Proximity to where we wanted to be was perfect! Close to many restaurants, shops, launderette, and underground stations. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. They completed every request we had.

Definitely a budget room. It was extremely small (one double and one twin bed). The bathroom was the smallest I have seen. None of us could sit on the toilet properly (we had to sit sideways due to the wall in front of it). The shower was so small you have to put your hygiene products in the sink and turn the shower off and on when you need a new product. Although these things were annoying, we hit what we paid for. We needed a place to clean up and rest before going back out into the city.

Fantastic location in the centre of Bayswater. The room was compact but extremely well laid out and extremely clean and comfortable. Although in a busy part of London once the window was closed the room was quiet and I slept very well.

The code provided for the wifi didn't work which was not a problem as I was just staying for one evening, and because the reception closes at 21:00 and I tried to login at 23:hrs I was unable to sort the problem on that night.

Its in a great location , very clean and ideal for a night or two. Pretty basic but all you need for a very reasonable price in london

This may sound a bit silly but it would be a good idea if the curtains were the correct size for the window. Ours in room 15 , seemed as though they were made for a much smaller window and we noticed the same issue in the room next to ours. Everything else was good

Everything did what it should. I was there about 14hrs and it was great for that - check in, sleep, dress, check out. Shower was hot.

The photos are deceiving, room is very small. Toilet room is incredibly small and anyone above ‘average’ would find it uncomfortable/difficult to be in. Basin is difficult to brush teeth as there is a shelf above the tap. Kettle and mugs present but no tea/coffee.

the location was good, the staff were very friendly it was cheap the bathroom was very clean and full bottles of shower gel and shampoo to use the room was very small but it was only used as a base and somewhere to get our heads down for the night

the entrance and stairways looked dirty needs some proper tlc the mattresses were very hard the tea/coffee facilities lacked milk

Perfect location in one of the best suburb in town ! I highly recommend if you want to feel like you're living in a Paddington movie ! :) Lots of shops, bars and nice cafés around, Portobello Market, Notting Hill and Paddington Station very close - it's such a lovely place to be in London !

Was easy to get to from city centre London,go euston .go to edgewater Rd,change to go bayswater.it takes most 20 mins . .the hotel literally 1 min away.loads a shops cafes takeaways .Really good value,got KFC,macdonalds,Italians,curry's. The room was lovely a window you can open !! Makes a change from other hotels in London. Room was spotless,staff very nice aswell.

Nothing really just the shower did get a little hot at times

Location was amazing within a walk of lots of shops & 5+ restaurants. 3 mins walk from bayswater underground station which was very well connected. The room was as described & all the staff were lovely. And there was a heater & a fan in the room which was a nice touch

The pillows could have been comfier

The location is very good,near the Hyde park, and near bayswater station, markets and souvenir shops are near, the area is life and full of people late at night The glass is double so it keeps the temperature under control

The room has no refrigerator, furniture is moderate

Perfect location, 2 underground stations only 100m away, several 24hour shops, 2 very nice pubs, Chinese, Italian and few more very nice restaurants. The room is cosy, small but with comfortable beds. Tea, coffee in the room and bathroom amenities.

Everything was great for the money
