The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was in a quiet street with a park across the road. The hotel was only a short walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations

The breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests.

Breakfast was great and the location was great and in between 3 tube stations and close to the British Museum

Unfortunately it was not visible during booking that the hotel consisted of two buildings and we actually had to walk outside to the breakfast room which is no big deal but for sure an incinvience Also the room was really Really small and the window was facing basically in a small opening in between two houses. For the price I would have expected a way better room to be honest.

Location was great, being close to major stations. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of quality food. Staff all polite, friendly and helpful.

Struggled a bit with a large suitcase to the 3rd floor but I was aware there was no lift when I booked.

Very clean and well decorated. Warm, but not overly so. Bed was really comfortable. I never sleep well in a hotel, but slept like a log. Excellent location, close to theatres, shops and sights. 7 min walk from Kings Cross St Pancras. Breakfast (including full English) included. Very pleasant reception staff.

Breakfast set up slightly changed from our first stay a few months ago - would have preferred teapot and hot toast brought to table as before. No communication about this as you come into breakfast room. Rooms can be quite small (although we only sleep in them, so that really doesn’t matter!)

The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, the room spacious and the proximity to tube stations (approx 5-7 mins) was great. If you don't want to use the tube or like us enjoy walking, it took us less than half an hour on foot to get to the Stand/West-End. It was a very quiet street and our room had a lovely view overlooking the park. The breakfast room was light and the food delicious. There are shops, cafés and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. USB sockets meant we could charge our phones easily. Wifi was good. We had really relaxing stay and I would definitely book here again.

The water could have been a little stronger coming out of the shower.

Booked this hotel purely because it is a 5 minute walk from St Pancreas station. The rooms are small but you only sleep in it as after all your in London. TV, Bed, bathroom (shower) was all in perfect order and very clean. Breakfast is buffet and has eggs/bacon/toast/cereal/pastries to start your day off with a bang. Very central and 15 mins walk to Oxford street and 3 mins walk to the tube (Euston Sq) I paid £115 for two people with breakfast!!!!! What’s not to like. Finally Thank you to the attentive staff for making our stay complete. We will see you again.

Nothing, although the 8-30/9.00 breakfast spot was busy and we had to wait 5 mins for a table, but hay ho!!. Thanks for a great stay.

I love this little hotel. it’s so conveniently located, both for central London, the Eurostar and National train services. Russell Street tube isn’t far off neither is the British Museum. the area is lively with pubs and places to eat.

The rooms are quite small and my big suitcase took up too much floor space.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They were very accomodating with helping me have a quiet room the day before an exam. They let me leave my luggage there after check out to collect later in the day. The aircon was quiet and effective. The view of the park was very nice.

The pillows were a little too hard but the bed itself was comfortable. It was a nice option to have a free breakfast but the selection was a little lacking if you didn't want a cooked breakfast.
