Just the check in process to get the door code was quite convulated. Lots of back and forth on websites, passwords, authentication etc. Tricky when you’re travelling across time zones and don’t always have data on your phone. Also lacking a few basic items e.g 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 night stay, 1 tiny soap for 4 ppl, but not a big deal as the room was so nice. Stairs were a pain, but the lift was out of order and we warned in advance, and offered help with bags by arrangement.

The location is great. Spacious apartment and very clean.

Some extra bath towels would have been nice during a 1 week stay (without paying extra).

Perfectly located , just moments from Natural History Museum and 10 min walk from Royal Albert Hall . A compact studio ( not on images ) but fine for our one night stay . Able to drop bags in before check in time which was a real help .

A little soundproofing be great as upstairs were so noisy till about 1am, hard to get a full nights sleep 💤

Excellent location, clean studio, great in-room facilities

Lack of street and sky views as it’s a lower ground floor unit. And also, the area outside the front door of the studio unit is not so clean probably because it is also workers’ entryway.

Its location and proximity to transportation and attractions. Property was spacious and modern. It is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

We arrived after check in time and the property was still being cleaned this delayed us getting to a family function

Great location, spacious room with high ceilings. Calm & peaceful. V happy with the level of cleanliness.

I found the registration process complex & cumbersome - lots of hoops & hurdles to go through with proof of ID, deposit payments etc. For some reason our deposit payment originally didn't go through however no one contacted us prior to our arrival to inform us. I then spent quite a long time on the doorstep making the payment again before I could access the property. I didn't want to use the third party app to allow access - preferring to use the keybox instead, however it took even more time to locate the keybox as the Stayo concierge (via phone) was unable to be specific as to its location. Our only other negative observation was the size of the ensuite shower room/WC - quite small!

Clean. Good location in South Kensington. 2 bathrooms. Has a washer/dryer.

Beds aren’t very comfortable.
