Best location. Reachable by foot: 2 metro station (3 lines), local food stores, restaurants (italian, thai, indian, pub), parks (Hyde park and Kenssington park). Room had sufficient space for bed, luggage and walking around. There was refillable tea and coffee. Staff was great and always available.

Bathroom was private and clean, but desperately small. It is physically impossible for two people to be there at once. If you plan to stay in bathroom more than twice a day, you will not be happy.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, great hot water in the shower, comfortable bed, not too much noise. Overall good value for the money.

The room was extremely small, which wouldn't have been a problem in itself, but it had no furniture like chairs, cabinets or shelves, so we had to put all our stuff on the ground. There was literally no place to sit down or to put your things on (except a coat hanger and a tiny tiny shelf). The room could have been furnished much much more optimally with a little bit of effort. The shower, while it had great hot water which never ran out, was so small, that washing my legs required some serious gymnastics, although I'm not a big person. There was barely any space to lean down and I'd always end up hitting my head in the faucet.

Great location, 10 mins from Paddington station and 5 mins from Regents Park. Area is residential so feels safe at night. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops very close by. Room was large, clean and comfortable and bathroom had a great double shower in it. Compared to a lot of other hotels Ive stayed in this one is excellent value for money and have already rebooked for the next few weeks when Im in London.

Bit better sound proofing but its an old building so you have to take that into consideration.

I liked the location (very close to the park and to shops, restaurants, subway) and the stuff of the hotel. They are very nice. The room is super warm and the blanket is big enough for 2 people. Bonus points for tea and coffee and the small wardrobe and the reception open 24h. The water pressure is perfect and the water is hot enough.

The mattress is very hard and pillows are thin. The room is super small. The bed occupies the whole room and it is almost pressed against the wall. You can't pass with a luggage. The bathroom is super cold. I was freezing. No heating. The shower hose was broken. The window is not isolated. Super noisy. The walls are so thin that you can hear when people pass by in the hall or the neighbors next door. The towels smelled weirdly. There was a big stain on the blanket.

Perfect location for everywhere in London, staff friendly, very close amenities and Transport. Excellent shower. Would stay there again for few nights.

Room very compact- no where to put clothes for 2 people and way too warm as window opening is limited. Needed extra fan but they will only give 1 to each room, TV position made it hard to watch as didn't move on the wall. A fridge would be good.

It was a last minute booking as our other hotel was rather nasty so we decided to look for other alternatives at the middle of the night. Vinay was the night receptionist who was very helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the last remaining twin room for us and he was also very friendly. Excellent member of staff. The room was spacious and clean and also the bathroom had a nice size.

The check-out was a bit pushy. I indicated to the daytime receptionist and housekeeping member of staff that I will be a couple of minutes late leaving the room which was at 12:00 and then 8 minutes later they were knocking on my room again disturbing me finishing my packing up. I found that quite unprofessional and inconsiderate just after 8 minutes I mentioned that I would need a few minutes to leave the room. They should have given me at least 15 minutes time since 12:00 (the time of me indicating that I'm running slightly late.)

Our flight was cancelled due to heavy snow. We booked a second stay at the hotel because of the friendly staff and the position near the main attractions. it’s better to have a room with a window in it (not a bathroom window) because the heating is very powerful and it can handle a not sealed window with freezing air coming in. Staff is great heating is good, beds are really comfy, price is good.

Our friend left so we were assigned a double room (the triple was better even if it was in the basement). The windows were not sealed so the bathroom was freezing cold. We changed room but the problem was still the same.

The location was very good, in a quiet street, but super close to two tube stations, shops, restaurants, everything one could possibly need. The stairs were steep, but we didn't find climbing up them a problem, and we were located on the top floor. The place was clean and the bathroom looks recently renovated. There was a water kettle in the room, which was super useful. There was an infinite supply of free tea and instant coffee, as well as cups, available at the reception.

The air was a bit stuffy, as the window only opens a couple of inches (the old sliding windows), but with a screwdriver from a pound store, we were able to rectify this in a matter of minutes :).

Such an amazing and helpful staff. From my first day, each person at the front desk was welcoming and went above and beyond. Huge shout out to Dami the manager and Cristina who always spoke in the morning and even the evening staff who sometimes joked around with me and would have a nice chat about my adventures that day as I was a solo traveler visiting the UK for the first time. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Very clean and my room was often cleaned multiple days in a row or towels refreshed by staff which was a nice touch. They really missed no details and let me check in a little early from my red eye flight.

The single room with twin is very small for a big guy so I wish I would have started out my trip with the bigger bed. ( I am about 6'3 190lbs) I was allowed to upgrade to a bigger room for my last few nights and that was a much bigger bed but slightly smaller floor space but still not a bad choice. If you can upgrade to a bigger room and you will be pleased you chose Royal Park.

Lovely room, flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Now TV etc. there was also a fan, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Bathroom was clean. Room very clean on arrival

The room does need a redecoration. Paint coming off the walls and doors makes it look unkept but overall was beautifully clean.
