Every thing was better than I expected (E.g. you can also find towels, robes, shampon...etc.).

Two problems: 1-Communucation at weekend is ZERO. You can not reach them. So if you have an important problem, then you need to solve by your self. 2-The windows can not be opened nor closed. The window in bedroom was slightly opened and could not close it. We called them, we wrote to them, but they could not do any thing. On monday they wrote they will asko somebody to do something, but nothing happened.

We absolutely loved this apartment it was a highlight of our trip. Staff were very responsive in assisting us when we initially had trouble locating and getting in (our error). All the ammenities we could need. Stunning high ceilings, really spacious and airy with great view.

There was some slight noise from the street however it was New Year’s Eve and ear plugs were provided so it was fine! The car park is 20 minutes away from location so if you have lots of luggage you will have to catch transport or walk. However, an Uber was very cheap and the discount you are provided for the carpark is really great

We had a large apartment on the 3rd floor, no. 8. A lot of steps to get to the apt, no lift, but we knew this from prior reviews and communication with the property. Once in the apartment the views were beautiful and living, kitchen area was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds, pillows and linens were super cozy. Loved the decor.

We didn’t realize someone would be coming to the apt for cleaning service. I don’t recall seeing any info., but I might have missed it. The door was open when we arrived and the next day when we returned from sightseeing, it felt concerning. However the host was very apologetic and explained there is daily service if needed.

The location of the apartment was great, decorated to a high standard with all the comforts of home. Really helpful additional services and information if you needed it. Really safe entry system too. Great place for getting right into the heart of the city!

There were some general maintainence items that needed addressing in the bathroom but nothing that spoilt the weekend.

The property was lovely. Very modern. Well equipped & perfectly situated. Lovely restaurants nearby.room with a view too of the castle & the greyfriars Kirkyard. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend

The little step on entry to the flat was in effect camouflaged into the landing area carpet. Sadly I fell on exiting the apartment landing on the metal balustrade opposite the door. Massive brushing if all up my arm. Twisted my ankle & landed heavily on my knee. Resulting in hobbling round Edinburgh for the entire visit. Even a sign to say mind the step would have been useful.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable.

We didn’t have a great view, may be because our apartment was located on the third floor. Also it was very noisy at night. We had a hard time sleeping and the rooms seemed dusty.

Great location, good facilities. Lovely view in rear bedroom. Excellent quality furnishings. Private.

Door code, but hard to make it work. Needs attention and much clearer instructions on how to enter/clear it. Left standing in rain. Communication of access details came very late and not at all via booking.com, had to contact directly. Early checkout time (10).

Modern and well equipped tv in each bedroom and dressing gowns a nice touch. Very central location to all the main attractions.

We stayed in the top floor apartment which was lovely but took several flights of stairs to get there

The entrance process could have been better! It took a bit for my key code to actually work (because of the rainy weather, the key pad was having an issue) & I had to reach out to someone for assistance. However, once that was sorted, everything worked afterwards! The facility itself was wonderful—very spacious, very clean & an excellent location!

Excellent location, convenient for restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. Well-appointed, comfortable apartment. Easy self-check in with coded entrance and no bother of keys. Welcome pack is a lovely touch.

Did request an umbrella which is sited in the list of amenities in the apartment. Hope it is delivered for the next guests.
