I loved that staff from reception and the Podium restaurant and the door staff were very warm and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed like a selection of teas, coffees, waters, large tv, both a shower and bath as well as iron, hairdryer, a safe, bathrobes, and slippers. All the little touches just made it extra special.The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well.The views were amazing especially in the evening. I was really pleased with the offer of an upgrade which meant we were higher up on the 19th floor, fantastic for taking pictures of the manchester skyline. The 3 course meal we had was superb and breakfast at the Podium was delicious with such a variety to choose from. We went quite early as we had to go to work, so it was very quiet and relaxing, staff there were very attentive and accomodating. I loved that guests were also given a discount on the car park just a few minutes walk away, which made it very convenient and made for easy access to the hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. I would definitily recommend and would like to stay longer next time.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel Location is great, with car park directly opposite within easy walking distance, with 50% discount if you get a code from Hotel reception. Breakfast is superb, with everything you will ever require, massive choice of food. The addition of a pool and gym area are great for relaxation during your trip.

Room was a bit tired and things like the mural on wall behind bed was peeling off. Other places around hotel, such as some doors etc needed a lick of paint. Ice machine on our floor, was broken for both days of our visit. I would have expected these things to have been fixed promptly, so had to take lift to another floor to get ice. Also would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Mr paul was having his birthday and when we were on train i received message regarding our arrival time i request early check in and if possible for birthday boy some welcome in room and your reception staff call REKA organise ballon , chocolate , message which birthday boy much appreciated and feel happy about . Also on your palladium restaurant we went for morning breakfast and manager called LANA Bannana she is treasure to your Hilton team such a positive soul warm welcome to birthday boy and today when we left birthday boys been treated well. you are very fortunate to have her in that place specially when people start there day with such a positive professional vibes it makes a huge difference

About your hotel or my stay n/a but i wish I had more time and longer stay with you .

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. The food in the podium restaurant was great, as were the staff there. The breakfast staff, especially Mrs Banana, were great.

Our first room was a south facing room, It turned out that the air con for the entire floor was out - our room was at 29 degrees. We were moved up one floor where the air con worked. However, that floor had not been renovated and, crucially, there was no power available near the bed so we had to ask for an extension cable so that we could plug in my husband's breathing equipment.

The room was gorgeous, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had special requests for the room and met to a high standard. The view was amazing, and it was a great location as well. Got everything around you within walking distance. Plus, the metrolink stops right outside the hotel staff are friendly, polite, and very helpful. I lost my key cards, and my identity they got it all sorted for me and I was back on my way again no fuss.

There wasn't actually anything I didn't like . It was a perfect stay.

Good size room with comfotrable bed and city view. Room was very clean with good air conditioning. Very large TV. Powerful shower, with good quality complimentry products.

No USB charging points in the room. Late check-in, 16:00 was just too late and would have booked elsewhere if noticed at time of booking as we had an appointment at 17:00. Too many messages from the hotel asking to book the restaurant, 5 i think. Complimentry bottle of water would have nice considering the price paid.

Hotel very spectacular and glamorous. Great view from the 11th floor where we stayed. Room very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Lots of choice at breakfast, including takeaway cups for coffee.

Although it was definitely a great hotel and way above the standard of that of a Premier Inn or the Leonardo around the corner, I would say it was quite overpriced. Breakfast alone was about sixty or so pounds for two people, for two days. A two night stay during easter weekend (Fri - Sun) was almost five hundred pounds.

Absolutely everything. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. Had everything we needed. The bathroom was fully stocked. The temperature control in the room was also a big bonus as the weather was quite warm during our stay. The reception staff were all super friendly, specifically Adam. He was such a lovely man and made us feel so welcome and valued. We will definitely return again soon and recommend everyone to stay here too!

There is nothing about our stay that I didnt like... I just wish we had booked to stay longer.

Resturant let the Hotel down. i would advise to eat elsewhere. No cup and saucers available with breakfast . so only mugs with a pot of Tea . Considering the price of the Hotel its the little things that let it down. Also the Dinner menu didnt have offer of saute seasonal vegatables to go with main courses. Portion size of desserts were tiny about half the size of other quality restaurants.

Amazing location for an event we were attending for my partner’s birthday surprise, enquired about an earlier checkin than 4pm & was astounded with the free upgrade we received plus complimentary breakfast!!!! Amazing staff from checkin to check out & even had a giggle with night reception staff when I asked if they had any spare trainers in lost property because we got absolutely drenched in what could only be called ‘biblical’ weather
