This was my second time staying here, and as usual it did its job - meeting the basic needs of a solo traveler who just needed a place to crash at night.

The stairs - it gets a bit ridiculous that people with huge luggage bags have to lug their stuff all the way to the top floor. I understand there is storage at the bottom, but surely lifts can be considered for people with accessibility challenges.

It is in a good location, nice neighbourhood, very close to the Kensington park, supermarkets, tube and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, the staff of the hostel were friendly. There was space to hang out during the day, books to borrow, tv to watch..

The room was clean, except for cockroaches in the shower. The beds were short, I’m 180cm tall and I had difficulties to fit in.. A shelf by the bed would be nice.. The kitchen was very crammed in the morning as a couple of staff were preparing breakfast.. Not ideal, you couldn’t even use the stove.. The fridges were overflowing with food, it was hard to fit mine in and some of the bags were not even labeled.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we was attending Hyde park festival , I think a lot of the guests was there for that reason. The location was really good , I liked the street it was on and it was close to Hyde park we did have to get the tube to the entrance we wanted but was literally a 5 minute walk to the tube station. The hostel itself was nice modern and clean . Got put on the top floor so was out of breath having to climb 5 flights of stairs! But there was a fan in the room and a nice view from the window , we had a 4 bed dorm and the beds was nice had a curtain to pull over a little reading light and a plug. There was lockers but they didn’t lock I think you have to buy a lock at the reception , you’ve got a duvet but you have to ask for the sheets and towels . Lukily we had a private room with bathroom cos I don’t think I’d have liked to share with others. The staff were friendly and they had tables out front of the hostel altho they do turn them over in the evening. A nice big mirror In the hallway so you can check out your outfit. Overall I would defo stay here again I actually really liked this place and it’s worth the money luckily we booked this 6 months prior and the hostel does reply to you and will accommodate if asked

easy access and so close to lots of eatery and halal food for Muslim traveller. room cleanliness is acceptable since it’s sharing.

room 94 in basement is quite cold and it can be really noisy bcs it’s adjacent to the laundry room and right away below the main entrance yard. you can clearly hear people talking upstairs in the front yard or vehicles passing. the sound of the washer was ongoing till 2-3am and i have made complaints through app chat and no response. the staff who tidying up the room regularly doesn’t really change the blanket, but the pillow cover. sometimes they speak loudly while talking on the phone while cleaning.

On arrival I was welcomed by Lucrezia, she was very professional and friendly. I was early for my check in and I was aware of this, she made the process so easy and stored my luggage for a short amount of time whilst the team were working really hard getting the rooms ready for arrivals. I have stayed here for 10 days and extended my booking twice due to the service, cleanliness and staff. The GM of this property, Read, is extremely professional, polite and really know how to run a hostel, it can be challenging sometimes but he and his team are doing a fantastic job under his leadership. Bader is extremely professional with guests and really knows his guests, I always received a "good morning or how are you" from him without fail and he is always friendly. Monalisa, another great member of the team, always smiling and helped me with my booking making it so much easier, Great customer service! Lucrezia was absolutely amazing with her her calm and professional approach with guests, she makes you feel really welcome which is great. All the housekeeping staff were smiling and are really friendly even though they probably have the toughest job in hospitality, the guy in maintenance are also someone you can talk to, very respectful and a cool guy! The team makes the business sometimes and in my experience they did, thank you all. You have all the facilities you need from washing, drying to having a kitchen to cook your own food, it is safe and well managed. Do not hesitate to book in with the great team here ❤ Elmar

I like the location, the space and also is full of people so you can meet others travelers, the room was clean and spacious

The hostel offers breakfast for 5£, it's ok, but you can not use the kitchen in the morning, till 3:00 pm bc of that, if you're starving and don't wanna pay the breakfast make sure you have some cereal or something else

Beds were comfy enough, with curtains to have your own privacy. A kitchen is also there where to cook. Many underground stations close to the hostel, the area is quite "fancy" / cute but also a little impersonal. There are coffees, shops, everything you need just there and you can reach turistic places easily. The beautiful Hyde Park is minutes away. The Italian lady that checked us in was very polite and kind, she explained everything clearly and was helpful also in giving us suggestions.

The " bathroom " was quite tiny and uncomfortable to use. It's better to choose a room with a shared bathroom outside the room. They are more spacious and comfortable.

Not the first time I've been here, love it! The hostel is in a great position, close to 2 tube stations and 3 different lines. Only 5 minutes away from Victoria station. It's just across the street from a road with all the services, including a few supermarkets and a lots of restaurants/fast foods, but you can't hear any street noises.The rooms are a good size and there's a lot of services available. Will be there again!

The room was on the 4th floor with no lift, which is understandable being an older building, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Defo not a problem for us!

I had a really great stay here. Room was comfortable, clean and also quiet. I also really love that each bed has curtains around them as one of the worst things about hostels is when guests come in and turn the light on whilst you're asleep (which wake me up) so having curtains around the bed prevents that from being a problem. I had a full, plus good night's sleep. Also, I love the chill out lounge. The Euro was on so it was nice to get some food and some beer and enjoy it here with other guests.

Location, mirror in the room

It could have a kitchen or some place beyond the reception for guests to stay and eat bc in the rooms it's not allowed food so we have to eat out everyday. And the ladies from the breakfast could be a little nicer and explain how it works instead of expelling people cuz they think we didn't pay. And the reception could give the breakfast coins for all the days at once, instead we have to go there everyday to get it. Or they simply could charge a little more and free the breakfast to avoid these inconvenients.
