The suite room had everything we needed including 2 tvs. Shower was massive and powerful Bed comfortable No aircon though Huge selection of light switches and usb sockets near the bed to choose from Comfortable sofa, table and 4 chairs and plates for us all.

The bin in the kitchen was broken so the lid was always left off. The drain or inside of the cupboard under the sink smelled of mouldy mops. 2 floors above the nightclub so we could hear that thumping below us but it was ok not too loud The pendant lamp above the dining table kept flashing every few mins. So we turned it off.

1. Very good location, in the city centre, could reach all tourist attractions by feet. 2. Very easy to reach from the airport by bus, the bus stop is located direct in front of the hotel. 3. Easy and fast check-in / check-out. Early check-in also no problem! 4. Friendly workers. 5. The room is small but new, clean and comfortable with everything you need. 6. Comfortable beds. 7. Good shower. 8. Very good price.

Location was convenient to buses, trams and within walking distance to the Castle and the Royal Mile. The hotel has an elevator.

Difficult to find due to street in front has limited traffic access due to bus and tram lanes. The paid parking is an 7 minute walk away with uneven walking sidewalk making it difficult to pull your luggage.

The location was excellent - a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley station, Dean's Village, the castle, all the nightlife spots, and so many restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was large. The team also assisted with laundry (perfect for those on a long trip around Europe) and even helped my friends organise a surprise for me from back home in Australia!

This hotel appears to be renovated from an old hostel or something? The rooms were quite outdated, but still comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better but it wasn't to the extent that I felt I needed to complain. The room was also very hot and I had to sleep with the window open which meant I got to hear all the wonderful sounds of people enjoying a night out in Edinburgh until the wee hours of the morning every night.

The room we got was one designed for disabled people (we didn't need the facilities) so it was a bit bigger with a big bathroom and easy to reach hangers etc. As we didn't need the features, I can't comment how good they would be for a disabled person but we definitely liked the extra space. Location was good, easy to get from the airport and lots of buses to town centre. Very close to shops. Bed was comfortable but maybe a bit small.

The room was quite hot, even with a window open. I don't care much about a view but it to have a window looking into a wall with a pipe is not very pleasant. There is a night club next to the hotel and you can hear music until 2-3 am. It is not too loud but noticeable. The bathroom needs more hooks, there is no where to hand towels.

Great location just off Princes Street, very clean and fresh, comfortable bed, very clean toilet facilities, clean towels and the price was good.

The room felt rather small. There was no fridge - a big minus, especially as there was no breakfast facilities in the hotel. There were no soap bars and the hand wash dispenser on the wall was ridiculous we had to go out and buy a dispenser! The room key card kept failing but was probably getting wiped by my mobile and/or case solved by keeping the card key away from the mobile. The room was booked for two people but there was only one small uncomfortable chair and one large bed cushion.

Great location, airport bus stop right outside the hotel, well connected to other parts of the city, great choice of amenities on doorstep, staff were very accommodating and helpful, good to have a shower over bath. Good to have adequate drawers in the room for storage.

The room was a bit rundown, frayed carpet, bathroom shelf not properly affixed to the wall and the carpet wasn't well vacuumed on arrival.. The TV was fixed to the wall on a right angle from the bed (the only viewing place) so not easy/comfortable to watch TV. No option for breakfast at the time. That being said, great value really for the location and the great team. I would stay again, no problems.

Top Location, right at one end on princess street. The staff was also friendly. They provided a baby crib and let us store our luggage because we had a late train so that was very accommodating.

The room size was not what was advertised. I had booked a room that was supposed to be 250 something ft but it was way under 200ft. If you're traveling in june-july I would advise you to opt for a hotel that has air-conditioning. One day it was around 25°C and it was hard to breathe inside. The water temperature in the shower was not constant, it changed from cold to hot in seconds. The elevators are not the best but they do have one in each wing.

We needed some space so booked a suite. Not cheap, but it did what we needed and allowed us to cook or heat evening meal and breakfast (restaurants in daytime!) Well appointed and comfortable beds, good shower facilities, happy complete kitchen including crockery and cutlery and microwave, oven, hob, pots, DISHWASHER yay!! Close in to Old Town and anyway we were splurging. Bus stop and trams immediately outside, shops, Siansbury's across the street, local restaurants, altogether convenient location not very far from Waverley station. 3 nights here, well spent.

The hotel is close to dining and transportation making it convenient. The suite we had was a great size with a kitchenette.

Being close to dining and transportation, it was extremely noisy. There was no ac so we had to leave the windows open through the night and with bars and bus stops right below our room it was noisy all night. The staff was ok. There was no courtesy phone in the room so when we needed something we had to walk to reception which was accessed by leaving the building and walking around the corner several meters.
