I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. Its location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. Plus, with its spacious layout, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people was a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a convenient and comfortable stay!

While you arrived before 6.00pm it was easy to access the keys from Reception. Cannot comment on if you arrive later. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Two double bedrooms and bed settee in the living area. The Appartment had two floors so was very spacious and clean, we had a main bathroom with shower over bath and ensuite with shower. Living space was very spacious and clean, with well equipped kitchen. Has a small balcony which has light switches so allows lighting for evening views outside. Close to local bars and restaurants it was about 10 minutes walk to Docklands, City Centre, bars & restaurants. So very convenient.

Parking available at an extra cost of £15.00 per day, but adequate space available. Extra large vehicle may have issues as narrow entrance but secure & spacious. They need to have an instruction guide of how to use their facilities. For example how to switch on heating, heat shower, use the TV as the TV didn't work. And they were very slow with communication due to their opening hours. They have a phone number but they did not answer, even meant too. I might have been unlucky you may be luckier. I did raise this with them by email and were very apologetic and said they look into adding instructions, but only time and other visitors will tell if they do that.

one small complaint, is 10am checkout. I see no reason it couldn’t be 11am or 12. I also note it’s the second time I’ve stayed. both times as a family. the deposit varies depending who does the check in.

Self catering so Breakfast N/A. Plenty of eateries in immediate area. If required Duke Street served by bus routes. Within walking distance of popular areas Plenty of choice of entertainment in bars, theatres & cinemas if required

Decking area outside Reception office rather bad when stepping down onto steps then pavement. One of our party fell heavily just after pickling up the keys and whilst OK it would have been appreciated if over the weekend the Reception Staff had made enquiries as to whether all OK. An information pack left on one of the surfaces in either hallway, kitchen or dining area showing Fire Alarm in structions etc etc would be good. The Fire details in kitchen up high by window rather difficult to read ifnot a tall person etc. Greek restaurant thankfully switched off music at 11am (Friday) / 11.30 (Saturday). Some guests noisy on their return at night, so if light sleeper could be disturbing..

Spacious apartment with lots of natural light. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was a nice size. Nice extras were complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, dishwasher tablet and a couple for the washing machine. There were a few small sachets of liquid soap, I would recommend taking your own. Centrally located and only five minutes walk from Bold Street which is a vibrant area with many cafes and restaurants. Next time I'm in Liverpool I will definitely be staying here again. Great service from Rodrigo and Jessica from booking, checking in to handling our queries. I used the underground parking which was safe and secure. We had our own reserved space and there was a lift which went straight to the floor of our apartment.

Not a dislike just a little unsure what to do with keys after stay as saturday leave date so office was closed Spoke to another guest who had been instructed to leave keys in box outside office Not a problem doing that but if explained to guests if office is closed to do this would remove confusion

The location to Liverpool 1 shopping centre and Albert docks. 5 to 10 minute walk. The 2 bed apartment was very large and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend break

Due to Liverpool Uni and student living in other buildings can be a bit noisy in night. Nothing to dislike but when u have to book out at 10, you expect someone to be at reception at 10am. Apt 44 Hudson - You need to sort out the flickering light outside bedroom and also look at the sink in bathroom

The hosts were extremely helpful throughout our booking and they were especially accommodating upon our arrival to the apartment. The apartment was the perfect size for our party of 6. The beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus as we could sit out and get some fresh air.

Getting in and out of the shower was difficult and was always dangerous as the bath is quiet high up. We needed to leave the bathroom door unlocked whilst showering just incase one of us slipped whilst in the shower.

Close to centre and meters away from my son's uni accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Warm and generally quiet.

Very overlooked. Shabby and in need of some tlc ( cracked tiles, split bath panel, chipped laminate on breakfast bar). Silverfish in bathroom and smaller bedroom. ( not an infestation and we cleared them ourselves, but still off putting.)

Ideal location for all sightseeing in Liverpool The apartment was spacious and comfortable with ample room and was very homely. Lovely to have tea, coffee, milk and washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets if you prefer!! The WiFi was faultless, which was pleasing for our 11year old, he also loved having a comfortable double bed to himself. The kitchen was well equipped with a great breakfast bar as well as a dining area. Lovely and warm inside, particularly welcoming after an afternoon/evening exploring the Christmas markets

Need curtains closed at all times for privacy as overlooked front and rear on first floor apartment, but this is no deal breaker
