We really enjoyed the location, since it allowed us to see everything by foot and it was also a very calm street. We stayed on the Flat 2, which had a view of the inside garden which is lovely. The access is very easy, which is through a pass code that is given to you. You also have a place to store your luggage in case you need it. The cookies that were provided also were a very sweet touch.

There wasn't anything big that we didn't like, just some details. Since we got some rain and we were walking, I think it would be nice to have a rubber mat as soon as you walk in the flat and a place to store your shoes, because then the carpet gets dirty. The other thing is in the bathroom, it would be nice if there was a place to hang clothes for when you go to the shower. Also, the bed might be a bit short for someone who's a bit taller.

I booked this apartment as I was attending a show at the Usher Hall with my mum. The apartment and entrance are lovely 😍 very clean and decorated so nice!! Perfect location literally minutes from shops pubs restaurants as well as the Usher Hall. We ate at a Chinese Buffet up at the top of Street and would highly recommend 😋 There is no on street parking directly outside as its permit holders only but there are two NCP car parks either end of the street (I used the Grindlay Street one as cheaper) Communication from the host was always prompt and very helpful when I did have questions. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again 😁

This was my first time staying in a location that wasn't a hotel, and I was very nervous about the booking. I had my expectations blown away, though, and I am very happy about the decision. Lovely location right next to the castle and a carpark. The room was better than I expected, and for the price, it was beyond perfect. Great bathroom and kitchen. Real big bed. Me and my gf had a great stay and truth be told it was 100% better than the hotels my family stayed at for the wedding with a much more reasonable price. I have to return back to Edinburgh more frequently now. Now we have a Scotsmen in the family, and I hope to use this room on my future trips. I really recommend this over the other hotels in the area. Sadly I do not have any photos to upload. I took a video while I stayed but can't upload it.

Bit of noise in the morning from the shutter gate across the road, but it's not really an issue. And the blinds need a better repair job. To be fair, it didn't really affect my opinion on the room.

The place is very spacious and clean. It's conveniently located within a short walk from the Grassmarket. The area is very quiet, and the place itself is comfortable and well equipped. We had a very pleasant stay.

There're very comprehensive instructions on how to operate the appliances, which include getting the hot water to work. Although they were helpful, we found ourselves in a hurry on our last day and couldn't make the time to get the hot water working, so just keep that in mind before checking out.

This studio apartment has everything we needed! It is in an amazing location, easily walkable to everything in the town center and other spots like Dean Village. It is very nicely decorated with some extra amenities like heated floors in the bathroom. We appreciated the booklet provided that explained everything we needed to know for the apartment. Since all access was controlled by keypad, we could easily come and go without worrying about a key. Communication with the management was seamless and they were very kind and responsive.

There was an issue with the hot water, but the management quickly responded to the issue and even reimbursed us for the inconvenience.

Excellent location, near popular tourist places and easy reachable. Check-in and check-out was easy, there where even luggage storage available for us (we did not use this time). Huge and comfortable bed with biiig douvet. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for a nice stay - hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch :) I hugely recommend this property! One of the best stays we had during our week long trip.

Very easy to access the property. Keybox is located at the door, Code was emailed to me in advance. Had no need to speak to anyone. Property was lovely and very well equipped,

It was a ground floor property so passers by could look right into the flat. So, when lying in bed in the morning, the only choice was to drop the blackout curtains and put on the internal lights. Perhaps some net curtains or something similar could be deployed.

Small things would have made such a difference, most of which have been mentioned in other reviews but not acted on such as only 1 milk sachet, carpet could be doing with clean with it being light grey. My husband had to clear the shower trap of other people’s hair (not nice) as the water was nearly overflowing. No bin liners in bathroom. Don’t know who was staying upstairs but they were running up and downstairs till 3:30 am, sounded like students maybe

Utterly spotlessly clean, perfect for a long weekend. Lovely comfortable bed, great shower room, cannot fault the accommodation in any way. Will use again for sure. Everything is on the doorstep (Usher hall 30mtrs away for the gig we went to), Farmers market on Saturday just at the end of the road. Loved the whole experience!

Nothing, it's impossible to please everyone when you rent these places so any negative would literally be nitpicking and as the owner has done such a fantastic job I'm more than happy to return next year.

What a lovely stay right in the city of Edinburgh. The apartment was done to a high spec and was lovely and spacious. We felt so comfortable there. So brilliantly located. For an expensive city I thought this apartment was a steal. It was great that they had a luggage storage aswell. All facilities were beyond expectations and we would definitely stay again when next in the city.
