I checked into this Hotel on the 24th of June 23. On arrive I was checked in by a very pleasant lady named DOM and Adam, Sorry I didn't get your full name but this ladies customer service was 10/10 she checked me in so well and sorted out a free upgrade with management for my stay which was for business and leisure. My room was amazing and was so so happy with my upgrade, this really helped with my business meetings I had while staying here. I am so pleased to say that it's not just the room that amazed me the staff downstairs at the restaurant also amazing too, just to highlight Jake the waiter and Pilippo the chef. The food cooked for me and my guest was 10/10. Overall I was so grateful to experience this hotel as its really what you pay for, my room on the top floor, the amenities in the room, The breakfast, dinner, and the bar. Great location too for Trafford Centre as a few stops on tram outside of this hotel. My tiktok account and other celebrities I shared this with will definitely be booking and I sure will again too. Sorry my review is a little late. Many thanks to all!

A lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities, great vale for the price, a good size room and a big comfortable double bed, clean, the bathroom facilities were great extra large sink was ideal, it’s was pleasantly quiet at night even though it was a busy area, close to the tram service, restaurants and services. I tried the sauna which was amazing, the service was excellent and the staff were lovely. Not to forget breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety, slightly expensive for one person but well worth the price in my opinion The city view was also grand, especially for the price of the room compared to similar hotels

The only downside was the chrome cast was not working on the TV, the TV look like they need upgrading possibly to smart TV’s

Reception Staff when I booked in were amazing: Jess and Moise. Friendly, kind, helpful, professional. Wish more hotels ahd reception staff like these two. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, if basic for such a high price. Location and parking were both fantastic. Breakfast good but I couldn't find anywhere to sit alone (my preference) and had to join a table for four.

My evening meal was awful and very expensive. I sent the tuna back to the kitchen as it was raw and it was not much improved when it returned. When asked I responded that my meal was 'not great' but I was charged the full cost plus service charge despite this.

I absolutely loved the design, spaciousness and comfort of the rooms! Me and my mum stayed in a standard twin bed and thought it was very high quality and more than what we needed! The hotel is beautiful and quirky and it gives spanish vibes, the staff are wonderful and helpful. I loved the 24hr gym the most!! Extremely convenient, i went at 1am for a good hour and they have a decent selection of machines and weights etc for you to use. We just stayed 1 night but will definitely come again!

I would have preferred the sink area to be in a separate room like maybe along side the toilet, because if you go to the toilet and wash your hands after in the middle of the night, you’ll risk waking up the person you’re staying with by turning on the sink taps (not ideal for light sleepers), but it was still great! Also just personal preference, in my opinion the pillows were too soft for me but still comfy enough to sleep on.

The hotel is in prime position for me, right next to the HOME arts centre. They were very kindly able to accommodate me at short notice after I made a booking error. The room was lovely, minimally decorated, clean, comfy and smelling nice, with a beautiful city view. Complementary drinks in the mini fridge was a really special touch. Great powerful, hot shower, with shampoo and body wash available. And when I checked out, the young lady on the front desk, named Dominika, was very helpful and efficient.

The TV left a little to be desired, but that is not a major issue these days- I had my tablet with me anyway. Not really a problem for me, but there didn't seem to be any wardrobe, or even a bar to hang clothes on... not sure if this is the same in all rooms?

Me and my friend went for a girls weekend away qnr this hotel did not disappoint! Staff were so friendly upon check in, asking us what our plans were as well as recommending some great places to visit for food and drinks whilst we were there. Despite arriving earlier than expected out room was ready, we were given a room with a great view and it was huge too! Bed was super comfortable and great for two people who like to spread out and still not be touching. Bathroom was beautiful and we loved having some complimentary drinks too in the fridge, it was great considering me and my friend don't drink. Our room had plenty of towels which is just brilliant - it's the small details they don't forget, as well as really good lighting in the bathroom and a massive mirror by the door which is great for getting ready and taking those pre night pictures The hotel provides everything you need from plenty of storage space, coat hangers, two places for hanging your clothes up, iron and board, as well as so many plug sockets so you don't have to compromise charging your phone to turn your straightners on. What we thought was a really nice touch was putting plug sockets in the bathroom so you can use all your hair appliances without having to sit on the bed as usual (need to bring travel adapter to use) The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants Breakfast is on until 12pm which is great for those who don't like having to get up before 9am on weekends with such a great buffet selection, way better than any other hotel breakfast and honestly delicious too. Staff were really welcoming too and always so smiley Parking is a two minute walk from the hotel too which is just brilliant after a long car journey with luggage We will definitely be booking this hotel again!

There's no mirror at the desk to get ready so you have to get ready in the bathroom. We didn't mind but just had to take it in turns getting ready

I particularly like the availability of the gym, open 24/7. The room was fine, quite large, with large windows and good lighting. The location is also very convenient, basically on Deansgate, close to everything.

The noise-proofing could be better. I heard people talking in the corridor (sometimes at 3am), the housekeeper loudly moving items in their storage room, which was right next to me, the robotic voice from the lift, trains outside - the hotel is right next to the train line, etc. Also, the bathroom is a part of the room (a bit like a kitchen in a studio appt), which I find weird - all the humidity and steam goes directly into the room, which is a bit unnecessary. But I guess it creates an impression of a larger room.

Extremely comfortable and large bed, very clean, great facilities with a spa and restaurant/bar with outdoor lounging areas also. We arrived having accidently booked for the wrong dates, however the staff were accommodating, especially one employee named Jess, and booking.com managed to get our already paid £90 deducted from £205 which was the price for one night due to low availability. This was certainly over priced, however we were aware this was our own mistake. Around the £100-£115 mark I think is an acceptable price for a night here all things considered.

Shower was not working in the spa, not much atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area and the 'city view' from the 6th floor was not great

Clean, modern and well priced. Quirky decor and smart minimalist rooms but everything you need. Helpful reception staff. Good location. Delighted to find this reasonable place to stay and would definitely come back.

We had said at reception the night before that we would like breakfast for £12.50 and thought that was it booked but on arrival at breakfast the lady who I think was breakfast manager (eastern European accent) was a bit snippy and said we weren’t booked in. She did offer us it at the dearer price but was quite abrupt with us. We didn’t stay for breakfast.
