Isobel is the perfect host - very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging. We were given every attention possible - even chilled soya milk for coffee after a day out. Breakfast was extraordinary: two menus - one "regular" (including Whiskey porridge) and one vegetarian/vegan. We loved everything we had and were often given excellent advice on sights to visit. Watching the birds in the beautiful garden while sipping our strong coffee was just the icing on the cake. Never have I felt so welcome and cared for while still enjoying enough privacy. The room was well equipped and rather big, as was the bathroom.

Fantastic selection for breakfast . fruit salad and compote with yoghurt was delicious start. several types of bread. cooked breakfast choice amazing and enjoyed the Ulster fry very much. room was light and airy and well furnished. bathroom great and both room and bathroom very clean. variety of biscuits including savoury on the coffee/tea tray. a bird messed up my cardigan through the car window as we arrived at the house ! The owner washed and dried it for me. it had a lovely garden and our own private lounge. excellent- best I've ever been in.
It was without fault. would stay again and recommend to friends.

Isobel was the perfect quintessential Northern Ireland hostess! Nothing was a problem!! Her beautiful Home was Spotless and her Beds 🛏️ were so comfortable! Breakfast was lovely, all was cooked to your liking, the food was hot and all preferences were accommodated!! Just an idyllic setting to allow you to unwind!! And the ticking clock 🕰️ allowed you to remember your childhood and quietly reflect on memories!!
Our 2 night stay wasn’t long enough!!

The Mulberrys is based off a single track road (you're unlikely to meet another car and there are some passing points, a local kindly reversed when we met on the road!) so it's lovely and quiet. The chickens won't wake you up! Isobel was an amazing host and our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Easily the best B&B we've ever stayed in and the breakfast was truly exceptional! Isobel kindly accommodated our dietary requirements in an amazing way and even moved breakfast earlier on our last morning as we had to leave a little early. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely everything, Isobel was so welcoming, made us a cup of tea on arrival, a lovely touch. The bedroom was cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious, with so much choice it was hard to decide what to eat! Really beautiful home, and Isobel was an attentive and friendly host. I could not recommend this B&B more. I would definitely come back to stay if I'm in Down again.
There was nothing to dis-like!

B&B was very clean and comfortable. Isobel was very friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits are available in the room. Hair dryer available, too. Beautiful watching the baby rabbits, birds and hens in the wonderful garden while enjoying a fabulous breakfast. The fresh fruit and cooked fry were very tasty.

We received a very warm welcome by our host. The place is in the open countryside and during the night it was quieter than quite. The breakfast was really great and offered a wide selection of food surpassing what you would normally expect. Our room was spacey, the bathroom modern and well equipped. After four star hotels in Dublin an Galway this was still our highlight accommodation. We would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommended!
The is nothing that comes to mind.

I loved everything about this beautiful and comfortable B&B. The attention to detail, the little extras eg face cloth, Hot chocolate, cows milk, ginger biscuits, cheese cookies were all so welcome. A really good shower too. Isobel perfect hostess.

Had spoke to Isobel a few times via chat as we were arriving a little earlier than the usual check in time and had to leave a little earlier than the scheduled breakfast times. All was fine, told we could use the lounge or garden while our room was ready but didn't have to as it was sorted when we arrived. Our last day breakfast was sorted for 7am and did not disappoint. Variety of breakfast dishes available...cereals, fruit, salmon, yoghurt toast and more. Something for everyone. We opted for the Ulster breakfast which was scrumptious. All fresh, all hot. Nothing was too much trouble. Isobel and her husband are both keen golfers and learned there is a 9 hole course within a 5 minute drive. Hubby was gutted he didnt bring his clubs. We do intend to return in the future so hopefully he can catch a round or two then. Definitely recommend and thank Isobel for the warm welcome and hospitality we were shown

The place was immaculately clean and the room itself was quite luxurious. The attention to detail was impressive with the coffees and biscuits on offer and the toiletries. For the very reasonable price I paid it was great value for money. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast, it was top quality. Isobel was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, especially when it came to helping me sort a taxi to take me to a family wedding nearby. I would highly recommend The Mulberrys B&B.
I have absolutely nothing to say in answer to this question. Just so impressed with the place.
