Location was great, 10 minute walk to Paddington Station just make sure you take the correct exit. So perfect for the Heathrow express. Lovely bakery around the corner for breakfast and a traditional pub. We traveled everywhere via the tube. Hotel has a great philosophy about sustainability. Had filtered water and free fruit and percolated coffee near reception that you could help yourself to. We got there early and left our bags at reception and when we got back they had been taken to our room.

One small issue was that the plug for the hairdryer was near the bed and the mirror was on the opposite wall. Could be solved by putting a small mirror near the plug.

Really comfy bed, great value for money in this area of London Hotel has great facilities and the room is a comfortable size Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms was immaculately clean Check-in was quick and easy

The room was incredibly warm, 27°C, it took almost 8 hours to go to 20°C, even with the window open. The room was slightly tricky to find as there were no arrows or markers I would have preferred the coffee and tea facilities to be in the room instead of the entrance hall Walls are quite thin so a bit noisy at times

Very convenient for Paddington Station, Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Nice Scandi feel. Toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. Towels were fluffy and the bed comfortable.

The room was very small. Luckily I was on my own but it would have been claustrophobic for 2. The bathroom was tiny (but efficient). Please consider providing more hooks for towels and clothes.

It was in a great location- easy access to tube stations. Gorgeous room and lovely facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was fresh and clean. We really liked the focus on wellbeing.

We would have loved some tea/coffee making facilities in our room or even in the corridor to be shared with other guests on the same floor. The only hot drink making facilities were on the ground floor in reception.

For the location, the hotel is an excellent value if you have a short business trip. The room was small (it is London), but newly renovated and tastefully done. There was free water in the room, which is a nice touch. The emphasis on eco friendly initiatives was also appreciated and the associated eco-friendly restaurant was lovely. It's on a quiet side street so there was no noise in the night. It's a 5 min walk from Paddington station, which gave me easy access to Heathrow and just about everywhere else in the city because of the good tube connections, including the new Elizabeth line.

The library room, reception and dining area are beautiful and really aesthetically pleasing. It was very clean. Rooms decorated nicely.

Easy to get lost going to find the water cooler. Took us three days to master the air conditioning probably more our fault than hotels wish I’d ask for instructions earlier a set of instructions would be good. The smell from I presume the dining room came in through the extraction fan in bathroom for some reason, made me feel quite ill smelling of peppers in the morning, it was quite dark as a room I understand it’s inside the building no windows for natural light, the wooden features charging cable box were dirty and the eco wooden instruction card dirty otherwise room very clean. All male staff on the desk sometimes more than one made my daughter and I feel a bit uneasy. Probably again more our problem than the hotels.

Inahbit is a very peaceful hotel in London. Loved the vibe and cleanliness of the place. The associated restaurant really was one of the best parts of the hotel as the food was amazing, serving english breakfasts but also healthy choices like smoothies, fresh juices and more. Coffee was delicious.

One of our booked rooms didn't seem as good as our other room, smaller, even though it was the same category. However, the staff was very helpful and offered some money back on our stay which we thought was very good customer service. They are a private hotel, so they have very nice personal touches throughout the place which make staying there very special, especially after a long day enjoying the city. Very quiet in the evenings.

The location of this hotel is exceptional! So close to bus stops and Paddington Station, excellent area with plenty of cafes and grocery stores in the area. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable and ‘smart’ everything about the room made sense, from the layout to the innovative furniture. They also have an infrared sauna and gym on sight for individual use that you book a time slot for which I thought was great! They are BCorp Certified and are a wonderfully environmentally friendly hotel without compromising on comfort or cleanliness. Very welcoming and accomodating staff much like higher end luxury hotels!!!

My only gripe was that I found it quite expensive for a three night stay with only a single bed but in saying that, it was no different at other hotels I looked at in London!

The twin room was lovely with the addition of air con on a very hot weekend in London. The decoration and little touches were great, very modern. Tea and coffee making facilities were fab with the added extra of refillable water at the end of the corridor. We stayed on the third floor above the main road and could barely hear any noise from there. Would definitely stay here again, all staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has spa facilities included in the price but we didn't take advantage of those.

The only thing was that the bathroom was very small. But it's not something that would put me off staying again.
