Loved the period features of the hotel. The location was ideal for the theatre Venue Cymru, which was a short walk away. The room was very clean and there was plenty of tea, coffee and drinking chocolate in the rooms. We had a sea view which was great. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and we sat in the conservatory area, which was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and nice. As were the reception staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere.

The lifts are quite small and the rooms were a little too warm for us. So we left the windows open. There`s only 25 spaces in the car park around the back. It didn`t apply to us but there are not enough disabled spaces available. Maybe more of the bays should be given over to the disabled customers.

Thank you for a wonderful stay will be back Regards Brian a nd Dot Bailey

Parking a bit problematic but that's the nature of the resort.

Lindtt chocolate Easter egg for each patron was a very nice touch. Night porter was very accommodating, friendly and helped us with a packed lunch for out 630am start to snowdon. Was kept very clean, those cleaners are very attentive.

The swimming pool times being reduced on the weekends, does not make sense and having a passive aggressive staff member say 3 minutes untill you have to leave so we slowly leave and then come at 7:30 and say "it's actually 730 you have to be out of the buolding" doesn't scream *the customer is a valued patron* more *hurry up I want to leave*. Also could hear the neighbours and people in the hallway and was right next to the lift so listened to that all night/morning. Also people from the other rooms can see directly into our room and bathroom because of the 90ish degree angle building. Of which I had children constantly looking in. Room 533

We had a lovely seaview from our spacious room. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the terrace enjoying views of the beach. Check in and out was very quick. Step out of hotel to walk wide promenade, able to do a walk on flat length of beach aswell as the pier. Lots of atmosphere on pier.

Car parking. The hotels car park has very few places. The promenade has pay and display but was very busy and we couldn't find a place. We did find free parking on one of the side roads between 5 and 9am but meant we had to get up and move car early. We did find pay and display in train station which would have been better to start with so we didn't need to move car.

Everything and everyone were exceptional. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast and dinner were good and again staff were attentive and friendly. Room was very clean, everything necessary was there and beds comfortable. Wouldn’t have minded a sea view but none were available.

Car parking was a bit of a problem as there weren’t enough spaces. I had to park on the promenade two nights, quite a way from the hotel, but did manage to get one in the hotel area on the last night, which enabled me to get my luggage in the car easier than when we arrived. Other than that, no other problems.

Amazing large corner room with sash windows on both sides of the room which provided a perfect view of the sea front - both up and down the promenade. With the windows open slightly during the night we could hear the waves washing up the shoreline - amazing and super relaxing! Lovely large, clean bathroom with the added bonus of a bath and a very powerful over head shower. The 24 hour room service and the option to have breakfast in your room was handy if needed but the breakfast selection, when seated in the dinning area, had some of the best range of choice I have seen and quality of food items was outstanding.

The arrangements for using the Mint Condition spar could be reviewed as not having use of the changing rooms made using the services quite awkward but still an added bonus being able to use them. (Just felt a bit weird walking back to the room in wet costume and a provided robe)

On arrival, parking was easy and free at the back of the hotel.Booking in was smooth. We had a clean, spacious room. Quiet and the bed was very comfortable. On arrival, we asked for a fridge in the room, and one was brought up straight away. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful. My grandson is dairy intolerant. They had the almond milk he needed, which was great. Evening meal again excellent service and food.

Nothing was any trouble. There was always a member of staff to help. We were made to feel very welcome. There is plenty of space inside and out to relax. Fabulous 3 days. Thank you to all the staff at the Imperial Hotel.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. I stayed in a different room than my sister. My room was nicely decorated and modern. There was a kettle, mugs and glasses. Also there were complementary hot drinks and biscuits. There was a separate ironing room with an ironing board, and an iron. The separate bathroom was fabulous. It had a roll top bath and a separate shower. It was spotless. The breakfast buffet was faultless. You can help yourself to cereal, yogurts, fruit, croissants, toast, and jams etc. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious. The sausages were so tasty. The meal at Chantreys was very nice. The belly pork was exceptional. The roast chicken dinner was delicious. The afternoon tea was also delicious. There was a lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes.

The floorboards were creaky. My sister's twin room, though large clean and spotless, needed updating in decor. The meal in Chantreys, though delicious was a tad expensive, and so was the afternoon tea. We had a delicious afternoon tea, nothing to fault here except please use posh teapots rather than tatty and grubby old silver ones. Some posh china teapots, cups and saucers would make the afternoon tea experience exceptional.

The public rooms are good and tastefully decorated . The position of the hotel is excellent ,looking along the street at other photos outside this seems to be the nicest hotel in this part of town .people seemed to be enjoying the breakfast .

The rooms are not modern enough for me .but then it’s a long time since I stayed in resort hotel in UK .I thought it was poor to charge me £3.00 for a capo chino at breakfast especially as for my own reasons I didn’t stay another night which I paid for ,and that wasn’t knocked off the bill . The car parking facilities are limited at 21 places for such a large hotel . It adds at least another £6 .50 to the room price and makes it nearly £150. Per night which makes it expensive for its type I think .

Absolutely lovely hotel with everything you could possibly need in the rooms. Good size rooms and clean. Staff were all very pleasant, friendly and very accommodating. Good choice at breakfast. We booked the restaurant for our evening meal and it was delicious . Very good value for money, especially these days. Location was right near the promenade and close to all amenities. Some of us used the pool, which was very clean and easily accessible. Robes provided. We would definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend.
