The breakfast was really excellent, buffet, help yourself, juices/ tea or coffee/cereal/ toast and of course a full cooked breakfast. Plenty of places to sit, breakfast times are split up into half hour sessions. Not to have to many people at once eating in the dining room. There’s a small lift, holds about six people to all floors, there are three floors up to your rooms and one floor down to the dining room and car parking area, our room was 305 third floor facing the Carpark, a very nice room, comfortable bed / plenty of space for your clothes to hang up, tidy shower, plenty of hot water, the shower cubicle was a bit small, but it suited the wife and I. There was two chairs and a small table, tidy size television, Wi-Fi in all rooms. What more could you ask for I ask myself, the wife was pleased with the room, that’s the main thing.

The heating was on for a couple of hours in the morning, went off about 9am and back on again about 8pm for a couple of hours that’s it. I know the energy bills have gone, so I do understand they got to make cutbacks. After all the prices are very reasonable for staying at the establishment.

the room the disabled person was in , had a glass top on table and it slipped every time you touched it . also there was a wardrobe/drawers with glass front if you lent on one side of the top of the drawers the shelves tipped up . over priced. having to order what you want to eat for evening meal when you book . eg after breakfast (don’t know what I want to eat until time to eat) , even with the forward warning for tea veg we’re still frozen , with 8 hours notice they could do fresh veg ? said when I booked ( in write up) live entertainment disappointed no entertainment . bar not well stocked .

The food in the evening was exceptional. Great Chef . The breakfast was very good and self service with lots of options. Good value for money!

The parking wasn’t brilliant but that is not the hotels fault as Llandudno is not great with parking.

Everything. Great location, food was fresh and plentiful, clean room, comfortable beds, powerful shower, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Car park behind the hotel (not many hotels along the front have car parks at all - it is a first come first serve basis). We also had a dog and they were very accommodating.

OK the staircase decor is a bit dated but who cares. I care about my room, my bathroom and my breakfast. OK they don't allow dogs in the dining room which I agree with but they do have a second dining area which they do allow dogs in. We actually left the dog in our room for the 30 minutes we were at breakfast which was not a problem.

Rooms light and airy. They were very clean, bed linen white and pristine with lovely pillows ..2 on each bed. Bathroom modern, it was smallish but immaculate with toiletries and a decent hairdryer Beds very comfortable and it was very quiet. We were at the back of the hotel. Breakfast excellent. All the hot food was hot and topped up frequently. Choices good aswell. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Possibly make the area out in the front a bit more attractive and inviting to sit out. Nicer tables with parasols. Encourage smokers to empty the ashtrays when leaving the outdoor tables, provide a bin. Possibly a, few more easy to maintain plants or some artificial shrubs. Its a good space right on the prom.

Very dog friendly. Great with older people too. My elderly mum was not feeling great so asked to stay behind at the hotel. Staff were very caring and popped in to offer her a cup of tea and set up her WiFi for her. Lovely that we could sit in the lounge as a family to play board games late into the evening. Breakfast staff were really on it, ensuring hot buffet good was topped up. Seating area at breakfast was nicely spaced out. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

En suites were fairly small but did the job. Slanted ceilings in 301 and 303 reduced the size of the rooms.

The breakfast was very good with a selection of cereal, fruit, fried breakfast, vegetarian option when requested. The rooms were warm & cosy, the staff were very nice polite & helpful perfect. This is our 3rd visit in 3years and the staff are the same people they must like their jobs. We love the sea view rooms it’s great to look through the window & people watch, the view is fantastic you can see the pier too. Very dog friendly £15 per stay per dog.

The Tv in our room was old and didn’t work properly. Please get the owner of the hotel to get his backside into gear, bite the bullet & buy some new ones. The picture, sound & stations kept dropping out, we had to keep turning it off/on to get it to work all week. It spoilt our stay. It must have been 20 years old & there were no spare sets. Not acceptable! The staff did there best but were very frustrated &could not do anything.

The breakfast was brilliant like always, plenty of fresh food & selections & very hot, good selection of cereals, ham & cheese, & peaches, orange juice, apple juice, water, tea & coffee selections, toast facility, the man clearing tables & assisting was fantastic, very friendly & helpful.

It wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like, there were just a few niggles, when I used the shower I slipped which has never happened before, the toilet didn’t flush very well, & the toilet lock was broken, told reception about this & had shower mat, toilet was noted in maintenance book but will be looked at again, same with the lock.

Absolutely loved this place! . It's a superb location and there's something for everyone; from arrival to departure everything was excellent. Travelling from London by train with my husband and 3 other adults it took approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk before we arrived  at the hotel. The receptionists Sarah and Nicole were friendly and accomodating. When we arrived early at the hotel we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel locked away securely before our rooms were ready so we could go off and explore  Llandudno. Checkin was simple and straightforward. The hotel Covid safe procedures were explained to us and breakfast time organised. There were lots of tour brochures and information guides available on site. The view from the hotel  particularly at night of the big wheel on the pier was mesmerising. We had lovely rooms with amazing sea views of the sea front. All rooms were beautifully clean and the beds were made nicely with comfortable pillows and we all slept well. The bathrooms were modern and emaculately clean; towels were white and fresh. Toiletries were also provided. At breakfast you were shown to your seats or served the hot traditional breakfast by Callum or Stefan; who were welcoming and polite. There were excellent choices for hot and cold items and for drinks. It was all plentiful and well presented.  A good standard breakfast considering the overall price of the stay. Will definitely be returning to this peaceful and relaxing hotel and can gladly recommend to others.

The hotel is fortunate to have a lift but due to the age of the building may require you still to traverse some stairs, however if mobility issues are specifically pertinent to you then you can book specific rooms that are not affected. There was only one small issue in one bathroom it looks like someone dropped something in the new sink causing a small crack.  However this is something minor and would not stop our group from returning.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Lounge area was comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was very well presented.

We were told there was only one booking left for the 5.30pm slot evening meal. When we arrived, we were the only ones there for a while and found it very cold and uncomfortable. We were not told that we could arrive later for that booking, like everyone else seemed to. The sink in the room was difficult. Nowhere to place toiletries, etc., and a bit too high for short people to use in comfort. We were disappointed as Booking.com advertised this hotel having evening entertainment, which it doesn't.
