Location was excellent. 2minute walk from Bayswater station. Very clean and attentive staff. Bed was extremely comfortable and got great nights sleep.

We booked a Junior Suite and to access the rest of the hotel, we had to vacate and walk along outside of hotel to enter via main entrance. Booking a Junior Suite, we expected it to be reasonably spacious, not the case with this room and certainly not same as booking.com photos. Sofa was at door as soon as you entered suite and door could not fully open, which was shocking. This was merely a double bedroom with a sofa placed in a ridiculous location and a small table and two chairs, no ironing board or iron. TV kept disconnecting from WiFi. Maybe this is the new norm, I don’t know, but we were asked by the hotel reception, when checking out, if we wanted to basically leave a tip!

This was my husbands first time traveling to london and I can honestly say that the service here was immaculate! our room was comfortable, when we arrived it was a little cold and this was resolved within seconds. The management were honestly amazing, great service, they accommodated to our needs so perfectly and really made us feel at home! Thank you to all the staff especially Mogtaba and Hassan you guys were fantastic you really made sure we enjoyed our stay. I know london can be at the pricey side, but this hotel is actually at a reasonable price, with the underground station less than 1 minute away. Thank you once again and cannot wait to come in the winter and stay here! AJ

the Room was Real Valuer for Money. It was very clean. I could not Find any fault The Location was outstanding . It met all the requirments the tourists look for. The tube, bus service , enterteinment outlet ,the numerous restaurants serving a variety of exortic food, gifts Shop, groceries other shops Which the tourist look for. Finally the Bayswater residents were very helpful to the tourist is assisting the Tourist by giving good directional.As for the breakfast it was not up to my expectation. I would rate it at 5/10.when.I searched for eggs there were none on the on the Table. So we had to pay for the eggs. WE were told we have to upgrade ourself by paying 10 quids.

Pay a little l bit of Attntion to the Breakfast. It leaves much to be desired,

Fantastic position, really lovely and accommodating staff, very comfortable rooms. The family rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Double was compact but really comfortable. Well appointed - v comfy bed and linen, great shower, nice toiletries, hair dryer, mini bar, hot drinks facilities, good black out blinds.

The actual Breakfast was good but the restaurant area is woefully inadequate in size for the number of guests. Not enough space for all guests to be seated, tiny serving area that people can’t move around to serve themselves. The area to lay out good is very small so not much can be put out at once hence things are constantly running out. The staff were working so hard to keep it all running but their job was incredibly difficult as the restaurant was overfill and everyone needed to ask for things that had run out, I felt very sorry for them - it must be incredibly stressful!

- This was my third stay since Aug 2022. This visit to London I stayed here with my family a total of 6 nights in 2 rooms. - Excellent location. 1 min walk from Bayswater station and 5 min from Queensway station and Hyde Park. - Reasonable size (for London) double rooms. Good size twin rooms and junior suites. - Nicely renovated last year. - Clean - Comfortable beds - Excellent showers - Nice staff - Reasonable value for money in Central London

There are multiple lifts but some people might find the different levels/ floors a bit confusing. However this is very common in Europe.

The hotel location was ideal for a long weekend in London. A minute's walk from the well-connected Bayswater Underground Station made popping in and out of the Central London very easy. The hotel itself was very well presented and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

On arrival, the first room we were allocated had a very noisy boiler/pipework but the staff quickly relocated us.

We stayed in Room 113. Location in Bayswater was perfect. Convenient: Bayswater & Queensway tube stations, buses etc, restaurants, supermarkets etc Overall Aesthetic of the property Room Very comfortable beds Sound proof room Bathroom especially shower was amazing. Bidet hose was greatly appreciated Decor of hotel is so modern, minimalist & calming Staff Courteous Helpful Always greeted us when we came back after a day out Love that lemon infused water was provided as we entered the lobby(grateful especially on hot summer days) Halal breakfast

Nothing major. But it would hv been nice to have more hooks perhaps behind bedroom door & bathroom to hang our clothes/towels. 2 hooks in the bathroom wasn’t enough for me. Also disposable shower caps: I had to ask from the housekeeping when I saw them on the way to the lift.

Great location for Hyde Park/marble Arch and close to the tube for exploring other parts of London

We were very disappointed that there was scaffolding around the building which meant we couldn't utilise the outside space, which was one of the key reasons we chose the hotel. We we've not informed in advance and when it was mentioned to reception they said it referenced no the website but we couldn't find a notice anywhere.

The staff were amazing specially Hassan and Faisal... they went above and beyond to make my family happy.

The breakfast is not good... limited options and most of the good food options are addtional charge. Ather than that, everything was nice.

This hotel is my 'go to' on this side of London. The staff are friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel itself welcomes you with a fresh smelling reception where there are usually 2 staff, who smile as you approach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable indeed. For this stay I booked a spacious double and the bathroom was really spacious, the room itself gave space to sit and chat with a good size wardrobe and good tea/coffee facilities. There are glasses and cups in the room as well as a small sink, which is very handy

For me the vitals were ticked, if I was being incredibly fussy, the bathroom room lock didn't work but, as I say compared to what is right and good, this isn't something I'd be concerned with.
