The breakfast was very good but would have been better if there was some variation …having the same choices for 6 days was ok but some variety would have been appreciated

It would have been appreciated if there was an ice filling station for guests to get their ice. I stayed for 6 days and it was a bit uncomfortable to be continually asking the staff for a glass of ice even they were always very accommodating.

Lift not working so had to carry our suitcase up 2 flights of stairs Parking was not good as two lone women arriving at night and going to various places and arriving back in the dark we had to park quite a distance from the hotel we saw quite a few people using the car park going into the David Lloyd gym and not the hotel but the floor said hotel parking that really put us off as we didn’t feel safe

Reception staff, especially Darren, fantastic and made uf feel very welcome. Located next to major supermarket and bus stop, so handy for getting into town. Great breakfast with good choices. Also nice having a bar serving light meals for lunch and dinner.

The lift was undergoing repairs during our stay, but only a minor inconvenience asDaniel at the front desk carried our bags upstairs to our room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Breakfast was excellent, except the eggs were often cold The beds were very comfortable. The location was great for access too Norwich and the coastal towns and villages

Not much can be added here. Lack of sugars and creamers in the room for tea and coffee As noted previously the breakfast eggs were often cold.

The welcome was excellent and all was ready. The room was clean and well presented. Car parking for guests was good, and free.

We were asked if an electrician could access our room to change the batteries in the electronic door release - this should have been done before our arrival! In the room itself the bed was too close to the wall window side and there was no drawer space.

Breakfast was average. Was disappointed that no real butter available to have with toast and croissant..sounds trivial but I dislike margarine spreads and was told the hotel had run out of butter! Never had that at any other hotel! The coffee was horrible too I'm afraid..

Lovely location but an obvious side door would be nice rather than just the reception area as my partner felt a bit self conscious walking past the staff on his own. But I also understand it may be a security feature!

Price could have been a bit cheaper as it was only one night but it wasn't extortionate. Just a smidge more than J was expecting.

Bed was very comfy, room was a good size and had everything you need for an overnight stay Staff were really friendly and helpful Good selection of breakfast items, hot, continental, pastries etc

Looks a bit tired from the outside, but once your in your room all is good Lifts were not working, but thankfully we were on the ground floor

We used the hotel both before and after our holiday having to check out really early in the morning and returned late at night so it was good to have a 24 hour reception service. The rooms were a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good having a nice selection of items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The fact that the windows were unopenable and were designed that way. we always sleep with a window slightly open that allows fresh air into our bedroom, Although there apparently was air conditioning this was not suitable to us and I regret to say I would not stop here again simply because of that fact.
