Staff are the best. Helpful, caring, take an interest in their customers. Sharon is the biggest asset to this new hotel, such a lovely helpful person, there was another 3 fabby members of staff (Reception/Bar staff) who went out of their way to do everything & anything to help us during our stay. Lastly the 2 Duty Managers Andrew & Adham who also were brilliant with resolving our issues. Yes there was a few issues but it is a hotel open on 2nd day when we stayed so problems were likely to happen BUT they met the issues with resolutions straight away. Can't really ask for anymore than this. Brand new hotel so everything is so clean and fresh.

If you ever plan on staying in Liverpool I can only advise you to stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable on a very high standard. The staff was very kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay.

We did have an issue with the AC in our room which, for us, was very inconvenient because we always keep our rooms at a rather cold temperature and since you (obviously!) can’t open a window, it got too hot very quickly. The manager handelnd this situation extraordinarily well by getting us another room immediately and making sure we were comfortable with it. Even on the next morning he asked whether everything was alright. Seldomly have I experienced such a good service in a hotel, would definitely stay again!

The night receptionist, I couldn’t figure how to access the main entrance when getting back to the hotel after seeing a gig, he just kept pointing at something which I couldn’t figure out instead of just coming to the door & pointing to the keycard slot that I couldn’t originally see. In fairness it was ST Patrick’s Night & there was a lot of drunk people about but I wasn’t one of them as I was with my 13yr old Son!.

Friendly and helpful staff 😊. Great location. Rooms opposite each other -thank you. Breakfast included, nice hash browns, we all liked those. Nice to have granola and yoghurt available. Quiet doors, inside the rooms and in the corridors.

Only decaf coffee visible was sachets of instant. We would have appreciated decaf options at the coffee machine. We thought that the sausage and scrambled egg weren't that great.

Cannot fault this hotel, it was amazing. Great breakfast included every morning. Staff were extremely friendly, professional & helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Early check in given. Luggage storage facilities available. The location was in walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Close to bus station & train stations. Thank you to all the staff, you were amazing!!

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Liverpool on foot. Also close to Lime Street station and the bus station. Breakfast was very substantial with plenty of choice from the hot or cold buffet. A city map was given to us which was very useful as I'm not good with phone apps.

Couldn't work out how to put the heating on as there were no instructions.

Very friendly welcome,we had a small problem with a light and the staff did everything to rectify it and gave us a voucher for two free drinks as a gesture for our inconvenience,

Property had a nice fresh feel to it, really modern. By far the best Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at.

For us, we would have liked the TV in the room to offer apps such as Netflix, Disney+ so we could have logged into our accounts and streamed TV rather than having access just to Freeview

The hotel was lovely, staff helpful and polite, rooms really quiet and bed was really comfy, would definitely stay here again.

Great location All staff very professional but friendly Rooms immaculate and everything you need in a hotel room. Well thought out space. Great breakfast Took our dog Kodi and he was made very welcome
