There is £200 deposit that you need to block on your debit/credit card or pay as cash on checking in top of the booking price and you get it returned during checkout, the inconvenient here is this information is not displayed and made obvious during booking process, but you know it after booking because it's written somewhere on the bottom of the booking confirmation mail you get.

The location is amazing, very close to metro and bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants and Hyde park. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a 1-week stay (pots, pans, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, etc.)

The shower was really small and water leaked out to the floor as the shower door didn't close properly. The mattress was pretty old and soft and the pillows were really thin and soft too, but I can sleep pretty much anywhere. If you're not too picky, it's fine.

It was a little apartment that had everything we needed to cook with supermarkets close by made our own breakfast after sleep in after late nights. Quiet street we kept the window open for fresh air during Ty’s night. We were right on the top floor Flat 1 4 floors 300 steps but luckily we only had light luggage Bed was soft but comfortable 4 pillows housekeeping done on request with reception and you could pick a time that suited

It’s old furnishings could be updated and a little TLC on walls and entry carpet old but everything was ok hot shower . No PowerPoints in bathroom for blow drying hair so there should be a mirror hung on the back of the bedroom door so you can use the hair dryer. Laundry downstairs but you have to pay coin operated didn’t know that until we went down

All the main attractions were just close by with easy access of two different underground. Hyde park was in walking distance. Room cleaning service was great. Overall, good stay!

We requested for a hair dryer on our 2nd day but never received it. The door / entrance wasn’t great as the tiles was broken, needed a hard push to open the door.

It was a small suite, with bed, dining and kitchen all in one area, but set off a separate space for sitting and the bathroom a bit removed from the main area. it had everything you need and was so thoughtfully designed. More clever design care went into this space than I have seen in some large hotel chains. It was quiet and clean and so close to everything, a short walk to Hyde park, even shorter to the tube, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It absolutely surpassed our expectations for the price we paid.

The communication about check in could be more clear. you need to check in at building 55. the reception area was functional, but it made me feel a little suspect about the room I was about to stay in because it’s a little rough. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was Lower ground, aka basement, it definitely wasn’t fit for someone with mobility issues, a lot of stairs, doors and ups and downs, but it had a massive window so it wasn’t dark or damp. It didn’t feel like a basement at all, but the stairs and doors were awkward with our bags.

In less than 30 minutes you are in the center. Also the property was really near to two supermarkets, two underground stations, Hyde Park and a lot of restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King, an Italian, Indian or a Pub with live music.

It was clean but it could have been cleaner. The sofa wasn´t really comfy to sleep in it 5 days. Also the window wasn´t really new, but there was a radiator, in order during the night it wasn´t cold.

The apartment we stayed in was meticulously clean, the attention to detail was brilliant and facilities great. The property looks grand from outside and is clearly well looked after, you can see that before you step inside. The communal areas are clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location excellent, perfect for us.

Carpets in the communal areas are somewhat worn, however they were clean and they do of course get a lot of foot fall

Our experience was exceptional, everyone treated us with care and respect and above all we felt at home which is important.

All amenities were in order and appreciated the available facilities which made us fell at home. There was a kind of friendliness in the air and this made us feel much happier.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The whatsapp messaging was very useful. Room was modern and clean. Great location. Felt very safe as the door needed a key card to open.

It should say the name of the hotel on the booking as there is a few on the same street and we got confused. It was quite cold and the heater took a long time to heat up the room. Provided coffee and tea but no milk.

everything. location was good. when I arrived, I was given a Ground floor room & baby cot was already in the room when I came in, as requested through Booking.com. Big appreciation to the housekeeper and staff for accommodating to my requests. My family & I truly appreciated it.

The shower was a bit confusing and not consistent on temperature control. Otherwise ok.
