A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

This is our 6th year at the Pullman for our joint January birthday celebrations, and somehow it gets better each year! the staff are fantastic and the rooms are always spotless! We’d recommend the king deluxe room for anyone wanting great river views! (worthy of an upgrade).

The room was amazing - a corner view of the river and dockside, which was something I requested, so thank you very much. The air conditioning was such a plus, given the hot weather we had! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and polite - they are your best asset! I had one evening meal at the hotel and cannot fault the food, the service or the prices.

Although the TV in the bedroom was large, it was disappointing that I could not access the internet via it so could use my Netflix and Prime accounts to view films - the selection on the TV itself was very poor. When I requested to 'skip the clean', I assumed that toiletries, water, coffee etc. would still be restocked, however, on each occasion I had to phone and request this - on a plus, this request was always promptly dealt with. Not sure that my account was credited with the credits for skipping the clean though?

The location of the hotel is vey good. The room was comfortable, the bed very comfortable and the pillows above expectations. We enjoyed the view of The Mersey. Breakfast was good. On one morning tea was provided at the bar and I was disappointed not to have a teapot. But we did have a teapot on the other 2 mornings! Staff were very helpful and friendly. This was important to us.

The bar service was very good and we did use the bar on 2 evenings. However the seating area lacked atmosphere, in my opinion, something which could be improved with soft lighting and planting as well as some low level partitioning to create cosier areas. This is a personal opinion. We ate in the hotel one evening and thought the food was good.

The location of the hotel ss perfectly positioned next to the river front and within very easy walking access to the regenerated docks and also the inner part of town as well being next door to the the ACC conference centre. My room had a fabulous view and at night-time it was so good to look at. The staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and very respectful. Breakfast- it was important to get there soon after it had started to guarantee the complete choice and range of foods (my first day, all the pastries had disappeared by 8.10 and I had to leave at 8.20. The second day at 7.50 was absolutely fine. It was also a delight to have proper bath sheets and an amazing range of toiletries as well as showing genuine concern for the environment with the accessories wrapped in recylable paper. A lovely quiet hotel that I really enjoyed staying in and would do so again when I next visit Liverpool. I will most certainly recommend it.

The shower generally was fab although I didn't use rain shower because the head looked as though the holes were grimy. Interestingly the ceiling by the vent/alarm(?) in the shower was speckled with a cluster of grimy and dark spots looking either like a lot of tiny dead gnats or very mild mould spots. This was the only disappointment.

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and accommodating. Welcoming and helpful, place was cosy and comfy. Lovely place to be as was close to city centre but still not right in the centre itself. Bar and lounge were lovely to sit in too.

All in all the hotel was lovely and would stay again but just a couple of things that didn't get done. We left our room to be cleaned on the 1st occasion they cleaned it but didn't refresh any of the tea and coffee station or glasses. Had to ask for fresh ones, second day room didn't get done. Also there was stained blood on the duvet itself which wasn't nice to see.

Rainfall shower was incredible, felt really luxurious. The view from our room over towards the liverpool eye and docks made it really special. Hotel has lots of lovely touches such as a robe and slipper. The beds were incredibly comfy and the pillows were amazing! Location was perfect for us, only a short walk from Liverpool One for shopping, right on the docks and a not far to the Baltic Triangle. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Only slight issue was that the Room was very warm and we couldn't seem to get the air con to work. The windows will not open for health and safety reasons, which would have been nice to get a circulation of air, but it was a very hot day!

Bed, exceptionally large and comfortable (and firm pillows to die for), bathroom and wet room shower were lovely, TV of very good standard. The location was excellent being 5 minutes away from the restaurants and bars of Albert Dock and the waterfront, also, our room had a lovely view of the giant Liverpool wheel.

Instant coffee in the room. For a premium 4-start there should be fresh coffee in some form or other. No snacks or biscuits in the room either. The breakfast nutrition info was very suspect with items obviously vegan not noted as such and items clearly containing non-vegan substances noted as vegan. My wife felt unable to trust the information provided for cooked breakfast items as the kitchen were not able to definitively state which items were ok for her to eat.

This hotel has a brilliant location right next to arena and conference centre and a 5 minute walk to the Albert Docks. The staff are exceptional and made us feel at home. On the first day I checked in a bit early and my room was less river view than I would have liked, so when I asked reception they listened to my request and were able to move me to a better room the following day where the view was better. We were actually due to move elsewhere but after packing our bags and going to the other place (at having a bad experience) we decided to book a last minute few days extra . Once again the staff did everything to accommodate us and we were given a room with a brilliant view over the city and river (and arena). We felt very at home here, very looked after and like we didnt want to leave. Customer service is a very important thing and it feels like the staff in this hotel have the balance perfect of listening to our needs and accommodating them. We couldnt score them any higher. Big Thank you from us, we will be back! (The breakfast is good, the bar food is great and the rooms very comfortable too)

Welcoming foyer and receptionist. Rather quick instructions when handing over room keys! Bar area very comfortable. Staff very obliging and friendly. Location good. Comfortable room.

Breakfast! Roni excellent. Food ok but ran out far too quickly. Bacon not good at all. Eggs left too long so not runny. No croissants or decent bread on third morning! Coffee very weak. Rooms need a full length mirror. Our room was booked as river view but it was a side river view and should state so. We overlooked the exhibition halls mostly. Room 816.
