Central position next to Railway station and across the road from V & A museum in Dundee We arrived 2.5hrs early and were provided with a room straight away. The property was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good All in all a nice comfortable place to stay

We received a phone call to say that we had left our bags, a jacket and a charger cable in our room. My reply was we were in the breakfast room having breakfast and had not left yet. We saw the funny side and our belongings were where we had left them. Otherwise all good

We decided on this hotel due to its location. The location is perfect next door, actually connected to the train station and across from the Discovery Centre at the Tay bridge. All amenities were only a short walk. Given the good value, we had little expectations, intending only to use the hotel as a base. We were so wrong. Reception is on floor 2 which provides separation from street noise. Access to the lifts and rooms is by fob which gives security and peace of mind, The first thing you encounter is the friendly reception staff who are extremely helpful. Parking is at the Greenmarket Multi Storey car park a short walk away. Hotel patrons get parking at a cost reduction of 25%. by validating your card when leaving the hotel taking out the car. The rooms are spotless and functional with excellent views. The shower is great. Breakfast was not included, so we paid extra, it was not expensive at less than £9 per adult and less than £5 per child. It was self service with loads of choice of tasty food. The staff again were very friendly and helpful, in truth all staff were wonderful. It strikes me that the hotel has an ethos of having friendly, helpful and calm staff who are always on hand to make staying at this hotel a pleasure. The breakfast room reinvents itself as a restaurant and bar later in the day and we enjoyed excellent food and drink in the evenings. Its open plan provides excellent views of the city. Our rooms were maintained spotlessly and again the staff were so friendly when meeting them in the corridor as they go about their work. In summary, excellent hotel in excellent location with the stars of the show its staff.

Nothing really. There is an online taxi booking service provided at reception. At first glance this appears very efficient. However, we found that it does not work and we had to call the taxi twice and nearly missed our booking for a family meal. This is not a reflection on the hotel who did everything possible to sort it, which they did. You are better to catch a taxi at the rank at the train station a short walk away.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was cozy and well designed. I could certainly get used to that life.

My room was directly outside the lift, the beeping of which was really loud. The heating unit also made some funky noises when turned up to max.

Spacious, cleanliness, ease of access, the staff are friendly and polite, we had dinner one night at the restaurant bar and it was good. The breakfast was good as well, but more variety in the hot food area such as omelets, and normal triangle hashbrowns instead of those little ones. The number of sockets and USB charging points were great. I like the glass table with the power outlets and USB charging points in front of the table. The housekeeping did an excellent job every time I returned to my room it was like I just arrived. The Manager was kind to let me have some better scrambled eggs as one morning the eggs were like porridge.

The bathroom should have a sliding door instead of a walk-in as water keeps splashing out. The bed is too soft and springy, it should be a medium to firm mattress. Improve the breakfast menu and standards, especially the scrambled eggs, maybe introducing fried eggs as well.

The Train Station next door, with Bus stop at front of Hotel. We did not hear any noise from the Train Station. Very modern Hotel, with great colour design in rooms Reception Lounge\ Bar on 2nd floor with access to rooms via key card in lifts for upper floors. Big thank-you to Paul and all his staff, all very polite and professional team. Breakfast was self service, good selection and good food. We did not eat at hotel during the day but you could order up to 20-45pm at night. for meals. Highly Recommended.

it’s in the middle of Dundee in a brilliant place for the town and the attractions. it’s actually quiet despite being above the train station. the rooms are great, comfy bed, bathrooms do the job. it has friendly staff. it’s really good value and it has a bar onsite and there’s a Tesco express in the bottom of the train station if you need it. it’s my go to when ever I’m in Dundee.

understandably there is no car park. however you can drop people off at the back and the Greenmarket carpark is the best option. five min walk car is undercover and spaces are ok. you just need to remember to ask reception to stamp your ticket as you leave at the end. I stayed overnight and it was £5.80 in the morning. that’s good.

What not to like! Quick check-in, friendly staff, literally at the heart of Dundee and right above the train station. Pretty close to all bus stops, a 10-second walk from train station and overlooking the sea with lovely view and tall building. Room seevice was amazing as well. In comparison to the most famous hotel chain, it's a world ahead. Would love for them to expand across the Uk and keep reasonable room prices. Wasn't paid for this review ha. Came over to Dundee to attend a workshop in Ninewells Hospital

Everything staff were very welcoming and very friendly loved how we were able to leave luggage as we arrived bit early to check in food was very tasty for evening and a good selection for breakfast of drinks and buffet breakfast staff explained everything we needed to know and location is excellent above the train station and a walk away from shopping area and lots of attractions discovery Dundee and the v&a opposite the hotel also a small coffee and bagel horse box at the back of the v&a worth a walk to get yourself a bagel and hot drink lovely girl serving. We will definitely be back to stay and would highly recommend to people

The best sleep in weeks... mattress... pillows... room temperature just right too ! 👍 Reception staff were lovely and any others we met on route to / from room. All great thank you ! Breakfast very good. Staff member kindly delivered it to my room upon request, owing to my reduced mobility...... Truly appreciated .... these little things really make all the difference 🙏

Having a disability, I probably would have enjoyed a little more space in the room and also some support bars in shower,/ bathroom area. However I didn't request an accessible room at the outset so didn't expect this. Some hotels I have stayed in however do have a bar for support in the toilet /showers despite not being an accessible room....this is advantageous particularly when traveling solo. Perhaps an Idea for the future. Otherwise no issues.

The staff were awesome and we chatted away with Finn ,Charlie and Hannah. These wonderful people are great ambassadors for this hotel (and Sleeperz in general) and should be treated like the treasures they are. I loved the clean, spacious minimalist room. The shower was great and the bed was comfy and so were the pillows. The room was also very quiet and the bed and pillows were comfy. Have to say this has been a real surprise for me as this was my first time with Sleeperz and I really didn't know what to expect at all. Great value for money and as Premier Inn business card holder I actually prefer the Sleeperz experience. Even though I only stayed one night and had a 600 mile round trip it was so relaxed I can honestly say that overall it has been my favourite stay in a hotel,well done everybody we loved it.
