We liked our room and found it very comfortable for our stay. The bed was as we like it, we appreciated having a proper sofa and a little fridge. Everything was clean and the staff we met were lovely. The location was great for anyone requiring Temple Meads Station but also easy walking distance to the harbour area.

We were expecting a walk-in shower (as shown on our booking info), for access reasons for my travel partner. We did manage with care but would obviously be an issue for some with limited mobility. I suggest people double-check on this before arrival if it is an important point; am sure that the hotel will assist.

Luxury stay,affordable. Excellent restaurant & perfection throughout. From arrival, parking, food, room services and perfect everything! Can I say how polite and helpful every single staff member was. I didn't wait at all for anything, not for reception, not for room service, food service, elevators, car park you name it. This made a very smooth, professional booking. Stay and parking that anyone could ask for particularly central Bristol. plenty of parking and disabled parking with easy lifts. Overall amazing a willbe back for leisure rather than buisness next time.

I really liked the room, it was room 102. It was so very quiet, except for some entertainment on New Year's eve which was totally understandable. The room was so comfortable, it had an excellent desk and seated area, it was so comfortable and perfect for my needs. The house cleaning service was very diligent and respectful. I liked the gym, it was well equipped and I liked the guides on the walls. The breakfast service was excellent, such a comfortable eating area. I would like to thank Serena, Sia, Gemma, Michael, Cedric, Marianna, Film, Jess, Olivia, Ray, Freya and Maitri. They were all amazing and very welcoming, it really did feel like my home and safe space for 3 weeks. Thank you so much to you all.

Nothing, I really did like it all.

The room was cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect (a nice shower, a desk, plenty of lighting, a hair dryer, etc). The location was very convenient for getting between Temple Meads station and other places you might want to go, like the Harbourside, Broadmead, Cabot Circus, Clifton or Stokes Croft. There's a convenience store a short walk from the hotel.

The welcome could have been slightly better: waited a while at the front desk to collect our key card (having already completed online check-in). The wait was not acknowledged by the member of staff.

The TV controller needed new batteries, and we couldn't get BBC2. The maximum volume of 23 wasn't enough for me, even with hearing aids, and we couldn't get the subtitles to operate. Very few teabags provided - I had to ask for more at reception, and was given only 2. After going out in the morning of our departure day, we couldn't get back into the room until the key card had been reactivated at reception We'd have liked to have been warmer in our room but weren't able to increase the temperature My evening meal on Sunday (noodles with prawns) was disappointing as it was drowned by soya sauce. I should have asked for the sauce to be drained, but didn't.

Super comfortable bed. Having parking available was very handy after travelling for miles. Loved that decaf coffee was available in the room and didn't have to ask for it. The hotel bar was great, made some beautiful cocktails (best I've had in ages), and tasty puddings. Stayed on a weekend, so the streets were quiet with cars until the buses started to drive by in the mornings so got a deep sleep, and only a handful of pubs nearby, so no rowdy people shouting until the early hours.

Not that this can be changed, but having 1 spare plug socket to cover the room isn't brilliant. In today's age, when everything needs charging, it makes it very difficult. Extension lead could be a solution?

Location, staff, rooms all great!

One thing that was "odd" was the folding bathroom door. Whilst interesting didn't add an ounce of privacy or chic to an already lovely room. There was no lock on it, and the doors had a habit of swinging open on there hinges, so if you were on the loo, you were quite exposed! I would suggest replacing these with a sliding door, or at least locking door that doesn't have a centimeter gap down the centre for anyone to look in! That said, one other thing was plug sockets, there was a lack of those around the bed, whilst not a deal breaker would be nice if the hotel was considering a refurb!

We had two weeks stay in the hotel. The food in the breakfast was good, but it was the same for all days and that was a little bit boring. It would be better changing the food sometimes. The location was excellent. Main food and shopping centers are on walking distance from the hotels. The staff was brilliant. I had a bike with me and I was allowed to store it on the ground floor storage of the hotel.

The door of the bathroom was wooden and had no lock. That is the only bad thing I can mention.

Excellent location; a short walk from Temple Meads and most restaurants and attractions accessible by bus or 20 minute walk. Clean, staff helpful and positive, if not brimming with warmth. Perfectly decent hotel.

It's big, and online check-in makes it a bit impersonal. I booked well in advance and asked for a quiet room, but had one on the first floor overlooking the main street. There's a quieter street at the back. The walls are thin so people talking in nearby rooms could be heard. It's a little shabby.
