Mark and Yvette were very welcoming. I was given a map of Eastbourne wirh highlighted route into town centre. When they realised I'd come to watch the tennis, myself and other guests also wanting to watch the tennis were given a sheet showing the order of play, which had been revised due to bad weather earlier in the week. They also offered advice on location of local amenities and places of interest. Breakfasts were excellent too - eating overlooking the sea. My room was beautifully furnished and well maintained - Mark and Yvette were also keen to promote an environmentally friendly attitude, with recycling waste bins and no single use plastic, etc.

Our room was excellent. A good size, great location with views directly onto the beach and see. Newly refurbished bathroom was very clean and tidy and a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Fitted wardrobe with hanging a drawer space. The breakfast was delicious, with a selection of cereal's, full English or sandwiches and fresh Cafetiere coffee or tea, with toast and jams. They also had an ice machine, water fountain and fresh milk to use in your room with kettle facilities.

I could not fault this hotel or the lovely owners at all. It is so refreshing to get excellent friendly service, in a well maintained and cosy guest house/hotel, in such a convenient location.

Lovely spacious room, excellent location and views. Very happy with furnishings...looked elegant. Nice and quiet-no disturbance from other guests. Bus stop quite near, walking distance from pier. Town centre & railway station about 20 min walk away or you could catch the bus! Breakfast just the right size, so no waste. Would definitely stay again😁

Observation..... Being charged extra for towels....in 30°C+ heat showers are more frequent and towels don't dry quickly. Maybe waive this in certain circumstances ie above average temps.

A very warm welcome from Yvette, Mark and Pickle the Cockerpoo. I was shown the water cooler, ice and fridge containing the complementary jugs of milk as the Guest House is making a cocerted effort to reduce or eliminate single-use plastics. I was also given parking tickets (£2 per day) and an area map and discount vouchers for local restaurants. I made my way up to my room which was a pleasant surprise, large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hanging and drawer space was excellent and the room facilites and amenities were more than adequate. Tea and coffee are provided along with a kettle and some cleaning products so that you can self-clean as the rooms are not serviced for short-term stays. For me, the only thing lacking was a fridge in the room but this was somewhat mitigated by the facilties downstairs, but my preference would be to have a fridge in the room. The hotel is on the sea-front and the main road is between the hotel and the sea and therefore, on a hot day with the windows open, there was a lot of traffic noise but it's a lively and interesting location and the noise quietens down later along with the traffic. The sun falls behind the buiding in the late afternoon, making the room cooler at night. A fan is provided. There is no air-conditioning. The small bathroom was clean and well-maintained and had a full-sized bath with a shower and plenty of pressure. I had a comfortable night, the bed was comfortable and the pillows and duvet were of suitable quality. Breakfast was served between 8.30 and 10.00 and Yvette asked me where I would like to sit. I chose a window seat and Yvette explained that breakfast was a full waitress service. I felt the menu options were sensible but more than adequate. I chose cereal, a full English, toast (marmite, marmalade etc), coffee and fresh orange. All was well-cooked and using quality ingredients.

The property is located right by the sea and close to the pier. The sunsets were magical. We liked everything about the accommodation. Nice and clean room, good breakfast, walking distance to everything, Mark and Yvette were quick to help with any questions we had and were very nice. We had read the reviews before and were well aware that it was a multi-storey building with no lift, saw no problem with it. The reward for the effort was a much better view! We had also read the owners' description of the rooms and chosen a larger room type, which fully met our expectations.

We went to Eastbourne to watch Daniel o, Donal,on the 15 of may, the show was brilliant, but better still is that we stayed at the Atlanta hotel, right on the seafront with loverly views of the sea,pier, and much more,we found it to be the perfect hotel for us and we were not disappointed, it's a super place to stay over, owner's were very Kind and chatty, really easy to get on with, The hotel is so clean, the bed and room were very comfortable, Best breakfast i have had in a long time, TUMMY, WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING AGAIN IF I WAS ALOUD I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THIS HOTEL,A RATING OF 100 THAT'S HOW GOOD IT WAS FOR US , One more important thing I forget to mention is that they also have an Electric charge point for a car, should you need one BRILLIANT

Nothing, everything was really good

- very clean and well-presented rooms with a nice view across the town or with sea view - quiet at night - very good and modern TV in the rooms (incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.) - the owners, Mark & Yvette are very welcoming and helpful - a full English Breakfast (alternatives available) is freshly served each morning and very tasty - breakfast in a nice room with view to the seat front - location at the sea front, ideal location to explore Eastbourne and the coast nearby (e.g. 7 Sisters)

- Water pressure in the shower could be higher - Most rooms accessible only via stairs (could be a problem for walking-impaired guests)

It was a lovely hotel, room was very comfortable, hosts very friendly. The breakfast was something special and the waitress service made breakfast proper relaxing. The permit for the car made parking easy although time of day could mean going round the block a couple of times. Seafront location was perfect, even though we didn't have a Seaview room it didn't matter. We would definitely return again xx

Bedside lamps a little hard to read by and bathroom door wouldn't click shut at times but nothing bad at all xx

While we climbed 8 floors to get too pur room, and needed a puff of our inhaler, it was so worth it. The journey up, the landings and stairs were clean, beautiful lighting and decor, we had a large room with strikingly beautiful views of the beach/ocean and pier. Very comfortable and clean bed with great facilities. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was explained and laid out. Breakfast was really good with the loss of variety and presented well. Doing their bit for the environment, milk was available in glass jars for tea in your room and no plastic in sight. Extra touch like clean towel and sponge with washing up liquid to wash out your tea cup, I've literally not come across anywhere else. Highly recommended, top of our Eastbourne experiences.

Was my own fault that didn't say one guest was disabled so had a room at the top of the building and some wallpaper was flying at the front door. Besides that could not fault it.

I loved everything about this property. We were in a newly completely refurbished room with a lovely luxurious feel to it. Everything was beautiful down to the sumptuous curtains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which means a lot to us. The bathroom was lovely with a shower that was perfect it didn’t leak at all. The breakfasts were very good indeed. I would definitely stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.
