Good location, the manager helped check in faster. Fast check out, good shops around.

Very very small rooms. I stayed in the biggest one and it was barely sufficient for the price. The staff seemed bit weird, but the manager was nice enough, helped me out checking in faster. Prices doesn’t justify the size of rooms but good for short stay.

Didn’t give full marks b/c I was not there long, didn’t have breakfast etc, but there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is very close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely helpful and resolved my misbooking issues smoothly. The lobby was clean and inviting, with the added bonus of self-service tea and coffee, which I really appreciated. The room’s heating worked well, the TV was good, and the shower provided reliable hot water.

The sink in the bathroom was too small, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to leak out.

Super clean and enjoyable stay, friendly staff. Good value for money for the area. The room was heated / cooled to a great temperature whilst I was away, but being the way I am I preferred to turn it off when I was in there. Would recommend, definitely.

I would like to stress that the room is very good value for money, and any negatives are in light of the low fee. There was some road noise from the window, the mattress was very tough, and there should be some towel hooks.

On arrival the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was ready without any fuss or the normal '' you will have to wait until after 2.00 or 3.00 pm''. The rooms are clean and modern. We decided to have a drink at the Bar and the Bar staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was excellent, a good choice and everything that needed to be hot was hot. Again the staff were friendly and Professional. Superb Hotel

We couldn't stay longer.

We just needed a night's stay in London after our flight back, and this property hit the price point and location was close to King Cross Station. The bed was comfortable, the room and shower room was clean.

The room is abit small, there was hardly any empty floor space left after we put our huge luggage on the floor. Wouldn't have been comfortable enough if we had to stay for a few more nights.

Nice compact hotel rooms with everything you need. The staff were very accommodating, we arrived very early for our check in expecting to have to wait for a room but the receptionist found us an available room very quickly which was amazing. Very good customer service.

It would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms as opposed to having to go down to reception.

great little room black out blinds to help with sleep, absolutely no sound from the surrounding rooms or area, the shower was amazing with fantastic water pressure great location right between 3 stations and a nice straight walk i to the heat of london or to camden town

The apartment was just lovely! Perfectly clean and included every amenity you can imagine. Also, Franco, the host, was very attentive and communicative. He made accommodations to our check-in and welcomed us with recommendations and tips. It's very convenient as well - walkable to most everything we wanted to see in Rome.

Receptionist Victor and Piotr are really nice people. It is very clean. Bed and sheets are really cozy and good to rest.

Breakfast selection is good but for 1 or 2 night stay. For longer there is each morning the same selection which gets boring when stay longer.
