Everything! The room was big, great spaces for clothes and items. The bathroom was massive and was shower amazing, big, light and great water pressure. Loved the mirrors so much. Especially the bathroom and desk one which lit up. Windows were lovely and big, and I appreciated the fan in the room for the hot weather. Staff were lovely and friendly I never felt scared to talk or ask for help if I needed.
The food prices were a big high especially the £4 service charge for ordering room service, which is a bit high added onto the food price. Also the lift was a bit small, so only a few people at once can use it. Doors slam loudly (which is understandable for fire doors but maybe they could close more slowly?). Maybe a bigger body towel size for bigger sized people would be nice as well.

Firstly our room. It was very well presented and very clean with a great view of the woods behind. We opted for a twin room and the beds were spacious and comfortable. We had a bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. It was very quiet and we slept very well. Secondly the Conference Centre itself. It is very spacious and modern and the outside areas have been planted out to a very high standard. There are lots of nice walks around the area. There are lovely seating areas outside and inside and complimentary hot drinks are available 24 hours from the many high quality machines as well as ice cold water. Breakfast was good. Self service style with option to order poached eggs or omelette if you wanted to. Staff were very helpful in every area, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, bar. So pleased we booked to stay here and I would highly recommend.
Nothing, all great

Very well priced, comfortable accommodation. We booked this as a cheap hotel after attending the RSC in Stratford. It is well located and easy to find, commutable from Stratford, Kenilworth, Coventry etc. Staff were kind, courteous. The room was lovely & the bathroom excellent (aside from a small amount of mould in the shower tile grout!) We had a pleasant stay - the hotel was quiet, tea & coffee facilities lovely, fan provided, comfortable bed Excellent value for money and definitely worth it if you’re happy to stay on the uni campus!
Everything was fine aside from the small amount of mould in the shower grout, but perhaps this was staining rather than active mould.

Comfortable room. TV had a good choice of channels. Nice large shower area. Loved access to the coffee and biscuits in bar lounge area. It was nice to be able to sit there and chat over couple of coffees. All staff were helpful and friendly. Noisy conference group having evening meal so allowed us to move to lounge to eat pudding so we could hear ourselves talking. Breakfast had good range of choice for both hot and cold options.
Had evening meal, food was ok but not fabulous. Deserts were nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the lift to 1st floor broke late on Saturday and a friend had visual impairment and found stairs difficult for Sunday and Monday.

Efficient, accommodating staff on reception. Good sized room and bathroom...both very clean. Good facilities in the room, everything I might need and, good sized toiletries in the bathroom. Great coffee at breakfast.
Breakfast wasn't great. Whilst I knew that breakfast service finished at 9am, I didn't expect to have a limited choice at 8.45am. For example, no fresh fruit left. Scrambled eggs were incredibly solid and overcooked and bacon dried out. Again, I understand you are catering for numbers and making it convenient to allow people to come and go but it really wasn't an enjoyable breakfast.

The room was very clean and it looks to be recently refurbished from the older out-dated design from when I had stayed last year. The bathroom was very clean and well furbished, there is a lot of desk space and you can screen mirror to the TV from your laptop/phone to watch stuff on a big screen. There are also a decent amount of plugs to charge devices and a lot of cupboard space.
I had used the spoon to eat with since I hadn't been given utensils from the restaurant I had ordered from and it was obivous the spoon wasn't cleaned the next day but it had just been tried to wipe down, but there was still food left over on it. The gym access was for the warwick uni gym which is quite small and exceptionally busy and a 10 min walk away.

Perfectly located for University of Warwick as it’s on campus but doesn’t feel studenty! Really helpful, efficient staff. Spotlessly clean. Extremely quiet night’s sleep. Ideal for Uni open day. Brilliant that was able to use the University 25m swimming pool first thing in the morning, a few minutes walking from hotel and that a couple of lanes were still open despite a university swim training session going on. Coffee making facilities in room but also fresh coffee machine in reception. Perfect for our needs. Great value.
Breakfast seemed expensive but there is a large supermarket a few mins drive away.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The staff were lovely at check in, the room was so modern and had everything you needed. The shower was amazing, and most importantly everything was CLEAN! And when I say clean, I mean SPOTLESS! My husband and I didn’t stop going on how lovely it was!
If I had to criticise one thing I would say the modern mirror has an LED standby touch switch on the front, which stays on 24/7, so at night time the room wasn’t pitch black, but this didn’t stop us from having a good sleep. It’s just something that we both noticed at the same time!

The room was better than many hotel rooms I have stayed in. Everything was really clean with lots of thought to detail. We came to Warwick campus to see a band at the Warwick arts centre and it was an easy walk back to the accommodation. We had a bit of a late night and played ping-pong till two in the morning. We tried to be quiet at the same time as having fun. Not only did your staff not tell us off but they provided us with a couple more ping pong balls. Very grateful and I hope we didn't disturb anyone. The next morning we were amazed to find the coffee and pastry facilities, it was so welcome and such a lovely place to relax in the morning to say goodbye to friends before driving home.
There was nothing we didn't like! Thank you 🙏

We chose this hotel for its locality to the university our son attends. I must say, having apprehensions about a place we hadn't visited before, we obviously didn't know what to expect. This soon changed as we walked through the door. We immediately felt welcome, the staff were very obliging and very professional, I like that. The room was compact but very well presented and very clean. My only concern was that, as a large complex, it was quite a walk with baggage to get to our room even using lifts to get to the second floor. The room also has a very up to date TV / entertainment system with many available channels and would accommodate most common devices if needed for streaming. Comfortable bar area with a very relaxed atmosphere. Quality food readily available, but limited menu options. Room service available until 10pm. Great breakfast options, spoiled for choice. Overall, a fantastic venue and would highly recommend.
Nothing, apart from a family who were clearly lost at 8am outside our room having a domestic argument as their child only wanted was a drink of water, whilst being very vocal about the issue.
