A great find in London! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is just around the corner from the Paddington station, so it is incredibly convenient for public transportation or just walking to explore. The room was small but well-appointed, with a very comfortable mattress and fun mood lighting options via LED lights hidden above the window curtains, headboard, and mirror. Many colors to choose from! Super easy check in and check out.

The room was abbreviated but well-appointed; however the bathroom was a bit cramped. But overall, a great value for the location and a very modern feeling hotel.

Very good. Clean. Well organised. Plenty of time to get breakfast. Relaxing. Plenty of choices. Heathy choice’s. Lift. Staff friendly. Good location. Open 24/7. Very Close to Paddington railway station. Plenty of local pubs/ restaurants / tourist attractions / buses at your doorstep.

Let people know about the union canal area directly across the road. I found it by accident. What a great area that no one knows about. Excellent

Staff is the soul and heart of the hotel, thanks and love to them all. Location is great for me, close to buses, Paddington station, Elizabeth line to the heathrow airport Also for me, close to many halal restaurants, Tesco market is just across the street and open 24 h Not far from Oxford St, madam Tussaud museum, Hyde park any other attractions Their breakfast is very good. Best moment is when I smell the baking in the early morning and go for the breakfast, their bakery is the most tasty ever, also the rest of the menu is very nice The room was very clean, ambient light is a nice touch. Every place in the hotel is clean and modern, thank you very much housekeeping. Also their lobby and Cafe were nice and comfortable.

Room is really small, no fridge or kettle, no wardrobe, just 4 hangers My stay was for 7 nights, wish the room was bigger No window is my room, but I know this from my booking Bathroom is small I wish the shower was with a shower handle, it would have been more convenient, instead, they have fixed shower head. I wish the pillows were more comfortable, they are not really comfortable. The price is little higher than it should be in my opinion.

Staff is friendly and responds to requests quickly. Room was spacious enough and cleaning is performed at good intervals. There was occasional rumbling which could be heard in the room even on 2nd floor, but it's not so crucial and doesn't disturb your sleep. Breakfast is pretty sufficient and diverse, and aside from light dishes also includes a cup of tea/coffe.

The bedsheets were dirty (big stains and hair sticking out of it) both on check-in and after change during room cleaning, and they were not just small dots which could be overlooked but big brown stains or huge clusters of mold-like dots. The staff resolved this issue quickly by providing fresh bedsheets, but it's still unpleasant, taking into account that it happened twice.

Everything was really nice, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were really helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful (fresh and tasty). I enjoyed my stay here. Great location - only about 3 minute walk to tube.

We liked the position of the hotel, just 10’ walking from PADDINGTON station and underground. Many restaurants and amenities around. The hotel looks modern and service was very good. The room and bathroom were clean and had all what needed for a short stay. Safebox, tea/coffee, AC, hairdryer. USB chargers at the bed. Buffet breakfast is available for 13£ - Recommended

There is nothing I did not like. I could not just find the lift to go downstairs to my room (if there is any) and with a big baggage it was a bit cumbersome. The room was very small, if you have a big baggage could be difficult to open it unless on bed. But we had everything we needed and the stay was very pleasant. Just be aware - when you book - that some of the rooms could be without window. It in the room description though but can be overseen. And the baggage storage costs 3£/piece.

I came to- London to celebrate my birthday with a friend, meet my daughter, go to exhibitions, listen to a concert, and have fun in general. As I am a wheelchair user, I was deeply concerned if the ‘disabled’ room will be properly adapted to my needs and very anxious. Not only are the rooms perfectly adapted but the service was impeccable. My anxiety vanished immediately and I had the greatest experience. The location is great withing walking distances to major museums, Hyde Park, and convenient access to public transportation. I highly recommend the hotel! Go for it, or rather wheel for it!

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were very helpful. The location was great and very close to bus stops and the metro station so it made it easy to go wherever we wanted. The price was also great for all the things that the hotel has to offer. It was clean, cosy and very comfortable and the mood lights in the room make it really cool and stylish. Breakfast was good. It was not included in our booking but we paid for it at the front desk and it was worth it. A lovely way to start the day in the cute breakfast area they have at the ground floor. All in all it was a great stay and I wish it was longer but if I book a trip to London in the future, I will definitely consider staying at Point A Paddington again.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Personell was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to two subway stations with Paddington Station also running trains as well as the Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Nearby are a couple of restaurants and Pubs with different price ranges and themes (Korean, fried chicken, Greek etc.), on the other side of the street is a small supermarket. Rooms looked alright for the price range. Would stay there again.

Personally the beds for compy but a bit narrow. Also the windows don´t keep outside noises out very well, since a Hospital is close this might be an issue for someone with light sleep or who wants a more quiet room.
