Location was brilliant, was close enough to go out and yet in a location not to be disturbed when sleeping. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choices. The staff were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I have to give a special mention to Luca in reception and Joe at the bar. They were so friendly to us and so helpful. Luca is a breath of fresh air and as a first point of contact all.I can say is that your hotel is so so lucky, she's genuinely a really lovely person, full of smiles and help, makes a massive difference. Joe was again so friendly, sound young lad, my son is a massive football fan and was great that Joe was so approachable and engaging. The hotel was clean, nice vibe in the bar and that's alot down to how staff are. Thanks so much for a really enjoyable stay

Can't think of a thing🤗

The location, cleanliness, the modern look, excellent breakfast, room windows which could be opened, and the fact that as soon as the receptionist saw we weren't a couple but a mother and daughter she upgraded our double room for free to a larger one with one double and one single bed. Thank you!

The breakfast was very fresh and great selection and very good quality, staff were great and good to see cleaning tables once guests leave after finished breakfast, apart from one person I saw use his hand to clean crumbs away and then set up the table for the next guest. This should never happen in pre or post COVID.

I have stayed with you at this hotel a few times and your rooms are spotless, something fell through the net as the toilet had obviously been used and nor cleaned. It such a good hotel, however the time it takes to check in constantly amazes me, you need to look at the process as this really is not normal. I know you have self check in terminal and apologies in advance if this can be done via the terminal, what if I want to request a late check out?

We both loved the bed! Superbly comfortable.

Very limited TV channels. I get more on Free View at home! No instructions on how to use coffee machine. Limited amount of coffee sachets. They cost pence! No real ale or good beer in the bar. Guinness tasted stale @ 6 quid a pint disappointing

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and all tasted very good. The gym in the hotel was very convenient.

The staff in the bar/restaurant never came to our table to tell us we had to order at the bar. I waved my hand several times without any waiters noticing me, even though they were 2 meters away from me, and we lost quite some time. Then for breakfast, our booking wasn't appearing on the list and we have been seated at a table already reserved. The two persons were very surprised to see us at their seats when they came back with their food to their table.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The hotel is new (Spring 2022) and we liked the decor. The wifi was fast and we had no problems in getting connected. Another bonus for us was that we slept well as the bed was comfy and it was very quiet during our stay (i.e. no noise at night). The hotel bar is bright and spacious and we enjoyed some food and drinks there. The hotel is close (10 minute walk) to Manchester Piccadilly for those arriving by train. It is a 15 minute walk to the main shopping area in the city centre and the Northern Quarter for food/drinks. There are grocery shops (e.g. Spar), pubs/bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, all within minutes of the hotel itself. There are lots of bus stops (a 1-2 minute walk away on Oxford Road) and a train station (Oxford Road) beside the hotel which provide access by public transport to the rest of the city. We stayed for the weekend of the Manchester Marathon. The hotel is ideally situated an 8-10 minute walk from the tram stop at St Peter's Square. From there it took 15-20 minutes to the start line of the marathon by tram.

It was a all good, there were no negatives for us.

The location was excellent for our visit to the O2 Appollo. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The breakfast was fantastic quality and value for money. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The restaurant/bar was nice for drinking. (Didn't have food). The hair dryer provided was actually of good quality.

The bathroom supplies lacked a little. No flannels, shower caps, soap bar, etc. There was only one hand soap dispenser, but it had moisturiser in it, so to wash our hands, we had to get soap from the shower dispenser. The shower dispenser didn't have a shower gel/body wash. I assume it was a 3 in 1. But as both bottles were displaying the backs (not the front to clearly see what was in the bottle), I'm not sure what it was. But my partner said it made his hair feel dry, so it could have just been soap.

The location is perfect: close to the station, but relatively clean and not too noise, there are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and an air conditioner that was very useful this summer. The breakfast was delicious though adding fresh vegetables would make it perfect.

The key card stopped working every two days that was pretty inconvenient. The switch for light in the bathroom is located pretty far, near the main entrance that was also inconvenient. The service in the room was not always thorough. It is also highly recommended NOT to use the online checkin and the check-in machine at the entrance: we did it and then had to deal for three mornings in a row with the negative consequences related to unclear payments for the breakfast and excessive payments.

Room was nice and big, very clean and perfect for our stay. The location is very close to everything we wanted to check out and the staff was superfriendly to us, letting us leave our bags with them for a while after checking out.

The only 2 aspects that weren't entirely positive about our stay were the fact that the soap/body wash dispensers hadn't all been filled, so there was only 1 dispenser in the shower with body wash we had to use for everything, including washing our hands on the sink (as the sink's handwash dispenser was empty). We also had a bit of trouble as it was quite a hot day, so we set the room temperature for 19 Celsius before going to bed. It cooled down just fine, but then it seemed to turn completely off over the course of the night, so I woke up at around 3 AM sweating and had to re-set the room temperature to a lower setting.

Near to train station, breakfast , comfy bed.

Housekeeping issues did not fill loo roll up had to go to reception to request as we had 2 sheets left on the roll we were on a 4 night stay!! Housekeeping in room could be cleaner, thick with dust ontop of near the tvs .There wasnt any sanitary towel bags. Menu in restaurant is quite limited. A mirror and chair set up like a dressing table would be handy as I found it difficult to do make up and hair standing at the long mirror.
