Madona :) she offered me a cup of coffee when i was waiting for check in and it was a very nice coffee. Later on the day and again while i was waiting another staff offered me a cup of coffee … that was very nice welcoming. Room is big and very clean … location is also very good near Paddington station and Edward road.

I honestly liked the hotel a lot and i was going to give it 10/10 but while checking out staff was a bit too much and he even tried to rate the hotel himself in booking while holding my phone this is the reason to give it 9/10. That was the only negative thing otherwise everything was excellent and staff were very nice.

honestly I loved everything and have no complaints at all. maybe a slight inconvenience was that the floor needed a bit more mopping. but that isn’t a plausible complaint but as a dad with a baby. I would’ve loved the floor to be more clean for my baby to crawl without me worrying he might pick up something and eat it. also another note is that the place is slightly understaffed for the amount of guests staying. so service is kind of slow if you want them to send anything to your room. but if you go down to the reception and pick up things yourself the staff would be lovely to help you and it would be much faster for you.

The room was clean and service by Monica was excellent. She made sure our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. She was so ready to serve us with a smile.

A staff named Yehiah an Eyptian by origin was very unscrupulous. He took over Monica and kept saying that Uber was not trustworthy and booked a cab for us which he claimed was with the Hotel. The ride that came was horrible. The driver looked sleazy and like a thug. We immediately requested to get a ride to the airport by the London Cab. Both the driver and another Eyptian staff kept pushing us to give a reason. It was a horrible experience. I stood my ground and insisted to get a ride by the London cab. Quickly Monica took over when she saw what was happening. I'm so grateful for Monica.

Everything. Rooms has dishwasher, coffee machine, oven/microwave. Smart TV with Chromecast to stream from your smartphone which is handy for young kids. Laundry room facility for the guests for £5.5 Good Air condition plus an automatic blackout curtains.

I'm aware that cleaning is on the fourth day which happened to our satisfaction. However we think providing a floor cleaning mat/broom 🧹 would be much appreciated especially for families with toddlers.

Everything was new!. Beautiful decor and facilities.

First night the fire alarm went off and the whole hotel came out. 1am!!!. Meanwhile it wasn’t anything, and they didn’t offer any apologies for the confusion. Everyone was confused and somehow we walked into the next hotel in the confusion trying to find our way back to our various rooms after the ruckus. I wish they had at least apologised for it at least. Everyone was uprooted from their rest, even babies!.

From the minute we walked in the door the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. Paddington tube/train station is around the corner and Edgware Road tube is across the road. The apartment was immaculate and well kitted out with everything you could need and the staff knocked on the door each day to check if there was anything else we needed. I couldn’t rate this place any higher!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect. The only thing, as we were 3 girls in the apartment, a mirror near a socket for drying/styling hair would have really been welcome. There were plenty of places beside a socket that a mirror could be placed, so this could be easily rectified.

A lovely modern clean comfortable studio. We could see winter wonderland in the distance from our 14th floor room. Paddington and Edgware tube stations were nearby. The room temperature could be adjusted with very modern wall settings also used for the lighting and the blinds. The bed was large and very comfortable

The lighting is very poor in the bathroom and living area. We had a studio for 3 people and the small table/eating area was inadequate had we prepared food in our room. Our bed was very close to the wall/window on one side with no bedside locker so the person on this side would need to be fairly flexible to climb in and out of the bottom of the bed. There was limited food options at this property

- Breakfast was quite nice! - The location near Paddington station is very convenient. Be sure to use the canal exit to get to and from the hotel -- the other entrances work too, but they are much less pleasant particularly late at night. - The canal also has some nice cafes and restaurants on it, and there is an M+S and a Tesco minutes away so I always could get what I needed. - The room has a full kitchenette so you can do light cooking or heat up food in your room. Very nice. - The rooms are nice, quiet, and well appointed.

- There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner or meal service. Both my partner and I got a cold on this trip and on the day we had to spend just resting in our room, it would have been nice if we could have just ordered room service. Instead we ordered food delivery to the hotel and one of us went to pick it up. Not a huge problem, but be aware of this.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes away from Edgware road/ underground, and 5 minutes away from Paddington underground station via walking. Easy access to public transports. Safe area to walk in at night. Hotel is clean and the staff members are friendly and welcoming (big shout out to AlNoubi, Yahya and Thomaso). The room can be tight for more than two individuals but as a solo traveler this was perfect and decent. Kitchen facilities looked good, and there were regular check ups completed with a note left. Daily clean-ups were good overall though it can be improved. Always make sure to leave the "do not disturb" sign at the door, otherwise the cleaning crew may enter the room if there is no answer to their knocks! The bed was comfy. There was a close by M&S supermarket which was convenient. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would re-consider staying here. Recommended.

All was good overall. They have a dry cleaning service which is not mentioned here on Booking. Worth inquiring about it from day one as I had multiple information shared which wasn't consistent. This caused a bit of delay to get the service done.
