The room was clean and nice, everything as you expect. Lots of hot water at any time of the day. The staff were 95% fantastic, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good when eaten on site. I would recommend to stay here and plan on staying again next year. 15 min easy drive to the NEC on a quieter road so no issues with traffic. There was a wedding one night, but they turned the music down at 11 and then was absolutely fine and no disturbance. The two restaurants/bar areas are both nice, reasonable prices and friendly helpful staff.

They offer a "grab bag" breakfast service. clearly the kitchen do not understand deadlines, this was 25 minutes late. The orders were also not correct. A yogurt was provided but no spoons to eat them? I spoke with a member of staff about this and she was dismissive and uninterested. She was the only member of staff who was like this, everyone else was great. Other than this, it was great!

An absolutely brilliant hotel. A little gem in Coventry. Will on reception was brilliant. Staff could not be more friendly approachable and professional. The decor is amazing. So many places to sit and relax as well as socialising. I have stayed at the Savoy hotel last year and believe it or not the staff here were on that level of customer service experience. I will be definitely returning and have recommended this hotel to friends and business colleagues. You should be very proud

Maybe a footpath for guests to visit the beautiful lake in the golf course once players have finished their games.

Restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast was adequate, good choice of hot and cold items on offer. Swimming pool and gym area very good.

I didn’t like that I received an email inviting me to make an offer for an upgrade, which I did and it was accepted. I discovered on my final evening that other family members staying at the hotel, who didn’t upgrade, had in fact better equipped room than I did! I brought this up at checkout, receptionist said she’d have to speak to her manager.. who wasn’t there. I subsequently messaged the hotel asking what infact I’d paid extra for. To date I’ve had no response…. Very disappointing.

This hotel is beautiful. The grounds, and the architecture has a very sophisticated atmosphere but with an incredibly modest price tag. The breakfast was lovely. Much much better than in other large branded hotels. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We can't wait to come back to use the facilities offered. As this was a business trip we didn't have time.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the people next door were from a wedding reception being hosted there. After arguing loudly until 3:30am they then proceeded to make up even LOUDER for 2 whole hours - seemingly without a break. Id be more annoyed if i wasnt so impressed (LOL). This is not the fault of the hotel but it did affect my ability to sleep.

Staff were all very good. Food was very good blue "cheesecake" & pork loin (didn't have a sweet), nice views.

Wine "included" in meal was a tiny thimbleful & bar prices very high. I would have liked signage for a clear path to walk around golf course safely in the morning before breakfast. The bedside lamps were off both at the switch and at the hidden cable switches which took 5 minutes to work out and desk lamp was linked to main light switch so I couldn't have soft lights: unnecessarily annoying.

This hotel is a great place for a get-away from the city. Located near Birmingham and Coventry, surrounded by grass and trees is an amazing place to escape from the noise of the city. There are many facilities, golf, spa, swimming pool, restaurant inside the property. The members of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was fabulous.

I think everything was great, however, a mini fridge could be added to the room(s). It would be very useful. Otherwise, it is overall a fantastic property, which we intend to visit in the future again.

Great location, Executive Double room was very spacious, very clean, Dinner was excellent in the restaurant, very quiet on a Sunday evening. Lovely styled and clean restaurant and all staff very polite and great customer service throughout the hotel. The views over the golf course green looked great in the morning. The hotel is well kept and grounds maintained to a very good standard.

The breakfast was a terrible let down, the cooked breakfast was luke warm at 7am, mushrooms caked in pepper - un-edible and the sausages were rubbery and not very nice at all. When asking the staff when the hot food was temp checked - young lad unsure of what I was asking so asked the duty manager - but no update given. But the selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yogurts was brilliant.

Everything about the hotel was superb, loved the friendly staff, the delicious buffet breakfast and the comfortable room beds and furniture, cannot ask for anything more..

The time restriction on our wedding function was very limiting and we did not get to enjoy the full traditional showcase of two authentic different cultures that got wedded that day..Kind request if non - English traditional functions are given the rightful respect it deserves for the enjoyment of all.

The staff are what make the place, they are very lovely and will do all they can for you. Lovely location and the leisure facilities and restaurant/bar make this hotel one to definitely stay at.

The room is situated in the car park not in the hotel so you will have to venture outdoors to make your way to breakfast. Frustratingly, there is a big green night light in the bedroom that cannot be turned off and illuminates the room all night - so an eye mask is highly recommended to sleep!

The staff were all great!! the manager helped with moving our rooms so that we had adjoining rooms and the girl also on reception (her 6th day) was really friendly and helpful. my only criticism was the temperature of the swimming pool, it looked so warm and inviting but was more like an ice bath (maybe a short term issue with the heating) and a super special Thankyou to the lady at breakfast who went above and beyond to help (I had 2 little children) she even took them off and got them some juice, a real credit to the hotel. I think her name was Nim! very nice hotel with Lovely staff! 👌🏻
