I loved staying here, it is a fabulous hotel. My room was perfect for me, the bed was comfy, the storage was plentiful and the bathroom roomy. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful indeed. The hotel was excellently placed for Liverpool One, and Bold Street was literally round the corner. I did wonder if street noise at night would be a problem but I heard absolutely nothing whatsoever. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I seriously cannot think of anything I disliked about staying here.

The staff were really helpful, we especially appreciated the staff-picked food recommendations, every one we tried was delicious! The location was perfect for tourism, we got everywhere we wanted on foot. The water was amazingly hot and with great pressure. We really recommend this hotel for a stay.

The walls between rooms are really thin and our neighbors were coming back from parties at 4am, which woke us up every day.

Location excellent. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel in the perfect location in Liverpool just off the main high street. Staff were very helpful and generally kind, welcoming and friendly - especially Cole. You even got a sweet handwritten welcome card in your room upon arrival! Got to check-in early which was great. The small double room was the perfect cozy size. bed was v soft and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette and desk to work in the room. The lounge area was great. I’d definitely come back.

The only negative was the water in the shower in the room was burning / scalding hot, no matter which way you turned it. There was a warning sign in the shower to tell you this, but it was very difficult to shower for a long time in burning hot temperatures.

Centrally located, loads of bars and restaurants around the property. Only a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station, and 10 minutes from Matthew Street. Room was modern and clean, with a fridge, sink and tea and coffee facilities.

We did book a small double room, and the bed was tiny. But it was comfortable and fine for a couple of nights, just be aware the bed is extremely small if booking this room.

If I got rate this a million stars I would. The staff were so kind and helpful from the moment I booked the trip. I booked on behalf of my grandma and great auntie for their 70th birthday and the staff went out of there way to make it truly special. They let me bring decorations the night before and then they decorated their room as a surprise. My grandma always says that this is her favourite hotel and I can see why. I asked if they could be on the top floor and they made that happen! They also gave some complimentary prosecco which was so kind of them. I'm already spreading the word about this hotel & my family is going to be booking to stay for my wedding this year. I would highly recommend! It's also in a perfect location.

I can't fault it at all.

We have just returned from our 3 night break at this lovely boutique hotel. The location was perfect with ample restaurants/bars and attractions in close proximity. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were given a map of the city and directions to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. The hotel itself was always immaculate, and our room was well appointed. Although the hotel is in the city, it is located on a quiet street, so it was very peaceful throughout our stay. We are already planning to revisit Liverpool later in the year and will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was perfect for the shopping experience and proximity to restaurants and pubs. The room was great although in hindsight i should have booked a room without the beams as my partner smacked her head sorely 3 times during our stay. Bed was perfect and the room and hotel was warm and friendly. Remember it is near concert square and there might be a bit of noise to be heard in the early hours.

Apart from not booking the partner head free from banging safe room there is not much to criticise at all. Beside lockers could be a bit higher and with a drawer but the decor was great. Safe, iron and iron board etc... all great assets for a few day stay and much appreciated.

Excellent location, walking distance from Lime Street Station and everything in the city centre. Right in the city's main nightlife centre (but so quiet inside the hotel!) Lots of nice pubs and restaurants in the blocks around the hotel. The room was a good size (actually very large by British hotel standards), and even had a bathtub! The TV was good quality and large and I could cast Netflix etc from my phone. The bed was extremely comfortable! Good pillows too. The toiletries were good quality, and I liked the dispensers rather than little bottles. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Matter of preference and not an issue for me, but note that the windows don't open. The ventilation from the HVAC is good, and it blew cool air when I turned the temperature down all the way.

Very lovely room, great facilities like kitchenette in wardrobe. Great location for getting around the city. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy location for taxi pickup/drop off and can usually get an Uber within minutes. Staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived from an early flight and they allowed us to store bags at the location and managed to get us an early check in at 11am when usual check in is 3pm and even took the bags up to the room for us. Really impressed.

Stayed on a Saturday night and could hear a bit of noise from the bars nearby a little bit but it really wasn’t bad
