Love the fact that it's a quick walk to both the Bayswater AND Queensway Tube stations, which makes it really easy to get back and forth around town. As a single, female traveler, I feel safe walking back to the hotel from the Tube station in the evenings. Bayswater is a really multi-ethnic, family oriented neighborhood with great restaurants. It's only one stop from Paddington, so if you fly into Heathrow and take the Heathrow express, you can then hop on the Tube and in one quick stop be able to get to your hotel.

The room was incredibly small, but I've stayed here before and I knew that going in.

Convenient location close to Paddington Station and walking to Kensington Park. Quiet even though significant building works behind the property.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - mattress needs to be upgraded. Room pretty small - but that’s London. Housekeeping seemed understaffed - room not serviced by 3.30pm on 2 days of my stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights so I was hoping that the stay should be comfortable and I was not disappointed. Not only is it centrally located with two major underground stations nearby , but it’s also a very comfortable stay overall at a good price. The rooms though small are very well designed and every detail is well thought of. The receptionists were helpful and friendly too.

They were great overall but can be a bit generous with the rationing of tea / coffee / biscuits that are complementary with the room.

I have stayed in Bayswater before and stayed again as I feel comfortable in this area of London. This hotel is fabulous and close to everything needed here; Queensway is around the corner and close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Park across the road doesn't allow use by non residents of the area, however Hyde Park is a short walk away as is neighbouring areas such as Notting Hill and Holland Park. Bus stations nearby.

I needed to go downstairs and obtain new toilet paper as housekeeping didn't give us any after they made up the room. When I went to get some more, the staff member got security to give me one roll, despite me asking for two. I obtained two after advising that this was required. Staff member seemed unhappy that I had interrupted them.

Spotless room, compact and had everything we needed for 4 nights in London , room was serviced everyday with clean towels and toiletries , tea and coffee in room , fridge and tv, wardrobe , hot water for showers , fantastic staff, walking distance of Kensington gardens and 3 tube stations close by, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again

The breakfast was good having fresh fruits daily, very spacious and clean The room was very small , not much counter space to put the 2 of us toiletries And the coffee pot counter space was inadequate , had to place coffee pot on floor to assess plug in Houdekeeper was very good cleaning bathroom and leaving towels as needed

I would like a bigger room for the accommodation for two women Not enough counter space to put our toiletries And coffee pot plug wasn’t long enough to plug in from existing counter, had to put coffee pot on floor to have assess And most of all I wasn’t able to get discount using the promo code provided and price on internet didn’t match the final cost, that was problematic, I wasn’t able to cancel because it was non refundable And I had no number to call booking . Com to discuss the booking London hotel could not help either It all comes down to money and I was very disappointed in the cost when I could have gotten it cheaper

Location was excellent both in terms of being in central London and in being in a pleasant, leafy square. There was a lot of building work going on nearby but the noise wasn't intrusive. The noise inside the hotel was more of an issue. The walls seemed very thin and every cough, sneeze and nearby conversation was audible. Room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. We made a mistake with our booking dates which we rectified within ten minutes, but it still cost £25 to do so. We didn't bother with the hotel breakfast as there are so many excellent places nearby to try out.

Internal hotel noise was a bit intrusive. A bit more water pressure in the shower would have been good too.

Amazing location, walkable distance to lots of attaractions, several major lines close by, 15 mins walk to Paddington station, you're never more than 30 mins away from any other location. Super clean, friendly staff. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Room looks exactly like in the pictures. Air conditioner worked really well. Internet also works really well too.

I liked everything but if I had any recommendations - I would have preferred liquid soap, bar soap is hard to use and feels wasteful to discard it after a few uses if the stay is short.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the metro station. Clean room. Wifi worked well. Clean bathroom and excellent shower. The amenities were filled up every day. Breakfast was basic but still enough choise. It was very handy that we could store our luggage during our arrival and departure day.

The breakfast room was in the basement, so you couldn't look outside.

My stay at this Hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable with no unpleasant surprises. The fridge was a very good facility too. The Tube was also convenient to use when l decided not to walk around the area. I shall consider using this Hotel again in the future when l am in this area of London. Many thanks for all concerned with making my short trip most agreeable.
