The room was spacious and well maintained with plenty of electric power sockets, a tv, free wi-fi, coffe and tea making facilities, and an hairdrier. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water, the toilet clean. The bed was comfy with clean linen. We were supposed to stay only one night, but we changed plans and stayed an extra night. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back there again. Free parking.

Easy to find. Large car park. Josh who checked me in was lovely and explained everything. Large light room. Comfortable bed and soft white towels. Large powerful shower. Toiletries lovely.

The loo is a macerator one I think so a weak flush. The loo roll really was the thinnest I have ever seen. Definitely need to upgrade that. Having no staff overnight made me feel a bit vunerable. Be aware no food served.

It was easy to find. Clean rooms with tea and coffee with a kettle . The bathroom had a huge bath and a shower over . The water was hot, and they supplied both towels and shower gel . You are able to come and go at will with your own key for a separate entrance from through the pub . Car parking was ample and the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again .

Huge clean room, friendly casual, fun staff. Loads of parking. Nice pint of Doombar as well. It is above a pub so there may be usual pub noise.

Unfortunately the TV was on the fritz for the three nights I was there and the shower pole was busted that holds the shower head, however I did manage to semi fix it and forgot to report it so can't really complain about that. Overall a really nice comfy stay, just glad I remembered my reading glasses.

Not welcomed on arrival. I had to wait to be acknowledged in a busy bar with heavy bags. Maybe a separate area needs to be thought of for those staying? Not enough hot drink options or milk Kettle hard to fill in bathroom sink Pub doesn't serve food!

Great stay! We stayed for a concert recently and the value for money was incredible, even with taxi fares into the city (£8.50). The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and everything was straightforward. All amenities provided for and the bed was really comfortable. Plenty of parking on site too!

It’s a lovely location and a great inn, it’s a shame they don’t provide food as would definitely have eaten here for breakfast and dinner if possible.

Really good size room and friendly staff.

The bed was very soft and that made it uncomfortable. The reason i booked a public house was because I thought I could get food, and as I booked a non refundable room I could not change when I found out they had stopped food. Also the reviews said the breakfast was exceptional.

The person checking us in was great. Very friendly and welcoming. He told us that there would be no food during out stay but we were welcome to bring food in. When we booked the trip, we booked as 'Breakfast included'. It wasn't until a few hours before that we recieved a message saying that this was not an option. A new chef was not starting until Sept. We had a lovely stay and the room was excellent. It was clean with tea and coffee making facilities and water. We were pleased that the park and ride into Norwich was just a walk away. This hotel is very convienient for visiting Norwich. A new chef is in post for September so we will definately visit again. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

No breakfast as booked. Fan in room did not work.

The room was nice and comfy, very much my kind of space. They went through a lot to make sure the room was very neat and comfortable. There was enough tea & coffee sachets to take care of us and the bathroom was well stocked. The heating in the room was super efficient and the entire neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet even with its proximity to the road.

There's no staff on hand at night if you wanted anything from the bar or kitchen.

Staff were really friendly and the bar had a friendly atmosphere. The room was very spacious and had a good size bathroom. Parking was great, being covered by CCTV. The location is close to the airport. Will definitely book again when flying from Norwich.
