I have recently began to visit Liverpool monthly. This is the best laid out apartment I have stayed at in 6.

I can overlook the draft from the single glazed windows and the lack of bedside lamps. The noisy sanitary system in the bathroom was unforgivable. My partner and I used the toilet at least twice each during the night which woke the other person up due to the noise of the sanitary system. I hope you have not fitted the same noisy system in all 17 apartments? I would still like to stay in one of your apartments in the future.

The apartment was incredible — way bigger than expected, with comfortable facilities like two big couches, a great bed, and a big kitchen. The view was nice, and it's located very close to main attractions like The Cavern. Access to the property was easy and there's a lift to carry your luggage.

Nothing really. I wish you could leave the luggage if getting to Liverpool earlier than check in time, but there's no reception to leave it with.

Location..absolutely BANG IN THE CENTRE ..if you don't want to, or can't travel easily with mobility issues, its the PERFECT spot. So central it was surprising considering the cost of the apartment. Modern, beds were comfy, had full self catering facilities..genuinely lovely place to stay.

Didn't like the fact that the deposit was taken after full payment was made. I get the need the hold a card just in case there's any damage etc but..felt a bit at ransom in case I put a fork back wrong..If any issues occur after inspection, fair enough, you have the bank details. Didn't like the literal taking of 150 pound prior to arriving without even putting a toe in the property. A few oddities that could be addressed ..no lamps/low lighting in the bedroom. It's all or nothing, full 8 bulbs above or no light at all.. Very slippery shower base and no grab rails. It's just a "be careful situation" if an older person or immobile person is staying.

Well equipped, great location, clean and very comfy. Also felt safe and secure. (It didn't bother us at all!!) but if you don't like party crowds noise on the weekend when you're trying to go to sleep you won't like this location. The windows insulate from quite a lot of it and we slept perfectly fine through it but just something to bear in mind if you are light sleepers or easily disturbed.

Good spacious apartments in a great location, easy access 10 min walk to Albert Docks, Cavern Quarter within 2 mins. Good selection of restaurants/bars close by as well as Sainsbury/Tesco Express for self catering. Good communication from hosts and responses to queries raised before arriving, easy collection of keys

Lift was not working at the time of visit but this was communicated in advance and thankfully we were allocated first floor apartments and the stairs were ok for the older members of the group. Downside to first floor bedroom just above the street was a degree of noise during the night from revellers partying and delivery lorries arriving before 6am. (Rear bedrooms had no noise). The apartments do not have table lamps or bedside lamps which would be a nice addition!

The room was huge and clean as well. The location was great. A supermarket right next door and shops and restaurants nearby. Mathew Street wasn't far at all. We were there a lot as it's the main street for Beatles memorabilia. The entrance to the accommodation was beautiful and the lift was handy and always worked!

Really didn't like the noise from the Sani-flo system. Especially if you had to use the bathroom during the night. The bedroom door was very stiff to open over the carpet so we just left it open mostly except for during the night. There were workmen across the road that started very early in the morning and made a noise.

But massive disappointment that we weren’t informed of the lift not in use.me and my partner was there for my birthday celebrations but on discovering the lift wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor it was a painful struggle for my partner to get up all the stairs due to a hip problem and therefore we were going to leave after one night but had no choice to stay due to the bad weather . So rather upset at this , but would definitely stay there again as best place we’ve stayed in Liverpool, would be courteous to inform visitors if no lift though

Beautiful accommodation lovely entrance straight off the Main Street so easy to find Very secure Beautiful and clean entrance hall and stairs The apartment was extremely clean and furnished well Everything you need is here It’s all comfortable High ceilings well chosen decor, lovely furnishings a fridge freezer and a washing machine Only stayed the night so didn’t need to use these appliances A hair dryer iron ironing board all in the wardrobe Plenty of space in all rooms It was so clean and fresh new feel to it

This is a hard one as there is nothing that you could dislike However I know very small but Beautiful light hanging from the ceiling more than half the bulbs weren’t working and the only 3 that were one flickered constantly Please can you also look up as well as down This was a beautiful light shame In the bathrooms there were soap shampoo and body wash complimentary There were awful something a child would use Either buy nice ones that match the vibe or don’t leave them This isn’t a complaint just would be so nice to have A couple of lamps in the bedroom Would make these bedrooms Not sure why not you may have reasons unknown to me

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed,good amenities including kitchen appliances and utensils. Situated a short distance from both Docks and Mathew St . Many shops and restaurants close by. Prompt service from friendly staff. Ease of entry. Being given a Code allowing cheaper parking also a plus.

Toilet in initial room booked smelled pretty bad.We contacted staff and were immediately found another room within the same building. Although smelling less of sewage toilet area still had a bad smell.This room had bedroom at front of building and although high up was quite noisy..It is a very busy area and when staying previously with the Castle collection in similarly placed buildings have not found this an issue.

I have stayed at 42 Castle Street many times and it does not disappoint. A very spacious apartment with comfy beds. Being on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet. In the center of Liverpool, you could not get a better location. Price was outstanding too.

As mentioned by another customer, a few floor lamps would be great. I had brought my own but there was no shower gel available, just hand lotion and one shampoo. What has been a little annoying this time was that the 150£ pre-authorised money has not been released on the day of check out. The bank told me that it could take one week for the money to be automatically released, which is not ideal being so close to Christmas, something to bear in mind.
