The apartment was spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The a/c was so needed as it was in the 90s when we stayed. Having the fridge was a godsend also. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the free products helped with less to carry, all in all a lovely stay and will defo use again when in Liverpool. The secure entry and system was very reassuring too.

Excellent location. Nice building. Secure entrance system. Reception on floor one. Receptions local lady was very very good and efficient as well as friendly and helpful. One of the best check in experiences. Fridge nice with water and milk provided for coffee and tea. Shower was excellent. Key card system was great.

Pair of smelly old trainers found in the night by the curtains by kitchen. Not ours … so question the quality of cleaning even though a sign was present on door saying our room was disinfected for use! Lost marks for this as without that reception gained a glowing 10.

Absolutely will be returning here! We booked this last minute after finding out our previously booked accommodation had bad reviews. Well this exceeded our expectations! Lovely reception staff, we could access our room early as it was ready, late check out available at a fee. Building felt very secure as no access without keycard or being let in. Bed was okay, not exactly to my taste but that’s preference. Room as all amenities required, including toiletries in the bathroom. Surprisingly quiet despite being so central and on a Main Street.

the staff were exceptional. we got given a room with a view of another brick building, as me and my partner were there to sight see and get away from our city down in nottingham we asked for an room with a better view and the staff member who we spoke to didn't hesitate and was willing to upgrade our room with the view of the city. we was over the moon! the room was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

a small stain on the carpet near the door was noticable but wasn't a big problem to us both. our fridge was still filled with the last guests milk and food. the bin was hidden in a cupboard which when I shut the door it came off the door each time.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to both Central & Lime Street stations, bus stop, many sites, shopping and restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful in our room. Great bathroom with heated rack for towels, shelves & hooks, modern shower. Comfortable bed and ample storage. Nice little kitchenette. Good little gym to do a workout and laundrette in the building is a great feature. We felt safe in this secure building. Our room looked just like the photos online. We'd stay here again! These Canadians give it a thumbs up and highly recommend Quest!

We feel the only thing that could be improved is the poor lighting in bathroom and the vent wasn't working. Maybe a makeup mirror would help. The bathroom counter and lighting makes it difficult to see yourself up close for shaving and putting makeup on. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent location right in the center and easy to visit multiple locations. Room basic and clean dispite initially being given a disable room which I'm afraid did smell of urine! We refused to stay there for the obvious reason of smell. Also why are able people offered a disabled room! If I wanted one I would have requested one for goodness sake. We were then given another room which was smaller than our original room but acceptable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bit of a pain, check out was 11am. We were all packed and decided to go out for a walk. We came back about 1050 and found our cards to the accomodation were disabled. The long and short of it was that after the 2nd attempt to get the cards enabled at reception, it worked. Instead of checking out at 1055 we were delayed by probably 1115 due to the shenanigans. Please Quest sort this out if checkout is at 11am and you disable the cards before this time is an unwelcome stressful touch.

We stayed in a studio (room 621) from 15-18 October. The check-in and check-out staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did not have breakfast as there was a very well-equipped kitchenette so we could make our own meals or go out and many eateries were just a few steps away. The room was extremely quiet so we had no problem sleeping even though the apartments are located right in the heart of everything. The room was spacious and well-equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom (thank you to the excellent housekeeping staff !) with good toiletries and a fantastic shower. There was a complimentary small carton of milk in the fridge. There was washing up liquid. We did not have a car, nor did we need one. I would highly recommend this establishment and would definitely return.

Decent size studio apartment, very cozy. The location is very convenient and central, only a few minutes walk to the train stations and Liverpool One centre. Will return.

The room was very cold when we arrived, the AC was set to 16 degrees, we were freezing at 11pm, especially in this cold weather. Some of the kitchen amenities were dirty (I.e. serving spoon had dry food on its back, the frying pan was oily, sticky and scratched, there were also traces of the pink cleaning product from the housekeeping in the bathroom). We weren’t that bothered by these, as we didn’t really used the kitchen amenities. The coldness of the room was the main issue we experienced.

Location was fantastic for everything. Slap bang in the city centre but a quiet comfortable up to datep apartment above the fantastic and busy Church Street with amazing shops, cafe bare and restaurants Literally a 2 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and within walking distance to Albert Dock, Bus/Boat Tours and local museums. Loved the kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) to cater for a fussy child!! The bed was Super large and comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were excellent - including washing machine and dryer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were sad to go home. Liverpool is a truly amazing City, friendly, fun, beautiful and very interesting with something for everyone and The Quest Apartments was the place to be based. The John Brodie Beacon/Radio Ststion Tower is a must to visit.
