Staff were all brilliant and super helpfull and welcoming. Bed was very comfy and room spotlessly clean. Food was all really good.

The low ceilings our room left ledges and the bathroom door frame really low, appreciate it is a listed building but think it is possible to put Padding in keeping with the decor in or be given the option of a different room at check in if you are tall (as we are) we have lots of bumps on our heads! No hash brown or potato option with the full English breakfast- an essential breakfast item for us! Bigger range if pastries would have been nice too.

The hotel is in an excellent location, parking tricky to locate but available. Dog friendly, our little daxi was warmly welcomed- really appreciated that. Bed was super comfy, lovely selection on tea tray too. Bathroom could do with a deep clean, but has definitely been cleaned- no issues. Rubber duck made us giggle! Can staff check the complimentary toiletries are correctly labelled? Body lotion was labelled as shampoo. Fab quality toiletries- Thankyou! Special mention for Dot- what a superstar. Soo helpful! We will definitely be back :) and say YES to breakfast!!

Loved the property and the wonky floors. Everything was very clean apart from they forgot to clean our actual room (we stayed 2 nights).

As I said before our room didn’t get cleaned after the first night. Also on first night ran a bath which was too cold so went to put some more hot in and empty some cold out but the plug wouldn’t come out. Called reception who came up straight away and she got the plug out with a knife but meant we couldn’t really use the bath again after that. Also asked for more coat hangers as there were only 3 in the wardrobe but they couldn’t accommodate us with more.

Breakfast was lovely, they could do with extending their breakfast cut off time in the week by 30mins. (so to end at 9am instead of 8:30am) The staff were really helpful and anything you needed was not a problem - Especially Donna and Ellie. My room was rather hot but a fan was provided. (It was a hot weekend though) Tea, Coffee and Milk provided (with kettle) Hairdryer and extra bedding (duvet / pilllows) TV and bathroom supplies. My room had a bath and shower and also a double wardrobe for clothing. A huge bed and was perfect for my dogs.

Room and food were superb and staff were really friendly and helpful. We had the ´room at the top´ which had a winding staircase to get to it but was well worth the climb. The room itself was cosy and homely and the bed linen was of wonderful quality - slept like logs. Despite being on the High Street we didn´t get any traffic noise at all. Dinner in the evening was excellent too and we really enjoyed our meals. Location is perfect and also has nearby (free by voucher) parking in the train station car park just behind hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay - will be back in summer for a short break!

The room was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was particularly spacious. We had an excellent cooked breakfast included in the price we paid. The location right in the centre of town was delightful.

There is no hotel car park. There are two car parks nearby; both need to be paid for (e.g. £4 for evening to 10 am). Some rooms - I think many of them - are a short walk across the courtyard. That wasn't at all a problem to us, but might be a small issue if it is pouring with rain. But really, very little of any significance.

The receptionists , waiting staff, and bar staff were exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend 100% and would book again to stay. I would also eat breakfast, but undecided re an evening meal

I had a slight problem with my main course in the restaurant in the evening, but when i explained, the lovely waitress took the meal back to the chef, who said thats the way liver is. Im afraid but raw inedible liver is not the way liver is! However, other peoples meals and my starter were lovely.

I recently stayed at the Three Swans Hotel in Hungerford, Berkshire and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The decor was traditional yet modern, giving the room a cozy and inviting feel. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a complimentary bottle of water and biscuits. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Hungerford and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the train station. Despite being in the town center, the room was quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food at the hotel's restaurant. I had both breakfast and dinner there and was blown away by the quality and taste of the dishes. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend trying the steak at dinner, it was cooked to perfection. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Three Swans Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hungerford. The staff, room, and food were all top-notch, making for a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Food a bit lacking and expensive. The ‘full English’ in particular was disappointing, for ~£17 I would expect much more food. Notwithstanding if the black pudding, tomato and mushroom- 1 small egg the size of my palm, one sausage and two small cuts of bacon alongside a small serving of baked beans is not great value for money. Turning to dinner, the pork belly ‘hanging kebab’ didn’t come on a hanger for starters (don’t actually care about that but just to point out!) and fat wasn’t properly rendered out and probably could have done with another 10-15 mins in the heat. The dinner service was a bit slow as well, however there was a party ongoing so it makes sense why staff were less attentive. Wifi was slow too.

I always think the breakfast is wasted on us because we don’t like a cooked breakfast, but we enjoyed the fresh fruit and natural yogurt. It was also very nice to have the pots of tea brought to our table. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed our pizza meal. Lovely shower.

Wasn’t impressed with jammy dodgers in the bedroom! It would also have been nice to have bottles of water in the room. Didn’t feel very welcome when we arrived. Better serviettes would have been nice.
