Everything. Facilities, location, breakfast, exceptionally clean. Tables wiped down immediately when vacated with a sign on each table to turn round indicating whether or not it had been cleaned. Staff friendly and helpful

No towel rails in the bathroom even though there was room. Had to hang the towels over the shower doors to dry as I didn't want the towels changed each day

Location was great, near all of the places you would want to visit. Room clean and tidy with all of the comforts needed. Breakfast a very good selection and as it was included within the price of the room, it made for better value.

The car parking, having to use a car park a (short distance if your in perfect health) a good few minutes walk away. If you let the car park know your staying at the hotel you will get a reduction from £18 down to £12 per night. As I have a health issue I found the walk with my baggage a struggle having to stop a few times. I was told by a member of staff that if I got to the car park early there would be more chance of a space, turning up early the next day I was then told it would be £20 per night parking in the hotel, what an insult. The day of checking out I took 3 trips to the car park with smaller amounts of baggage, this saved me £24 in parking

Excellent location right by the Albert docks, friendly staff, secure and reasonably priced parking. The apartment itself was well-equipped and spacious. We especially liked the bed. Overall the room was good but a little bit tired and needed some updates in areas e.g. the sofa was a bit worn out and the bathroom was outdated.

Breakfast was only acceptable. It's a buffet style with cold and cooked food options, 'all you can eat'. However, the cooked food was particularly poor (dried out meat and overcooked eggs & beans). The other breakfast items were not readily restocked so it was all a bit below standard for a hotel stay and I went away having not really been satisfied? Also, anyone could come off the street to get a free breakfast as no one checked our room number and there were no reservations. Reception is on the first floor which is mildly annoying apart from anything else as you need to take stairs or lift just to speak to any staff which we needed to do to enquire about access to the car park (so in the meantime we had to park precariously up the street).

Lovely staff who seemed to genuinely love their jobs. Hotel was immaculate.

Would have like more choice for vegans.on the breakfast menu. No df milks and had to ask for the veggie sausages as only other thing I could eat was toast and beans.

The hotel is about 11 min walk to Liverpool One where there is also a bus station nearby. The studio apartment is spacious in my opinion. Good options for breakfast(which is free), restaurant style breakfast room. I can open the window which is great. The iron did not work in the room but they replaced it. Lots of hangers. Shower head detaches. Laundry room on ground level, reception provides free detergent, and washer and dryer are both free. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Very minor-I don't like carpets. There is carpeting on one part of the room. I like apartment hotels in general.

Great quiet location with a fabulous view. Comfy & spacey restaurant with a special spot for kids' playground & family hangout. Warm & nice staff

The wonderful community spirit with the complimentary wine and cheese evenings brought all guests together, which was especially great for solo travellers and couples. The public lounge areas were superb as conversation was easy in some of the quiet areas. Decor was beautiful and clean.w Mark and all the staff were welcoming, obliging and very friendly, always smiling. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Loved the idea of a mini mart along from the foyer. Our room was compact, immaculate, light and airy, with all that we required. Fantastic dock location, close to shops, bus station and walking distance to most sights.

Not a thing

The location was fantastic, right in front of the arena. All the museums close by and Liverpool One across the road. The studio suite was on the smaller side but definitely large enough for 2 and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom had a decent size shower was clean and spacious. Two comfy chairs to sit on and a breakfast bar to sit and eat a meal. Free lovely coffee all day in reception and breakfast was included every morning.

Only quibble and it's pretty unimportant but the availability of Netflix or similar would have been the icing on the cake. Maybe a few more choices for us gluten/dairy free at breakfast would be a real advantage.

Great location. Loved that there were hot beverages available whenever you wanted in the foyer at no extra cost. Staff were very helpful. Asked for a non slip mat for my shower which was provided no problem and they booked a taxi for me for the following morning which was great. Also a member of the housekeeping staff helped me out with directions to the main shopping area. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would stay here again if I ever in Liverpool again. Also if you were attending the M&S arena for a concert/show and needed to stay the night the M&S arena is just facing the door of the hotel which couldn't be more convenient.

It wasn't possible to adjust shower temperature so one day it was too hot while weirdly another day it was on the cold side!! Also drainage in the shower was very slow so u were paddling by the time you got out. Same with sink in the bathroom the water was slow to drain.

Amazing customer service. After our flight was cancelled we could not have booked a better place to stay. Everyone especially the reception staff were super helpful and so lovely, it really put a positive spin on a bad situation. Without a doubt one of the best hotels with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you Guillermo. Room was lovely, super big and spotless. Bedding and towels great quality and super comfortable. Wonderful location. If we ever return to Liverpool, we will definitely stay here. Thank you.
