Liverpool Duke Street true example for company mascot. Customer service 100% and some, from problematic check in to easy checkout. Staff helpfulness was above and beyond, area knowledge, advice and recommendations perfect in every way. Can not stop singing their praises. A smile and conversation with my coming and going each day was so homely. Accommodation comes with courtyard access, no complaints, clean and comfortable meeting our needs. Location and transport links were ideal for attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife.

There was a smell in corridor from air conditioner/water damage which was being treated.

Absolutely everything.All the staff are friendly and approachable, and nothing is too much trouble. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in What's On, places a d things to do .from Shopping, theatre ,cinema hiring a car OR a Mobility scooter. Our Three superheros, AMELIA JAKUB,BECCA really made our trip fantastic fun. STAYCITY DUKE STREET, IS THE ONLY PLACE WE WILL STAY, its better than home from home because we are the ones that get looked after. We could not rate the accommodation Highly Enough!!. It's perfect clean and beds are very comfortable. All areas are accessible for the wheelchair, and the Location is perfect. Booked our next trip before we finished this trip. That says it all.

Great location & apartment has everything you would possibly need during the stay. Very spacious & it exceeded our expectations for the price paid. Staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly & polite & always on hand when needed.

Apartment has smart tv but not able to use any of the benefits of this. None of the usual streaming apps on there (Netflix, Prime, BBC iPlayer, YouTube etc) & settings prevent installing anything from the app store despite giving access to it. WiFi was great; strong connection & high speed but was disappointing not to be able to make good use of it to watch a film

Location was great, we arrived after checkin, Jakub was extremely helpful. we had the carpark explained to us very clearly.Jakub upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Jakub gave us a map of the town centre and told us if we needed anything at all that we could see him at reception and he would explain the map or anything else we needed.Jakub was super friendly and kind. Excellent customer service. The location of the Apartments was the best of both worlds, 5mins from Albert Dock and 7mins away from Liverpool One. The apartment was clean but same aspects could have been cleaner but I am a bit of a Clean addict so may just be me being picky. The rooms both had fans which were great as the apartments were a little hot. The beds were comfy and made up nicely. The kitchen was stocked up with literally everything we needed including a Tassimo machine with 4 coffee pods. Carpark was at the back and extremely tight but we have a big car, lifts were very handy to every floor. Loved the 24 hour reception. We felt very safe and had a very lovely stay.

The car park was a bit hard to find as it had a different postcode, it is operated / owned seperately so not the hotels responsibility. The car park spaces were extremely tight but as I mentioned we do have a big car. Apartment could have been a little bit cleaner in the nooks and crannies.

The staff where amazing. The lady we where dealing with upon check in made everything so easy after travelling from very early I was tired and had two young kids and she made me feel very welcome and at ease. The apartment we received was an upgrade and it couldn't have been any nicer we had everything we could need, it was spotless clean, extremely comfortable and our eldest daughter was blown away by two balconies. The location was perfect as it was a stone throw away from everything shops, pubs, restaurants and it had a shopping market 2 minutes walk away. I am extremely happy with everything and will most certainly be back and will highly recommend to everyone.

Jacob on Reception was very informative with a good introduction to where is best to visit whilst in Liverpool. The cost of the hotel stay was very good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the shops and Albert Docks. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed pulls out to be 2 single beds which you have to throw sheets on to make up the bed ready to sleep and then a double bed is already made up. Our room had a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer machine.

Staycity car park behind the hotel - Parking was tricky as not very well sign posted, but a quick telephone call to the reception where we were given guidance to the car park entrance easily enough. The car park has a yellow roller shutter door to the entrance. Note that there are several floors to drive down but only a small number of spaces on each level. We arrived at 11am and managed to get parked up. We appreciated there were parking so definitely worth trying to park there. The parking was £15 for 24hrs and you can pay at the pay machine or online via a QR number. There is a lift on all floors from the car park to get to the hotel Reception.

Fantastic place, the lady on reception was very helpful and when mentioned that we was looking for restaurants she went to get a map and directed me to the best ones. She even showed me the car park underneath as I was cautious about the space for my 7 seater... Needless to say, the car park had more than enough room - I didn't get her name but she was brilliant. Room was spotless, very well equipped, really comfy beds and bedding and a modern bathroom. Location was the main reason I booked and it didn't disappoint, about 400 yards to Liverpool one, 5 min walk to the docks... When we return, we will be booking here again! Thank you staycity.

Absolutely nothing.

Great facilities and excellent customer service. We were disturbed by some inconsiderate guests in the early hours of the morning, who thought it okay to run up and down the corridor shouting and screaming. We spoke to security, who dealt with the the situation immediately- even providing a direct number to reception should the problem arise again. Needless to say it didn’t. When checking out the following morning, we again received excellent service, receiving a discount that we hadn’t asked for for the inconvenience. Thanks stay city- you have some great people working for you!

Nothing apart from the inconsiderate guests who were dealt with.

Unbelievably good value. Everything you could need within a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Booked an apartment for 2 nights for myself, my wife and 7 month old. We were warmly greeted upon arrival at the reception desk and even got upgraded to the larger apartment (presumably because it was available and they saw the mountain of things needed to travel with a small infant!) It was greatly appreciated. There was also parking below the building so that’s very handy. Was concerned because we were so close to the city centre that it would be noisy but I needn’t of worried as it was very quiet. The weather was very warm and the apartment had 3 really strong fans which made the overnight a lot more pleasant.

Beds a little soft but this is really a tiny tiny quibble.
