Location is perfect , close to all the public transportation, restaurants, convenience stores . Price is very reasonable. It’s clean. They let us check-in earlier than scheduled time instead of just storing our luggages. Check-in process was easy and very straight-forward even though it was a late last minute booking. Shower pressure was great . When another accommodation as big of a hotel and as glamorous and popular as Tower Suites by Blue Orchid in Minories, London as they claimed to be but refuses to honor having our family of 5 for 5 nights in an executive room that was booked months ahead, despite prior verbal approval by a supervisor and my willingness to pay them extra the day we checked-in , MSK Superior in Inverness Terrace saved our long-timed planned vacation and made our first-time London experience even more worth every while . We got to do more things , experienced more fun stuff and got to do more activities outside of our planned itinerary because no time was wasted arguing with a hotel staff or trying to keep up with a pretentious hotel’s inconsistent rules . Thank you MSK Superior in Inverness Terrace for your great accommodation, for your very prompt and responsive answers and mostly from saving our family vacation that was almost ruined by a pretentious hotel. You were our London home away from our own home . Goodluck to your business . Job done well.

Fantastic location. Couple of minutes walk from Bayswater tube and 5 minutes to Queensway. We parked at Westfield White City. £27 for the two days and no congestion charge. Staff were lovely and happy to store our bags during the day. Studio had everything we needed. Lots of fans for hotter nights. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Nothing. The property was fantastic! Our only grumble has nothing to do with the property. We hadn’t realised it was the weekend of Nottinghill Carnival. We had a ground floor studio and we’re kept up by loud shouting, music arguing etc. we should have considered this. No fault of the property or staff.

Location, check in & out hours, parking, cleanliness, quiet at night, price is high, but low for the area for what was offered, security, nice patio area out the back, we didn't need it, but has a laundry room. Good sized cold fridge.

A welcome pack with a couple of tea, coffee & milk sachets would have been welcome. Couldn't get tv to work. Cooker hob old and very slow, no bedside light/s. Not a problem for us, but large period single glazed window, most likely with no safety glass, that could be easily completely opened, with no safety latch & very very low sill that basically mean't it was in contravention of building regs. It was a room for adults only, and even then, I could see a nasty accident happening potentially.

Ignore any reviews about noise. You are in Central London so it's to be expected! There was no noise within the appartments. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Happy to print gig tickets out for us when we forgot beforehand. Our flight got cancelled at short notice and staff helped us quickly check back into the same room. Location is amazing. You come out of Bayswater station, cross the road to Inverness Terrace, walk along and turn right. Literally a five minute walk. Excellent value for money.

Hard to fault for the excellent price.

The location is great, right next to Kensington Gardens and central line tube station is very close. The reception was open 24/7 and the staff there were always nice and helpful. Beautiful area to go for a walk and loads of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within just a few minutes walk.

I think we were expecting a slightly bigger apartment for three guests. And it could maybe use a little renovation inside (the curtain and the shower panel didn’t close properly). Also, being in the basement, there was quite a lot of noise from the apartments upstairs and even from the street. Actually, on our last night we were woken up at 3am by a loud group of guests from another apartment. Other than that, we had a really nice stay.

Friendly staff. Immaculately clean. Nice size room. Very good value. Great location.

Bed uncomfortable and too small. No remote control for the TV. Power supply to air conditioning seemed to be turned off and we couldn't locate a mains switch, there was a remote control and despite it having a working display we couldn't get it to turn on the air con. Shower rail in bathroom loose, clearly someone had tried to repair it with filler but what it needed was screwing tighter into the wall. Just one or two small issues that could easily be remedied and then everything could be rated excellent.

1. Perfect location, within 5 mins walking distance to Tube, bus stop, cycle stop and hyde park. 2. Very clean, bathroom, linen beds all very clean. New dish wash sponge provided. 3. Comfortably living space. We booked the quadruple room, since it was like a duplex with attached room, there was comfortable living space, and did not feel cramped. 4. Good interiors, comfortable storage, cutlery and cooking pans provided.

1. The stairs are narrow and somewhat risky. I slipped, but thankfully got saved. 2. AC wasn't working. The bathroom clothes stand heating wasn’t working. 3. The staff on reception desk is generally busy, hence it takes effort to get their response on an issue. 4. Bathroom is little tight in space

Great value for money in a great location. The room itself had everything needed and the room was quiet .

Air conditioning was out of order which although obviously known as two fans were placed in the room ,was not communicated to me. All the written information from the host was focused on what must not be done and the fact that any diversion from the rules results in the full cost of stay plus £250. it felt a bit overkill and maybe some information on the location could have balanced it somewhat
