All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the room, reception area and bar was very modern and cosy. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom supplied everything we needed. They checked with me how we want the bed(s) to be arranged before check-in. There were so many plugs in the room! Great location. In front of the bus stop, which goes straight to Shoreditch/Liverpool st.

The bathroom looks really nice but the structure (construction) of the shower room could be improved. A lot of water stays on the bottom and had to dry myself with my feet in the little "pond". Water also flew onto the floor outside the cabinet. So we had to use the towel to remove the water, which will make it impossible to re-use the towel if we were staying more than one night. Shorter instruction messages would have been great - some of the texts sent were very looong!!

The nicest, the kindest, helpful and super attentive staff ever. You guys hired the best human beings. You made me feel I am in a familiar place. I can stay for months. all kinds of supermarkets are around us, all kind of restaurants too, Bus stop is right in front of the door. Two overground stationsis around the corner. One major underground station is 15 minutes down the road. You can reach Stratford Westfield Mall in no time. It is definitely a come back place. Enormously convenient in every way. From the second I walked in until last minute. Check in was in two minutes and check out was in two seconds! Thanks all I hope I see you soon.

It is almost never I feel sad I am leaving the place but I felt sad this time, I did not want to leave but until next time.

Was very clean and beautifully designed. The room was very quiet and cozy

-Most of the employees at the reception were not nice or welcoming. -The hotel is not located at the best neighborhood to say the least -The common area at the photos is actually used by visitors of the bar and not by the guests as it was suggested -Only one elevator worked and it took 5-10 min of waiting each time -a bit too expensive to what it offers

From start to finish, this experience was great! The reception at check-in was warm, clear, inquisitive. We got some great recommendations on food spots in the area (including the attached bar that we wish we could've visited!). The room itself was exactly what we needed - an elegant and functional apart-hotel room, incredibly comfortable, and a great place to come back to in the evening!

The only critique that I could bring is the hotel's location, with several caveats: - this hotel, like much of London, is well-integrated into the public transportation network. Joining central London in 35 minutes is a breeze on the bus. - the attractive pricing for this beautiful stay is likely due in large part to it's non-central location!

I like the hip feel, and I like that there were plenty people of colour on staff. There is a lot that can be done with such a space that isn't pretentious and offers a relaxed vibe. I felt really welcome! I really liked that they had a small but mighty gym. And, the had offerings for yoga - that's amazing. I just wish I was an early bird! I also really liked they offered guest laundry - that would make me want to stay longer and not pack so much too! I would like to give a big shout to Cam who really was the friendliest of reception people I have met, and after the wifi situation offered to use a hotspot, which was really nice. (I just chose to unplug so I didn't take up the offer).

This might be more about me as a specific traveller preferences than the of the offered accommodations, but my back needs a really firm mattress and it just wasn't firm enough for me. When I inquired at the reception, there wasn't really an offer to consider another room that is less used but the receptionist said she had no options like that. I guess I walked away thinking she couldn't offer anything for such a prime thing for staying in any location. Also, I think the price (although this is comparing apples to oranges) is comparable to staying in a four-star hotel to some extent. So, it's more of a personal preference what kind of vibe one wants to enjoy.

the hotel is very clean with well designed small studios. we had everything we needed. the kitchen comes with appliances including toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plate, pots, ladle, everything! the bed was super comfy and we had a nice view from the 3rd floor. no noise from outside. near overground station and tons of busses. there are washing machines and a gym free to use. staff are very friendly.

only small things: i would have liked a teapot to make a big amount of tea (instead of using 1 teabag for a small cup). not ideal for people wanting to explore city centre as it takes a while to go there. but perfect if you are staying in east london.

extremely warm welcome from Cem in reception. He was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! Bar staff were equally as friendly and the cocktails were amazing. This is our second stay as we had a lovely experience the first time, this stay was even better! Very clean rooms with great design, particularly love the quirky sayings darted around the room (will make sense once you stay) very comfy beds and excellent location. Will most definitely be back a third time due to how welcomed back we felt 🥰

That we didn’t book a second night. did not want to leave! :)

The hotel was very easy to find and a few minutes walk from Dalston junction tube. The hotel looked very stylish and I loved the facilities in the room. Having a kitchenette is a big bonus and a little area to eat at. I recommend the bakery across the road too!

I find the price is too high for me to be able to stay again. That is the only reason for me. I would add that my pregnant sister also booked a room at the same time and she found the bed was too low down for her so please take note if pregnant or have mobility issues.

Location is amazing - right in the heart of Dalston. I was staying over before heading to Standsted airport and it was super easy to get away by bus/train in the morning. The hotel bar is lively/friendly and a good place to catch up with friends - will definitely come back here to drink/eat sometime, even when I'm not staying. Room was clean, quiet and stylish. Bed, super comfortable and everything was set up if you needed a space to work.

Great location for north London. Dalston is busy and fun. Room was quiet though. Slept well. Good facilities and comfy bed. Table and a kitchen. Great facilities. Used it multiple times. Staff generally very helpful. Nice coffee shop and connected to Kraft with great beer and nice food.

Waited at least 5 mins at reception to check out. Nobody was manning it. No bell to call anyone. Tried ringing the hotel but was on answer. I was there with two other people who were also trying to check out. In the end a lady appeared, with no indication why she went missing. I missed a bus as a result. (added 20 mins to my journey).
