon as you walk through the doors, you feel like you’re in heaven. Very modern and kept clean

I loved everything about my stay but the breakfast. Very small variety of foods. They didn’t even have standard fried eggs, black pudding or fried bread available. Surely these should be an option for a full English? They had boiled eggs which where still in tje shells and not done for you, therefore I didn’t want one of them. Coffee machine was out of use aswell which was a shame as I like a hot drink in the morning but luckily I had a kettle in my hotel room and made myself a quick coffee.

Room was lovely and clean. Was a lot more spacious than we anticipated! We we're expecting it to be a normal sized double room but was almost double the size of a standard room. The amenities in the bathroom we're above our expectations and was lovely and clean! We almost felt like we were walking into a brand new bathroom it was so clean! The location is great, we really enjoy this are of Bristol on the Harbourside. Really is a great stay!

Didn't dislike anything from our stay. Hotel would be great if they offered a discount in nearby parking facilities but understand why they don't.

We had a room with a view as promised, the room was comfortable and a decent size with a desk and chair and also an easy chair. The location was good as we could walk easily to the SS Gt Britain exhibition and also all the restaurants and galleries etc around the harbour. We had the breakfast, there was a good choice of cold and hot food although no full english.

The ensuit bathroom was roomy with a bath having a shower fitted but as with many hotels it was difficult to have a good shave. The only mirror was behind the sink & WC and a wide shelf so it was difficult to get close to it.

Lovely big, bright room. Clean and nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom. Very comfy bed. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and cookies in reception were a nice touch. Location is brilliant, right in the centre of old city by the harbour. This is my second stay and both times were great. Another nice touch was the Wimbledon treats in reception.....strawberries and cream and scones went down very well. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out which was really useful.

Honestly there was nothing much to grumble at but if I had to, I would recommend some plug sockets by the bedsides.

Good sized room, air con good, view wonderful.

The bed was too firm and caused issues with my back. The slight lack of options on tea bags. Only one breakfast tea and one ordinary tea provided. For what that costs as there were two of us I would have expected to have had two of each. Milk was only provided on day one. However, reception were able to replenish our stock. Showers in the morning on Sat and Sun were only luke warm, I guess that was due to the high occupancy over the weekend. The shower was perfect in the evening and on Monday morning.

The member of staff who help me and my partner (we didn't get her name) she went beyond to make sure we had a really pleasant time there

We were asked what bed type we would like before arrival and she said king size but after getting our room key we had two single beds which wasn't a big problem as they said they would make them into a double bed but after going back to the room the air conditioning wasn't working and the windows didn't open so it wasn't good enough at all luckily they had another room to change us in (which still didn't have air conditioning) but windows/doors did open

The location was perfect-just across the road from the Bristol Hippodrome Lovely good sized room on the 10th floor on the corner of the building away from the lift (as requested) Quiet with an amazing city/river view Comfortable large bed, a bath ( so many modern hotel room have only showers) and quality, complimentary toiletries in individual bottles (not awful dispensers) plus hand sanitiser-very thoughtful! Breakfast was delivered to my room on time and I was allowed a late check out which made for a relaxing morning. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay so enjoyable and for all the little extra touches which made it a pleasurable experience.

Access/parking. The access to the hotel is tricky because of the one way system which is further complicated by bus lanes and no entry road. I arrived right in the middle of rush hour, in the dark and although I could easily see the hotel across the road, it was rather complicated to get to. This is NOT the hotels fault, it’s an unwelcome feature of most city centres. Sadly there was no valet parking so I had another trek to park the car. But I did receive a lovely welcome and an upgrade from an extremely understanding and helpful receptionist.
