What absolutely fantastic host, Kara & Tony, we arrived on a wet rainy afternoon a little early & after a quick telephone call she said come on in, and we were certainly welcomed with a warm friendly greeting, such a friendly atmosphere . I’ve certainly no hesitation in recommending this guest house & we will definitely be staying there again, fantastic Breakfast, nothing to much trouble, and attention to detail first class. Thank you 5* and beyond

The hosts were very friendly, easy to talk to, and nothing was to much trouble, very pleased, the breakfast came on hot plates, the breakfast tables were laid out very nicely, my room had a big window which let in a lot of natural light, if I could I would have taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable..

The water system was a bit nosie when flushing the toilet and the shower fan I could hear

Great breakfast; house very clean and appeared recently decorated.

We thought parking could be a problem for some as free parking hours are limited in front of the house. However it did not cause an issue for us as we were out and about most of daytime. The (top floor) room was very clean and comfortable - but has a sloping ceiling. I did manage to knock my head a few times (my carelessness but worth keeping in mind if you are tall!)

Beautiful, clean and comfortable bedroom. Owner was lovely, chatty and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon absolute luxury!!! My husband had full English delicious with all products locally sourced. Location superb, golf course across the road, centre 2 minutes away and a few minutes more and you’re on the beach.

That we couldn’t stay and be spoilt a few days longer

We loved the friendly welcome right from the start - a spotless room decorated with style and charm with everything you could need on hand. Breakfast time was the favourite meal time throughout our stay - all food cooked to perfection and tasted finer than many Five Star Hotels. Overall there is only one word needed to sum up our experience - FABULOUS.

The only thing we didnt like was leaving!

Beautiful bed and breakfast and wonderful hosts. The location is ideal with a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Beautiful location and a 5 minute walk to the beachfront, perfect for going for an early morning walk & catching the sunrise or sunset. Very close to town and a variety of lovely restaurants. Beautiful place to stay, really comfortable, breakfast choice is everything you need :). Really lovely finishing touches and felt like home, welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. I will be definitely coming back :) great value for money !

My stay was absolutely wonderful, was so impressed with the cleanliness of the whole guest house, spotless.My room was lovely bed very comfortable.Breakfast was very good, I'm Vegan and was offered a full Vegan breakfast, absolutely delicious. Hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you and the other guests. Would definitely recommend staying there , will be returning.

My Top floor room was lovely. Breakfast comes out really hot nicely timed to be on your table after you cereal. You fill in the breakfast form the night before for what type of cooked breakfast you would like from a large choice with a time of 8am or 9am sitting.

parking could be a problem if its busy and you cant leave it it outside all day(max 2 hours)

The room was well appointed, everything was on hand,uncluttered, the en-suite was clean with shower gel etc provided!! The choice of breakfast was impressive and catered for those who prefer a light bite first thing along with the usual fare..

We stayed at this property for one night before we moved on to Mevagissey. However, if we were staying in Bude for longer we most definitely would have stayed here. The room was spotless! It had a kettle, milk, tea, hair dryer, towels, a tv, shower gel, shampoo etc etc. We slept okay and the bed was comfy. The only issue was that my partner is 6”7 and we didn’t specify this so we were sleeping on a double. However, this was our fault and not the fault of the b&b. There are king size beds available so make sure you request one if you are tall!! The breakfast was AMAZING!! It came out super hot and stayed hot, which is rare. The portion was also perfect. It was not too big or too small just the perfect amount of food. Lastly, the hostess was lovely and very funny. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
