Room was good size and had all the basic facilities expected from Hilton. Beds were comfortable and property was overall clean. Breakfast was decent too, even if offerings were repeated each morning. Staff was helpful for the most part. Lounge area is amazing. Location is super amazing... right next to mall, tube station and 30m walk to St Paul cathedral.

Property didn't feel like the same as shown in pictures. For example, front desk is much smaller, and staffed by a single person most of the times. Gym had 1 of the 2 treadmills broken, there were no wipes or towels or even water. We were told availability of early checkin at noon, and then were told to come back at 3. If we had been told 3P earlier, we would have continued our activity instead of leaving it in the middle and returning (after 11 hour flight, we really wanted a bed)

Very convenient for our trip, spotlessly clean, very courteous & friendly staff, very good (serve yourself buffet-style) breakfast, extremely comfortable bed. Hot chocolate we enjoyed in the lobby late in our first evening was delicious!

Wasn't keen on the black corridor doors & walls! Insufficient strategically placed exit/lift signs - went the wrong way several times & had to backtrack! The room looked down onto a patio/garden balcony one floor down - but it was an eyesore - they need to employ someone to regularly weed & sweep it.

Comfortable lobby and restaurant area with very nice breakfast. Good for business travel. Attentive staff. The location feels like a side of London I had not seen before. There are lots of small restaurants, cafes and pubs all around so no problem finding food and drink options. Location shows a different side of London that doesn't feel touristic.

The bathroom was nice, but small details could be fixed. It would be soon time to replace the mirror where the reflective film had started to peel off in one top corner, so starts to be due a replacement in the coming years. No problems with water pressure, warm water or cleanliness... just considering the 4-star rating and cost of the room, would be nice if that kind of details were fine too. Honestly, most people would not even pay attention to it, so really nitpicking.

The bedroom was big, very clean and had plenty of plug sockets, nice coffee, reception printed out boarding passed. All staff were so friendly.

The food portion was ridiculously small. Myself and my sister ordered the chicken curry/rice and naan bread. I’m not joking when I say it was a joke. The curry had 6 pieces of chicken the size of a dice in it. It was if I’m remembering correctly £15.95 each. They wouldn’t have been 1 breast of chicken in them both together. Cappuccino was also Luke warm when they arrived. We went just in from site seeing all day so we ate the curry got a discount from the waiter but still not good enough when we were so hungry after a day of siteseeing. The pizza was good, but it literally is a Chicago town pizza cooked for £14 so not much value there either, the burger was ok. Food was tasty but way overpriced for the quality and portions.

Location: close to public transport and where I needed to be. Not far from a local shopping centre. So recommended if you want to visit other parts of London quickly and easily. Service: friendly and professional. At breakfast you immediately ask if you want coffee or tea so that it is immediately ready when you return to your designated place. A great place to spend a few nights if you want to visit London.

Not something I can immediately think of.

It was only ten minutes from where we needed to be.

I booked a superior room ( the top one without executive in the title) the first room we were given was small, dark cramped and not at all what was described on booking dot com. No slippers, one dressing gown to share and a kettle with nothing but decaf coffee bags, not a coffee machine as advertised. After going back down to explain this we were put in a room which more fitted the description of what we had booked and were able to get a coffee in the lounge.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, I have myself worked a few years in hotel kitchens and know how incredibly stressful the jobs can be, so that was appreciated. The room was clean, quiet and of a good size. It was a bit run down, but considering the extreme cost of renovating a hotel, one needs to be realistic.

The baffling lack of vegetarian food options; only dumplings and a salad, everything else had meat in it. Not only does this eliminate people with a very common diet (for religious, environmental or animal welfare reasons) but increases both the cost and waste of a hotel kitchen, something that they seldom can afford

I booked this hotel room for one night as i attended a concert. I'm not from London so didn't know what to expect. However the staff were so lovely by organising us a taxi to get to and from the concert and to the train station. The room was ready before we expected so dropped our stuff off and explored for a bit before heading to use the facilities in the hotel which couldn't have been better! If I come to London again I will definitely be using this hotel again, thank you.

Nothing it was such a lovely hotel

Room was great - spacious, clean and modern with everything you could need, including iron and ironing board! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Location was absolutely perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend.

There was some peeling paint on the ceiling of the bathroom and only two tissues in the tissue box! Also, there was an unfortunate musty smell in the hallway outside our room - possibly a drain smell??. Not quite sure. It did not interfere with our room so wasn't really a problem.

Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good. I liked having feather pillows. Breakfast was good and the location was best for our purpose, plus the proximity of the parking facilities was excellent.

Being woken up by a fire alarm due to afault at around 6 am, subsequently realising (at around 8 am) that the lifts were not working (still) and the fire exit/return to lobby route was not at all clearly marked.
