Great location on High Street, handy for pubs, shops and takeaways, in a traditional historic building with wooden beams and low ceilings. Can sit out in the old cobbled Courtyard if weather is good. Tv with Netflix for if it rains. Run by a lovely couple who serve a great breakfast. No parking on property, but easy to park on backstreets a short walk away. I would happily stay again.

Very minor thing, but had to access room's bathroom by traversing an area used by owners, so not totally private. Not really a problem, but worth noting if going for a shower! I believe the other room they have is completely self contained.

Excellent value for money. Although in the "budget" price range, do not be put off. I was made most welcome by Yoshi and Jonathan who both made small gestures that you might expect with a friend but you would not expect from a business. They really do care about their guests. The bedroom was clean fresh and obviously recently refurbished even though it is in an older stone building. I would certainly be happy to stay again if working in the area

The only slight disadvantage is the parking - the nearest free space is about 100 yards away, but it is only 2 or 3 minutes walk so not really a problem.

The location is on high street in the adorable town of Pateley Bridge. It shares a building with the oldest sweets shop in England. The room looks both inside and outside like a fairytale cottage. It's not modern, but it's so charming. Yoshi, the owner, is the sweetest B&B owner I've ever met and put in several special touches that were just amazing. Breakfast was lovely as well. In the summer heat, the downstairs room was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. I was only passing through and was sad I didn't have more time to explore the Yorkshire Dales, so I've already booked another stay!

If you're looking for modern, large, or impersonal, this is not the place for you. Personally, I loved it.

Comfortable room for the night with en-suite bathroom -with a fantastic shower - TV, Wi-Fi and a cooked breakfast, made to order and included in the cost for the room. Attentive and friendly host. Pretty location. Good value. I would very happily stay again.

The cobbles in the courtyard were a bit slippy as it was raining constantly so you need to take care as you enter and leave the property.

The breakfast was outstanding - and it was cheerfully served a little later than normal as I had been at a wedding the night before! Very thoughtful. Tea & coffee provided in the room with fresh milk (no excessive plastic packaging). Everything was simple - and clean. Slept really well. Advice provided on where to park (very close by).

If I had been staying more than one night the lack of storage in the room would have been an issue - but it was OK for me. Thin ceiling (could hear lots of footsteps from above - but not very late.

Yoshi was so kind she arranged for us to check in early as we were meeting friends in Harrogate, nothing was too much trouble and Jonathan made a lovely breakfast. We will stay there again! 5***** we stayed in the garden area and it was so quiet to say we were just off the main road. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, tea and coffee available, clean bedding and towels.

No problems for us!

Yoshi, the host was lovely, very friendly, caring, sweet, nothing was a problem. Very welcoming and down to earth. Lovely old part of the building where we had breakfast, very quaint, old wooden beams on the ceiling, a beautiful old fireplace, area for cooking back in the day. Just lovely, really enjoyed our stay would definitely go back. Thank you to Yoshi for an amazing stay.

This B&B is in a central location on the high street of the charming village of Pately Bridge in Nidderdale. The room was located on the courtyard behind what used to be the Sweatheart teashop and could be accessed from the side street. We were offered tea and cake on arrival and received an outstanding breakfast the following morning. There are several pubs and take-aways in the village including a very good fish & chips shop. The village also has excellent short and long term car parking.

Great location just off the main high street perfect for walking to the Royal Oak for our evening meal. John and Yoshi were excellent hosts, very welcoming and the home made brownie was just what we needed after a day on our motorbikes. The room and ensuite was spotless. Breakfast was delicious.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
