the property is nice and hot inside. I enjoyed the heat because few nights have been cold. my check in was also prompt and professional, everything was ready, and Laurent was very informative and explained everything to me. also they have a gym, this is very handy and shows that they care about peoples wellbeing and health. the breakfast is very good too, kitchen and dining area is very very clean, all staff are very happy and always smiling. as a professional chef, I really appreciated the happy smiling faces from all the kitchen staff, this make the food taste better too, when it’s served with vibrant energy from the staff. the breakfast shift was served promptly and they never ran out of food. food was all hot, and looked good. all tables were super clean. All this adds to a great dining experience. this has to be one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, in London uk 🇬🇧.

not really anything to dislike, my stay here has been very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hostel as a whole. Excellent location, very good breakfast, spacious room, unbeatable value for money. And pretty high average age of those who lived there. I wish I could stay there in the following two weekends too!

I wish there were a single or twin room available to reduce the chance of a snoring roommate. Staff experience was mixed, there were friendly and not so friendly faces. Street was a bit noisy but it's not the hostel's fault in central London, so ignore this ;-)

Breakfast was basic but coffee good.Good central location.It also has a gym.Which guests can use.

Hearing that done strange woman staying there intimidates guests by insisting the lights are left on all night and has done it to several people several times despite warnings.She should be booted out pronto.

I loved the architectural design of the building, AND the location was absolutely spot on!!! AMAZING mbers of staff - more than 'just a job' - they have GREAT PASSION in what they do.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I was there for one evening - it was PERFECT!!!

The place was very clean. The staff were brilliant and very helpful would not hesitate to come back again. All I can say is very clean, beautiful place beautiful people thank you

Staff were great and wanted to ensure you were looked after. Very clean and residents and staff were friendly. But the showers were great and though an older building it's very clean.

It's a hostel, so of course not everyone has the same standards. Namely when using the toilets.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was another member of staff who helped me find my way back upstairs when I got lost in the lower levels. Study room allowed in me to get some work done. Dinner was not spectacular but excellent portions for 5 quid.

Room smelled musty and damp.
