Posh Pads lived up to their name. We were in room 11 and it was a huge one bed apartment. Superb with top quality fittings and furnishings in a central location. Central location for shopping and sights with lots of top quality restaurants on the doorstep too. Will return.

The only downside to room 11 was that there was no mirror within easy reach of a plug, making drying hair very difficult.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, we arrived early for our room, the lovely lady put our luggage in a room and she phoned us before our check in time to tell us our room was ready. The parking was perfect and easy and our car was underneath the hotel with secure shutters. Our room was absolutely huge 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a massive living/dining room with a balcony. Very clean and modern, the location was brilliant we couldn't of found a better place. All round this apart-hotel was 5*** We will definitely be going back. Thank you to the staff and a brilliant stay.

Loved the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable one. Members of staff always greeted us with a nice welcoming smile., which made me feel happy to be there. The apartment was spacious, and comfortable with every detail for a home from home stay, T Fantastic water pressure in the bathroom and the layout of the rooms was good. Posh Pads is centrally located and there is a big Tesco supermarket at less than one minute walk where you can pick up all your groceries as well as lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

No fault of the hotel but there were noisy people in the street late evening on a couple of nights;; but this is central Liverpool so it can be expected. Otherwise, everything was perfect and to our entire satisfaction.

The staff were brilliant and had no problem going that extra mile, the apartment was great and very spacious, the location was really good.

Trivial I know but the bread knife had to be the worst I have ever used, the lighting in the bedroom was poor, my partner found doing her makeup difficult and the air conditioning was either non existent or just not working, it was to warm to sleep, also the bed was two singles pushed together and had a gap in the middle. The tv in the bedroom was absolutely tiny.

Staff were all very attentive, welcoming and very friendly. They went above and beyond to offer their help and offer personal support to us throughout our stay. Knowing there is somebody on reception 24/7 makes a huge difference we have found. This sets Posh Pads apart from other similar, quality accommodation. This is the 4th place we have stayed in on our visit from Australia and outshines the rest because of the lovely staff and high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

No complaints whatsoever!

The apartment was immaculate. open plan living/kitchen. Extremely comfortable sofa . 6 seated dining table .. Bed was comfortable and large. It was really central, main shopping area was a 2 minute walk .. cavern quarter about 5 minutes same to the dock area all in all perfectly situated. There is an underground car park (chargeable) The reception staff couldn’t be any more friendlier and helpful suggesting places to visit and providing a map .. This is perfect for anyone looking to visit Liverpool for a night or a week. There is a Tesco’s supermarket 2 minutes away so if your planning on doing a bit cooking/breakfast it’s a cheap and easy option for longer stays

Being honest it didn’t bother us, however you are on a busy street therefore there is noise in the living area however the bedroom was to the rear of the property so although no street noise the seagulls liked to be heard but I certainly wouldn’t let this put you off just take earplugs lol we were in room 24 . Perhaps some upgraded double glazing would sort this

Very Secure Entry. 24 hour Reception with excellent friendly staff. Chloe was so helpful and went above & beyond to show us possible apartments for future bookings, her colleague on the day unfortunately didn't get her name but she had the best smile, so warm & friendly. Britney we saw the most and loved her calm chilled friendly attitude. There is Parking at a cost, but it is on a first come first serve basis, but QPark very close by. The apartment was super spacious both living and bedrooms it had a bathroom and ensuite to one room. The settees are Lush a home from home experience. Fitted Kitchen with all appliances, super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for hanging clothes, draws and shelves. We would definitely go back there, that's if you can get availability as it is constantly booked. That's how fabulous it is. It is City Centre Apartments so very Close to the Docklands, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs and Bars. 👡👗🥾💍🎶🕺💃🍕🍲🌮🍾🥂🍺🍹🍷

Nothing everything was spot on. We did have a faulty iron that leaked, but it was replaced straight away. So if you have any issues don't moan, just contact Reception and let them know and it will be sorted. So a Positive rather than a Negative. 😁

Second stay but still needed to leave a £150 deposit which takes 10 days to return to card. Understand first time but as repeat customer seems no need

The best thing about this property has to be its location. Literally a few steps away from Albert Dock, Liverpool museum, Liverpool One. Lots of great eateries nearby. Apartment was fully furnished with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer.

The windows are not soundproof. There is so much noise throughout the day and night. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room at the back and on a higher floor. We only stayed one night so it was ok that we didn’t sleep but had we stayed longer it would’ve been an issue. Also there was no toothpaste, but there’s a Tesco nearby so not a deal breaker.

Spacious apartment that was well appointed and would be great for even longer stays. Everything was well organised and staff were very helpful - even investigating nearby options for an early business breakfast for me to book. Having bonus of voucher for adjacent restaurant was appreciated. As it was incredibly hot, the staff provided a fan and were always ready to answer any queries efficiently and even followed up to check everything was in order.

Room was a bit noisy due to being at front of building. The TV in the bedroom did not connect reliably and did not get most stations - even after an attempt to fix.
