First we loved the location on a cider orchard in beautiful countryside and away from roads and noise. The scenery is fantastic. It’s just a walk through the orchard to the pub also run by the family. It that serves good beer plus the farm’s excellent cider and good food. Hilary the B&B host is just fantastic, she provides everything you could wish for but it’s the breakfast that is the star of the show. I have never had a better full English breakfast in my many decades of travelling. Home made butter and jams, complete the spread. Superb!

Wonderful host owners - very welcoming and thoughtful - delicious breakfast including homemade Muffins and very generous and varied breakfast options - from Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs to vegetarian and full English breakfasts - beautiful fresh ingredients - we had farm cider waiting for us in the fridge and also homemade cider cake - A short walk through orchard to nearby pub - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and every creature comfort was thought of - thank you - We loved our stay!

We have nothing negative to say about the property.

We arrived at Broome Farm to a friendly greeting from Hillary and stayed in an upstairs apartment with its own entrance and beautiful double-aspect views across the valley.....great for bird watching! The compact kitchenette included a good selection of beverages, along with biscuits and a delicious cider apple cake to welcome us. The fridge also contained milk and cider, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast included a great selection of cereals, fresh fruit, home-made preserves and a delicious cooked breakfast made with local produce. Additionally, Hillary surprised us with cinnamon swirls and croissants, along with the kind offer of pancakes on shrove Tuesday and a lovely box of chocolates on Valentine's Day. We would highly recommend Broome Farm, which is ideally situated for walking and exploring the Ross on Wye area.

This place is totally amazing! Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, huge bath (can easily accommodate 2 😉) warm and cosy. We had a beautiful homemade cider cake, milk, and two bottles of homemade cider, along with biscuits and plenty of hot drinks from the tassimo. The owner and other staff were extremely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble! The breakfast was great too! Quality, fresh ingredients perfectly prepared and presented. The surroundings are beautiful and just a 10 minute walk to the pub, which sells cider made at the farm. We would have stayed another night, but they were already booked. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hilary and her team were charming and friendly. Our accommodation was just right for our needs. The view from our windows was so lovely as were the wonderful breakfasts. The fridge was stocked for us and there was an excellent selection of coffee and tea available in our kitchenette. There was plenty of room for our large dog and so much opportunity to walk around the orchards and lanes - particularly nice walk to the Yew Tree pub to sample the cider they make at Broome Farm! We went with our friends who also had lovely accommodation. All round a great break.

There was nothing to dislike - even though there was some building work happening on the farm, there was no noise or disturbance to us and everyone working was friendly and happy to share information about where was good to visit on our trips out.

Very friendly with nothing is much trouble attitude. Hilary was fantastic. The breakfast was brilliant with home made butter. with a good choice, fantastic coffee. In fact, I enjoyed them so much I would have it as my last meal on death row. The property is in a rural location, but it is only a short drive to Ross on Wye, The farm is a working cider orchard/brewery where Mike, Hilary's brothers runs, Ross on Wye Cider and Perry do a tour around the orchards and brewery well worth the money and really fasintingbto boot the most interesting being the cider tasting, who knew how rhe taste changes depending on the type of barrel used. Back to the guest house we were there foorv4 days plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed it so much we booked a weekend there hopefully during the aple blossom time.

We booked the junior suite which had everything required for a comfortable stay. it consisted of a small entrance. a living room with small kitchen area. The bedroom had an ensuite. The suite was centrally heated and double glazed making it cozy. There were plenty of windows which made the suite lovely and light. Both the bedroom and living room had a double aspect. The Juliette balcony had French windows providing us with a fantastic viewpoint. The decor was tasteful with lovely patterns on the curtain fabrics. A plentiful breakfast was served in the dining room of the main house. The communal lounge had a classical elegance as many period features were retained. Our delightful host, Hilary and helper Claire were friendly, welcoming and attentive during our two day stay. We felt very much at home.

My wife and I stayed here two nights for a short mini-moon in late October, Hilary was so welcoming and the house, grounds and our own little cottage style flat were beautiful. Situated a short drive out of Ross on Wye this was the perfect relaxing environment to unwind, with complimentary cider cake, ciders, coffees teas biscuits and a breakfast to die for. Especially enjoyed the fact there was no menu, whatever you wanted it would be freshly made to order, full English or smoked salmon with eggs, porridge, filtered coffee I could write a whole essay on how good this was. Will definitely return, and for longer, to what felt like a welcoming home, a proper B&B experience

There was nothing we did not like about our stay Excellent location for what we wanted, quiet! If someone wasn't looking for a relaxing time then they would be best booking in the centre of town The great addition is that this is a cider farm!

Hilary was very welcoming, her manner made us feel comfortable. The room was very suitable for us with bath and shower. The bedroom was all what was required including space, wardrobes and all tea and coffee choices. There was a homemade apple cake in the room on our arrival and we were able to take this home with us. It was our anniversary and was made to be special. The breakfast was very moreish from local produce and no limit!!!!

the property had its own entrance. It was beautifully decorated and Hillary had thought of everything you would possibly need for our stay. It was super quiet and the grounds and property was beautiful. There was so much on offer at breakfast with lots of options for gluten and dairy free. All the hot food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. All the staff including Hilary were so friendly and really made you feel at home.
