Beautiful. Lots of thought has gone into the design and it is super clean. feels as if everything is refurbished, all very fresh. also a pleasant delicate scent all through the hotel, very subtle, not artificial. really lovely staff.

very weird requirement to provide photo ID at check in. several emails stressing the need for this and £100 security deposit. made me feel quite anxious tbh, as if I was going somewhere very seedy. I very nearly cancelled, even though I’d have lost the full amount! but it really is lovely there, nice street with good restaurants and bars ( nice, not rowdy), don’t let that out you off. but hope the management change this silly requirement for photo id.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, really large cosy rooms that makes you feel at home. The Juliet balcony windows let the natural light come through the room which was lovely. Hotel rooms are extremely clean, sanitary and mini bar well stocked, for decent prices. Had the best nights sleep that I have had in a long while, no music loudly playing from clubs as Monday, left the windows open so the bin men woke up up early but that was our fault! Really fell in love with this place and will definitely be back. Staff are so helpful and welcoming, presented beautifully and always have a smile!

Bathroom could do with re tiling and the hallways on the second floor really did have an odor to them.

While the overall experience was fantastic, I must mention that the bed was a tad creaky. Despite this minor detail, everything else about the place, from its great location and spacious room to the excellent bathroom, still makes it a highly recommended option for your stay.

Beautiful, spacious room in the centre of Liverpool. The room was clean and light with three beautiful big windows which made the room light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and despite being in the centre we didn't hear that much noise and got a goodnights sleep. The ladies on reception were lovely and chatty and very helpful when we asked about a restaurant. Overall, we had a great stay here. It's a few minutes to the museums and train stations. I would recommend 👌

We struggled slightly with the curtain in the bathroom, but other than this, it was perfect.

This hotel is a little gem in the centre of Liverpool. The room was beautifully decorated and much more spacious than we expected. I really liked the balance of modern decor against the traditional building. The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly.

I did pre-order a bottle of prosecco to be in the room when we arrived, but it wasn't there. This wasn't a huge issue as it was easily rectified when mentioned to reception, however it would have been nice for it to be there as this is what was offered to us.

I loved the location, the building and the spacious room. The room had an iron which is always convenient. Excellent price/quality.

Before booking, I asked them directly by email if I could a late check-out and if possible how much it would cost. The receptionist answered saying until 12:30 without mentioning it has a cost, and only mentioned the price would be an entire night after this time. Then obviously I booked without knowing the hotel was going to charge that. I had leave at the check-out time, otherwise they would charge me that amount which shouldn’t be even a question since they didn’t mentioned on the email.

Location was amazing and the room was HUGE! Was attending Eurovision and the hotel was perfectly placed for accessing everything in the city centre. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Brilliant facilities nearby, all the bars, shops and restaurants you need are on the doorstep. The room was unreal - big living room area, views over the city centre and a massive bathroom. Am back in Liverpool later on in the year for a gig, so will definitely stay again.

Stayed here is very hot weather and there were limited windows. However, a fan was provided in the room.

The king suite felt very luxurious, and we had a great people watching view from the full length windows, the well stocked mini bar was such a treat, and reasonably priced, made us feel like rock stars. The reception staff were all welcoming and friendly. The bed was so comfy again it felt very luxurious. I booked this hotel as a last minute birthday treat for my husband and got the room at an absolute steal, doubt I would find this bargain again due to the high quality of the hotel

Great suite on top floor, spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Great location to walk everywhere. Nice decor in the room.

Above 3 very loud bars with very loud music till around 1am on a weekend. Couldn't have the windows open as it was so noisy but even with them closed and being high up on the top floor, music was still very loud as 3 competing bars playing different music which meant sleeping wasn't an option until it stopped. Either give up and go out and join in with the party or don't expect to sleep till late.
